Olivia planned our wedding and left no stone unturned. Her meticulous eye for detail allowed us to enjoy our incredible day. Our guests are still talking about how incredible it was. All I can say is thank you! You’d be in safe hands with Olivia.

Green lily events is an excellent company to work with. They took all the stress and worry out of planning such an important occasion for myself and my fiancé. They had a wealth of experience in running similar events which supported us in our decision making. Would throughly recommend them if your planning a special occasion!

Anjali spoke to my fiancé and myself and gave us several venue suggestions. My fiancée is a psychiatrist so when Anjali suggested the Freud museum as the wedding venue it was an immediate hit. Anjali designed the decor and arranged tasters with different catering until we found the perfect one. The day itself went perfectly smooth and Anjali and her team were on hand to assist with any and all tasks. I cannot thanks Anjali for creating the perfect wedding for us.

Amie was amazing, she came in about 2 months before our wedding to really help sort out the final planning and run the day itself. She really took the time to understand our plans and how we wanted our day to be. She then worked with us to craft the timings and logistics to enable it. She was great at coordinating all the different vendors we had for the wedding before and during the day while ensuring we focused on the most important areas to consider and get right. On the day Amie was amazing, managing the set up, coordinating the different vendors and helping to adjust plans on the fly when the bus took a bit too long to get to the reception. As a result all the stress of the day was totally removed from us.

Just want to say a big thank you to Clarissa for all her help and the work she had done in sourcing and negotiating best pricing and terms. She delivered too on ensuring that our budget was met and the day would not have been exquisite without her help! So grateful that I had a Wedding Planner for my Wedding. I would definitely recommend her to my friends!

Donna took the stress away and created our perfect day. From the first consultation she was great at listening and asking lots of questions as we were so unsure about what we wanted. The theme was personal and really expressed us as a couple. Donna took the stress away from us and our family leaving all of us to really enjoy the build up to the Wedding and on the day. We couldn't have done it without you! Highly recommended!

I know everyone dreams of their big wedding day but when it is literally coming around the corner the worries start to set in and I went into panic mode and needed a wedding planner to help me which is where I found bespoke events by the club group. From the moment we first met, I immediately felt at ease and that my wedding would be my dream day but I could leave all the planning and stresses to them. Every detail was thought of planned our and exactly how we wanted it. They spent so much time getting to know us as a couple so it was perfect to us and not just enough wedding. The team were always on hand to take our queries and support us every step of the way, they made us feel important which is not the vibe we got from other wedding planners. I will never forget our special day because of bespoke events and the time and effort that went into getting to know us, this was also reflected the whole way through our wedding and you wouldn’t have known we didn’t plan it ourselves. I can’t recommend bespoke events enough, so if your wanting someone to plan your wedding for you as a couple then this is exactly where you need to be!

If you are looking for an expert wedding planner to put together an incredible wedding and who will also take care of all the nitty gritty and get things done, look no further. Sam (and Marina!) did a truly phenomenal job designing and organising our wedding. We knew instantly when we met Sam that he was the one for us - calm, reassuring, confident and professional. Within 4 days he had found the venue - I'd spent a frustrating month looking to no avail. And he had found us most of our vendors and suppliers within a couple of months. He worked super hard and fast for us. We did have a couple of issues along the way with the venue and a supplier that could have blown things up out of all proportions but they were swiftly resolved by Sam. He is a skilled negotiator with a knack of managing people, ensuring that even at the most difficult of times, all remain (reasonably!) calm and no-one loses face. The day itself was over in a flash. But it was a most incredible flash and one that would not have been possible without Sam and Marina.

Lucy is kind and friendly and puts everyone she works with immediately at ease. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge and is absolutely one of the best in the business. Nothing fazes her and nothing is too much trouble. Everything she does is to a high standard, with incredible attention to detail and really focusing on what her clients want to achieve. Working with Lucy is a joy!
