We had our wedding during Covid and it was tough with constant changes to regulations. But she handled everything with ease which gave us such peace of mind that we were going to have the best day. She was super encouraging and proactive and when it came to the actual day we had no worries. We were able to focus on just enjoying our wedding and we couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner and coordinator. I would highly recommend her 1000 percent.

Sapphire Falls were so professional and made sure my day ran smoothly from start to finish. Our wedding coordinator went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, not just what we saw, but what we didn’t. There were moments where things didn’t go to plan, but thanks to her quick thinking and calm presence, we never even noticed. For example, when it turned out there weren’t enough decorations for all the tables, the lead coordinator personally went out to the shops to find the right items and made sure the final table matched beautifully with the rest. That kind of dedication made all the difference.

Every detail on the big day was perfectly coordinated and all of our vendors worked well together, allowing us to relax and enjoy each moment stress-free - an amazing feat considering we had 400 guests!
