Riva Events were fantastic for us on the biggest day of my life! I would strongly recommend their services and they are fully deserving of the 5 stars. We had 3 coordinators on the day - Vanessa, Rishi and Krystyna. They were seamless in their coordination and communication with each other and were able to cover all bases between the 3 of them. For any issues that popped up on the day they used their good judgement and decided whether to not worry us and deal with it themselves or to inform us to see what we wanted to do. They also were always able to provide input and suggestions which was extremely helpful when my mind was so occupied on the day! All 3 of them were very friendly and easy to get along with, whilst also being very calm and capable which is reassuring on a busy day. I would definitely recommend them as it was invaluable that they took initiative and made suggestions ahead of time, before things happened or any potential issues could arise. The team also tried to stick to our proposed schedule as much as possible and were able to influence proceedings and ensure we stayed on track whilst we were occupied with other things. They handled all of our vendors and were able to get them to set everything up efficiently in the background. All of our other vendors also gave positive feedback and said that they were well looked after by the Riva Events team. I myself was usually elsewhere whilst the interactions with vendors was taking place but things seemed to magically just appear throughout the day! I think this is a testament to Riva Events' good work - they get things done very quickly and without any fuss, sometimes their good work goes unnoticed! They paid attention to even the smallest of details which shows they care and that they have your best intentions at heart, the teams support was so crucial and everything was planned very thoroughly beforehand and executed perfectly on the day.

Choosing Lucy was truly one of the best decisions we made throughout our wedding journey! From the moment we first spoke to her until well past midnight on our wedding day, she was by our side every step of the way. She managed every aspect of the planning with incredible professionalism-from coordinating hotels and suppliers to keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes. No request was ever too big or too small, and she always found a solution with complete calm. What truly sets Lucy apart is her creativity. She didn’t just organise our wedding-she brought our vision to life. She took our ideas and transformed them into something even more beautiful than we could have imagined. One of the most meaningful touches was creating a bespoke logo for our family, something we will treasure and continue to use for years to come. On the day itself, Lucy thought of absolutely everything. From making sure every detail was perfect to helping me with my dress whenever I needed it, she allowed us to simply enjoy every moment without a single worry. Beyond being an exceptional wedding planner and designer, Lucy is a genuinely wonderful person with the kindest heart. She truly cares about every couple she works with, and that shines through in everything she does. We had our wedding in March 2026 at Froyle Park, and choosing Anjali from Let Us Do It for the full wedding package was one of the best decisions we made. From the very beginning, Anjali was the perfect co-captain to help steer our ship. She truly listened to our ideas and worked with us to bring them to life, never making us feel like our vision was being overlooked or replaced. Instead, she elevated everything we had in mind with her expertise and attention to detail. On the day itself, everything ran seamlessly. It genuinely felt effortless for us, because Anjali had already thought through every detail and had contingency plans in place for anything that could have come up. Knowing she had everything under control allowed us to fully relax and enjoy every moment. We also had so many friends and relatives come back to us after the wedding praising Anjali. One moment that really stood out was when she somehow produced a sewing kit and stitched a broken button within 10 minutes… it felt like she had a solution for absolutely everything. If you’re looking for a wedding planner who is organised, attentive, and genuinely invested in your vision, we couldn’t recommend Anjali and Let Us Do It more highly.

Lucy was such a delight to work with. We worked with her using her Hold Your Hand & On the day Coordination services. After securing a date with our dream venue, Syon Park, we were a bit lost as to how to move forward with the rest of wedding planning. We wanted to primarily plan the wedding ourselves but to get guidance from a professional who really knew our venue and someone who we could trust handing the day-of coordination to. Through our venue, we found Lucy, and immediately clicked with her. She already had so many ideas to offer after the first introductory call. From there, we had 5 HYH calls with her where she advised on everything from choosing suppliers to the nitty gritty details about how to make the day run smoothly. All the suppliers she recommended were a hit! And she definitely saved us money during the process too - everything from lighting/production to floral arrangements. Lucy took over from us for the on the day coordination about a month out from the wedding - we pretty much didn’t get much bother from our suppliers from then on out. Lucy added so many personal touches throughout the process, and on the day, she really reminded us to just let go of everything and to enjoy the day. The day ran so effortlessly - the timing was perfect, the decor was amazing, and the execution was seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us with our special day!

We hired Green Lily Wedding Planning & Bar Service for our dry-hire wedding in May 2026, including their coordination services the day before the wedding and Sean to run the bar on the day. Hiring a wedding planner wasn't something we had originally budgeted for, but looking back, it was the best money we spent. Having the Green Lily team there meant we could actually enjoy our wedding day instead of worrying about what might go wrong. If there were any issues, we didn't even know about them because they had everything under control and made sure the focus was on us having the best day. After our initial planning calls with Precious, we felt confident that everything was well organised. She clearly mapped out the planning process and, in the weeks leading up to the wedding, took over communication with our suppliers. Any last-minute changes or problems were dealt with professionally and efficiently, which took a huge amount of stress off us. Precious, Sean and JC helped with the setup the day before the wedding, and their experience really showed. They thought about all the little details, from the positioning of signs and mirrors to dealing with last minute supplier hiccups without any worry. Having people who knew exactly what they were doing made a big difference and we knew we were in the best hands for our big day. Sean and the bar team were also fantastic - the service was always quick and friendly. Every drink was made exactly as we wanted, and there was never a queue. The whole team was organised, approachable and genuinely great fun to be around. They made the day run smoothly and allowed us to relax and enjoy it. We are so grateful for everything they did to make our big day so amazing. We would thoroughly recommend Green Lily to anyone planning their wedding, or needing an on the day co-ordinator. If you are looking for an expert wedding planner to put together an incredible wedding and who will also take care of all the nitty gritty and get things done, look no further. Sam (and Marina!) did a truly phenomenal job designing and organising our wedding. We knew instantly when we met Sam that he was the one for us - calm, reassuring, confident and professional. Within 4 days he had found the venue - I'd spent a frustrating month looking to no avail. And he had found us most of our vendors and suppliers within a couple of months. He worked super hard and fast for us. We did have a couple of issues along the way with the venue and a supplier that could have blown things up out of all proportions but they were swiftly resolved by Sam. He is a skilled negotiator with a knack of managing people, ensuring that even at the most difficult of times, all remain (reasonably!) calm and no-one loses face. The day itself was over in a flash. But it was a most incredible flash and one that would not have been possible without Sam and Marina.

Victoria from My Natural Wedding coordinated our wedding in 6 months when I decided to change our venue. Victoria made it happen, she is extremely focused, helpful, positive and very professional. She is calm and puts everything into a wonderful perspective. Victoria made our planning stress free given we had 6 months. She recommended a wonderful team too from photographers, florists, caterers and more. All of which were equally professional and of a high quality standard. Suddenly our wedding planning was totally stress free. When you're working full time it's hard to find the time to think of everything. You want your wedding day to be perfect and this team certainly helped us achieve a magical day.

I have known Clarissa for 10 years and she is a hard working honest person. She dedicates her all efforts and time in listening and planning for ones needs in a professional way. I would recommend her services as she cares for every detail of your requirement.

Bedazzled were incredibly flexible and creative in helping us achieve our music festival wedding reception which also blended our cultural references into the theme. The catering, floral designs, location, and games were fantastic. We provided the musical acts as we are in that space, and the team were able to support their needs and make the day fun and stress free for us. They also delivered exceptional results within our budget.
