We booked Damion at EventsNation to coordinate our wedding morning as we had a lot of moving parts from getting ready at home, to a church ceremony, then onto the venue. Damion came to our ceremony rehearsal so was fully looped in on timings for music, which decor needed to be moved to the venue etc. He was a brilliant extra pair of hands and just gave us extra confidence that the first half of our day would run smoothly. Would highly recommend!

Michelle helped lead us through every step of wedding planning from start to finish. Her experience made the whole process so simple! On the day Michelle went above and beyond to ensure the day was perfect. I couldn't recommend her wonderful work more. She took the majority of the stress away from the planning process and kept us calm and on track throughout. Thank you!

Mickayla and her team were amazing. Can not recommend them enough. We had several Zoom calls before the big day where Mickayla looked over our timings and pointed out key details we were missing. She then helped coordinate with all the suppliers in the last few months and the night before the wedding she helped fix some pretty big issues that we had with the Marquee and seating layout. On the day Mickayla really went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day - including helping our dog become a last min ring bearer

We had Jade for on the day co-ordination of our wedding, and also had 3 of her staff accompanying her. What can I say? Truly amazing to have Jade and her team, and the day would not have gone nearly so smoothly without her and the team, I would highly recommend for anyone needing a planner, DIY assistance, on the day co-ordination and staff for your event. The DIY struggle is real, and we were all prepping the venue until late into the night before the wedding, I left feeling stressed and with no idea how it would all come together. The next day after the service, I walked into the venue and couldn't believe how under control everything was! Staff were serving drinks and canapes, the venue looked gorgeous with everything perfected and in place and Jade was in full control. I could take back seat and enjoy our wedding. I wish it ended there, but unfortunately, we had a behavioral issue with a member of my family, to the point I was in tears and wanted to go home. Jade heard of this, found me, calmed me down and explained our options- none of which included the bride leaving the wedding reception! Eventually, Jade asked said person to leave the wedding, and despite some tantrums and further awful behavior, Jade made it clear to her that staying was not an option, and had her staff be aware in case of re-entry. Although an awful, and upsetting situation, Jade minimized the damage caused and managed to rescue our wedding day! Jade even got the band to play the first dance 2hrs late so that we didn't miss out on this too. Amazing woman, providing a truly invaluable service. You would be silly not to have ChapterJ involved with your big day!

I’ve FINALLY returned back to normal day to day life and really wanted to take a moment to appreciate Doja for all the work that she put into our special day. Where do I start? She listened, she cared, she made no doubts and she effortlessly executed. Flawless! We were looking for someone who met this brief and I knew she was the one from the moment we had our first chat. Can’t thank her ENOUGH for spearheading the coordination. I fully let go that day and that’s a testament to her excellence. Anyone who has the privilege of entrusting her with their day should know Doja will take care of them so well. Doka, you are a rockstar.

Teea coordinated our wedding day and was just amazing! Teea is calm, kind and professional and put everything together so beautifully. We hired a room on the beach and I brought lots of things to decorate the room and table and Teea put it all together and surpassed the vision I had. We were both overwhelmed with how Teea made everything so beautiful. Teea was fabulous with our suppliers and on the day ensured that everything ran like clockwork but also allowing for those extra moments. We cannot fault Teea, she is brilliant - thank you Teea! xx

Emma took all the stress out of planning our wedding party. From our very first call, she brought such a warm and reassuring energy, asking all the right questions to help us shape exactly what we wanted from the celebration. Her communication throughout the process was excellent, we always felt in the loop and knew what was happening at every stage. Nothing was ever too much trouble. For example, when we asked if it might be possible to have a table tennis table at the party, she went above and beyond to make it happen, which really added a fun touch! Emma brought her experience and connections to the table, helping us find the perfect venue and trusted vendors like a pop up bar. She took full control of liaising with vendors and the venue, freeing us up to enjoy the lead-up without stress. On the day itself, she set everything up beautifully and kept the event running smoothly from start to finish. The food and drinks went down a treat with our guests, and we felt completely at ease knowing Emma had it all under control. She even handled an unexpected situation with uninvited guests with professionalism and calm! Having her in charge meant we could relax and enjoy our night, confident that everything was being looked after. Emma has a real eye for detail and brought some lovely creative touches to make the evening feel extra special. We’re so grateful for everything she did and couldn’t recommend her more highly.
