We worked with Poppy on our wedding this July and it's honestly hard to find words that explain how incredible she was from start to finish. Poppy is so warm, kind, patient, bubbly, and knowledgeable. From our very first call with her, it felt like speaking to a friend, putting any of our stress about wedding planning to ease. She is incredibly professional, has insane attention to detail, and you can tell she is so passionate about what she does. She also has a killer sense of style and helped suggest beautiful ideas or touches to make our day feel unique to us.

Her connections, excitement for, and know-how of the wedding industry were invaluably helpful as we had a marquee wedding at a venue that required us to bring all of our suppliers in. In the year leading up to our big day, Poppy helped us create a timeline for hiring suppliers and walked us through the planning steps - making something that could be quite stressful feel easy and fun. She helped research suppliers for us, provided multiple fabulous options, and was an incredible liaison between us and our suppliers.

When July rolled around we couldn't have been more ecstatic with the outcome of our day - everything looked incredible, and was SO organized. Neither of us felt anxious or nervous about the planning throughout the entire process, as we always knew Poppy would be on it. When it came to our wedding day, there were 40MPH gale winds that meant we had to change our entire ceremony and cocktail hour flow (and set-up) at the last minute. Poppy and her team were seamless in the changes and showed no sign of stress, which made us feel completely relaxed. Poppy and her team truly went above and beyond (with Poppy even holding our marquee shut while the wind kept the door flapping open!) Our guests and family couldn't stop raving about how wonderful she was and what an incredible job she did to make our day feel so special.

I could continue, but overall, Poppy is an absolute rockstar and helped make our day perfect. She truly just "gets it" and is your wedding's biggest cheerleader. Poppy Sienna Events was honestly the best decision we made when planning our Indian fusion wedding. I approached Poppy fairly soon after we got engaged, we had already just booked a venue for 6 months time.
She masterfully worked together our vision (Sikh Punjabi and English) with her wealth of experience, and delivered the most amazing 2 days of events.
This involved setting up connections, liasing with and orchestrating the delivery of some Punjabi suppliers my family had sourced for the traditional side of things, as well as doing what she does best and constructing the wedding of your dreams!

She helped us find the balance of Indian and Western we wanted, and was able to provide really helpful suggestions and ideas.

Initially my family were skeptical of whether we needed a wedding planner, but very quickly they came to see the unending benefits having Poppy involved brought!

You can tell Poppy has worked on a number of different cultural weddings, which is something I was conscious of when researching/ approaching wedding planners. She was completely appreciative of the traditional elements that were important to my family we weaved into our celebrations, but her priority at all times was our vision as couple and ensuring we got exactly what we envisioned.

lt genuinely wouldn’t have been the experience it was without Poppy. We didn’t have to worry about a thing, and this left us and our family to just immerse ourselves and completely enjoy the celebrations.
It could have (definitely would have!!) been completely chaotic and manic shepherding 200 people into London and back for 5 events over 2 days but Poppy and her team were absolute pros.

She managed to handle absolutely everything that cropped up, and throughout the planning process culminating in the 2 days, her and the team were faultless. Family and friends commented how well organised and perfectly seamless everything was, and as a couple we felt exactly the same.

Poppy was amazing! She was everything we could ask for to help on our wedding day. She was so calm and made our day flow so easily. We had a couple of hiccups, but Poppy made sure it didn’t affect us and dealt with it all amazingly!

One huge surprise on the wedding day was that there was a protest happening around the hotel that we were staying in, which made it impossible for my wedding car to collect me! This was no problem for Poppy, myself and the bridal team, as we marched through the angry protesters and waved down a black cab. I won’t forget that added excitement just before I got married!

We hired Poppy as our wedding coordinator and it was one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process! We wanted someone to oversee & deal with all the details on the day, and coordinate all the suppliers (before and during the day), so us & our families could relax and totally tune out of the logistics at the wedding.
