Working with Riva Events was such a great experience. Everything felt really well organised, the team worked seamlessly together, and the whole day came together so beautifully, you could tell how much thought and preparation had gone into it. Vanessa in particular is an absolute ray of sunshine. She’s always positive, genuinely cares about both her couples and the vendors she works with, and is just a joy to be around on the day. She has a way of putting everyone at ease, which makes such a difference in what can be a pretty high-pressure environment. From start to finish, they made sure everything ran smoothly, and their experience really showed in how easily they handled and adapted to different situations throughout the day. They have a calm, professional approach and honestly, it just felt like everything was in safe hands.

Lucy provided us with on the day help and she was AMAZING! She worked invisibly in the background making sure that the day ran as smooth as possible. She was there first thing working with the florist (and groomsmen…) and communicated with the venue staff throughout the day to make sure everything ran to time. I really appreciated it as it meant I didn’t have to worry about it and my guests fed back that the wedding felt ‘seamless’. I was also struggling with table centrepieces and not only did she send me loads of ideas, she helped execute them on the day (photos as evidence). Highly recommend Lucy for either on the day coordination or the full service, she’s great!

Anjali was incredible in arranging the church decorations for my wedding. She worked to my set budget and made the impossible happen. Anjali is super reliable, great at communicating and extremely professional. I recommend Anjali and her team to any couple planning their wedding, without hesitation!

Thank goodness we chose Lucy for our special day! From the moment we decided to work with Lucy, we knew she was kind, patient, experienced, calm in a crisis and someone who would guide us to make the best decisions on the day. Fast forward to wedding day, and although the weather was not playing ball, we were able to relax and let Lucy make all the logistical decisions whilst we enjoyed wedding prep with our nearest and dearest. In the background, Lucy was keeping our outdoor ceremony set up dry from the rain with a huge smile and positive attitude (see photos). I can’t express how invaluable it was to not have to worry about these sorts of things, with emotions of the day already heightened. On the day itself, the decisions made were all hers and we trusted her to bring our vision to life and coordinate with all the other suppliers and the venue. She gave us cues on when exactly to enter (when all the guests were present and seated), when each of the bridal party should walk down the aisle and in which order, when to enter for dinner, when to cut the cake, when dancing would start - pretty much everything. She always had a smile on her face and it gave us so much confidence to just go with the flow and enjoy the day. Thank you again Lucy for all your work in making it a special day for us!! X

We booked Green Lily to help plan our wedding in October, with a quick planning turnaround of ~6 months! The process was very smooth, with GL finding lots of different suppliers at different price points to suit our needs. The co-ordination on the day was first class, and we managed to fit two great ceremonies on the same day, in two locations, without a hitch! Precious was great to work with, was always available and kept us updated throughout - thank you so much for all your help!

We hired Donna as our wedding planner, and we truly don’t have enough words to express how incredible she was. She went above and beyond in every way, and we honestly couldn’t have done it without her. It was by far the best decision we made! From the very beginning, Donna was supportive, organised, and completely invested in making our day perfect. She took the stress out of every stage of planning and somehow always knew exactly what we needed - even before we did. On the day itself, she was an absolute superstar. She handled everything with calm, care, and precision, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment without a worry. Donna truly made our wedding day absolutely perfect, and we’ll be forever grateful. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

If you are looking for an expert wedding planner to put together an incredible wedding and who will also take care of all the nitty gritty and get things done, look no further. Sam (and Marina!) did a truly phenomenal job designing and organising our wedding. We knew instantly when we met Sam that he was the one for us - calm, reassuring, confident and professional. Within 4 days he had found the venue - I'd spent a frustrating month looking to no avail. And he had found us most of our vendors and suppliers within a couple of months. He worked super hard and fast for us. We did have a couple of issues along the way with the venue and a supplier that could have blown things up out of all proportions but they were swiftly resolved by Sam. He is a skilled negotiator with a knack of managing people, ensuring that even at the most difficult of times, all remain (reasonably!) calm and no-one loses face. The day itself was over in a flash. But it was a most incredible flash and one that would not have been possible without Sam and Marina.

Victoria from My Natural Wedding coordinated our wedding in 6 months when I decided to change our venue. Victoria made it happen, she is extremely focused, helpful, positive and very professional. She is calm and puts everything into a wonderful perspective. Victoria made our planning stress free given we had 6 months. She recommended a wonderful team too from photographers, florists, caterers and more. All of which were equally professional and of a high quality standard. Suddenly our wedding planning was totally stress free. When you're working full time it's hard to find the time to think of everything. You want your wedding day to be perfect and this team certainly helped us achieve a magical day.

I have known Clarissa for 10 years and she is a hard working honest person. She dedicates her all efforts and time in listening and planning for ones needs in a professional way. I would recommend her services as she cares for every detail of your requirement.

Bedazzled were incredibly flexible and creative in helping us achieve our music festival wedding reception which also blended our cultural references into the theme. The catering, floral designs, location, and games were fantastic. We provided the musical acts as we are in that space, and the team were able to support their needs and make the day fun and stress free for us. They also delivered exceptional results within our budget.
