Having Natasha from Pearline Events for our dry hire, multicultural and bilingual wedding was THE best decision we made. It’s hard to sum it all up in one review! We contacted Natasha about 8months before our wedding, and from the first meeting, we knew we’d made the right choice. Throughout our wedding planning journey we stayed in regular contact and she was always responsive, and made us feel like a priority every step of the way. She coordinated with all our confirmed suppliers, shared a detailed timeline for the day with everyone involved, and handled logistics so we didn’t have to worry. People knew who to go to which gave us the capacity to enjoy our day. The day before the wedding, we had a stressful incident and—no exaggeration—Natasha appeared like magic to save the day. We are now over 2 weeks after our wedding and our friends and family continue telling us how much they enjoyed our wedding and how happy and present we were. That wouldn’t have been possible without Natasha. We were able to relax and enjoy our day knowing she had everything in hand. One of my many memorable moments was just before walking down the aisle, when Natasha straightened my dress and veil. That simple gesture showed how much she genuinely cares about every aspect of the day. Planning one of the biggest events of your life is a labour of love. Our wedding was truly the best day and we thank Pearline Events for making it memorable.

Penny was unbelievably amazing from start to finish. She was responsive, incredibly organised, and everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. Every element of our wedding was planned to perfection, and on the wedding day she was orchestrating from the front and behind the scenes, any problem that arose she solved. We felt incredibly lucky to have her as our wedding planner.

A big thank you to the whole Chic team for the beautiful flowers and decorations they provided for our wedding. It was all so gorgeous and it’s been heartbreaking to have to throw out the flowers now after a few weeks (they lasted amazingly well!) - we were lucky enough to be able to drive them on to our honeymoon and then bring them back to our home, which kept the magic of the wedding going. The bridal bouquet in particular was stunning, better than I could've hoped for. And Laurie and the team were all sweethearts both in the lead up and on the day, coming up with creative ways to add in personal quirky touches, suggesting particular flowers that matched our theme (we were quite ignorant on this front beforehand), responding easily to any likes or dislikes that helped us work out what we wanted, completing a venue visit with us to refine the ideas, and even helping calm my nerves on the morning! I can't recommend them enough. Thank you for your hard work to make it really special. It's very much appreciated.

The hardest thing about this review will be keeping it short. We cannot say enough about Charlotte and Katie. Their enthusiasm was there right from the start, from the very first meeting. They finished our thoughts and sentences and we had an immediate reassurance that we were in capable hands. We are very detailed orientated, we had done most of the planning ourselves before we brought Charlotte and Katie on board and that’s probably our biggest regret, not finding them sooner and bringing them on board earlier. Their experience, attention to detail and organisational skills were self-evident and they asked about details that no one else had thought of except us. Other than us (the bide and groom) they were the only people to have EVERY single detail of the big day (and remember them). We knew we could completely trust them to manage the set up and running of our special day. They understood our whole vision and the part that every supplier played in our day. We can honestly say that we had brilliant suppliers, but there were so many jobs that fell outside of the venue/ florist/ stylist etc that without Black Sheep, those jobs wouldn’t have got done and our day wouldn’t have been as special as it was. The day before the wedding, we realised that there were DIY jobs that we weren’t going to get done, so we asked the girls if they could do them and they agreed without hesitation. We felt guilty at the amount we asked them to do, but they really took it all in their stride, they were completely unfazed. No idea how they did it all in the time. They did not stop working from the day before our wedding, all the way through our wedding, right through to every bag, crate, box and fairly light being packed up. They even kept the staff at the venue on their toes, prompting them to clear plates. No job was ever too big or too small for Charlotte and Katie. They were always there when they were needed and they made it look effortless, but we know it absolutely wasn’t. The wedding industry can be greedy and grasping, but Katie and Charlotte give everything they’ve got and then a bit more. They were determined to make our day as stress free and perfect as possible for us. They went above and beyond what we expected, even our guests have commented on how much they did throughout the day. Katie & Charlotte won’t let you down, the relationship between them is special and they are a formidable team. Nothing we can say in any review will express our gratitude for all they did for us, we are so sad that we don’t get to do the wedding planning over again, except this time with Black Sheep involved from the beginning.

Firstly we could not thank Lily enough for absolutely everything she did to make our wedding day as amazing as it was! Like many couples my now husband and I struggled with being let down by our first wedding venue in July 2020. After we had found another non legal very DIY venue we opted to hire a wedding planner because I absolutely needed that extra bit of support. Lily was without a doubt that absolute extra bit of support and then some! We met Lily and spoke to her regularly throughout the planning process, she listened to everything that we visioned for our day, helped find the best suppliers to bring it all together and get the best and most competitive prices out there! Unfortunately 9 months later with only 3 months to go our 2nd venue let us down. We were absolutely devastated. I rang Lily in a complete panic and crying down the phone and everything single time I spoke to her she was so calm and reassuring what every single bride needs - I certainly did on more than one occasion! Within 48 hours Lily had come back to us having spoken to several weddings venues and contacting as many people as she knew and by the following weekend we were out looking at the stunning Hoath House in Edenbridge that very same weekend. Not only was it available for our wedding day, it was everything we wanted in a venue. Lily was attentive, absolutely INCREDIBLE with the amount of work and effort that went into our day. On the day she was amazing, we made sure everything went smoothly, made sure Liam and I were happy and by the time the end of the day came around (a lot quicker than we had wanted!!) the day went perfectly. on behalf of my new husband and I, I could not thank Lily or her team enough for everything. Without you Lily our day quite literally would not have happened. The fact it did and it was every bit as perfect as we had hoped is a testament to the hard work and effort that you put in. If you are considering getting a wedding planner, we could not recommend Lily enough, and Im guessing if you've actually read this review as far down as this, you'll be convinced! Right from the start when we first enquired , we had amazing service and advise. There were so many things we hadn't thought of and Becky with her years of experience gave us the ability to talk about our ideas and pointed out any pitfalls she had come across over the years to stop us wasting time and money. On our big day Becky was there to make sure everything ran smoothly and even managed to sort out our late arriving DJ. Would totaly recommend .

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Signature Moment for our wedding, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From the start, we had a lot of small personal touches and unique ideas we wanted to include in the day, which made the planning process quite complex. Our rundown had many moving parts, but the team at Signature Moment handled everything with such professionalism, care, and creativity. We could truly feel the passion they brought to their work. The decorations were absolutely beautiful – the castle setup in particular was stunning and felt like it came straight out of a fairytale. We also really appreciated how the team was able to manage everything so well within our budget, without compromising on quality or detail. Their ability to balance beautiful design with practical planning was really impressive. One of our favourite moments was seeing the little light sign in front of the cake – it was exactly how we had pictured it. And the surprise Koala Yokocho mailbox house they gifted us was incredibly thoughtful and meaningful. It made us feel like they had genuinely taken the time to understand our story, and that meant a lot to us. Throughout the day, they kept us updated and made sure things ran smoothly behind the scenes, which allowed us to actually relax and enjoy the moment – something we didn’t think was possible! Our guests had such a great time too, and many of them told us how fun and heartfelt the whole day felt. Signature Moment is a passionate and dedicated team. They’re not just planners – they’re creators of memories. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, warm, and detail-oriented team to help bring their dream wedding to life.

We had Jess as our On the Day Coordinator for our wedding on the 18th May. From the moment I first reached out to Jess I just knew immediately I needed her!! We had a few meetings leading up to the wedding, where she was full of advice and unlimited help. She thought of things I had not considered and I was so thankful! On the day, she was so relaxed, which is what I needed! She quietly worked behind the scenes to make everything run seamlessly. This even meant cooking Halloumi in our house, running to Tescos to get some Pimms fruit, and fixing my dress just before she was going home! Nothing was too big of an ask, she was more than happy to help with ANYTHING! Thank you so much Jess, you made our day just incredible. We are so thankful that you were part of it! If you are considering having Jess as your Coordinator, do it!! You absolutely won’t regret it xx
