Emma is quite simply incredible at what she does. From start to finish, her wedding planning service was organised, professional and completely personal to us. Nothing was ever too much trouble and every detail was handled with such care and precision. Emma made the whole process feel calm and enjoyable, taking away any stress and ensuring everything ran perfectly. I honestly can’t imagine planning our wedding without her ,she is an absolute must have for any couple. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

We couldn’t recommend Alix highly enough. We chose the Caring Coordinator package for our wedding at Limekiln, and it was one of the best decisions we made. We had two planning calls with Alix in the lead up to the wedding, which gave us complete confidence that everything we had planned would be organised and under control. On the day itself, she was professional and very reassuring. She kept everything running to time without us ever feeling rushed, coordinating suppliers, managing the schedule and quietly taking care of all the details behind the scenes. Having Alix there meant we could fully relax and enjoy the day with our family and friends, knowing everything was in safe hands. She was always one step ahead and handled everything seamlessly. If you’re considering a day-of coordinator, we genuinely can’t recommend Alix enough. She played such an important part in making our wedding day at Limekiln as smooth and stress free as it was. Thank you for everything!

We are incredibly grateful to have had Steph on board for our 25th wedding anniversary. Planning such a major milestone is a big undertaking, but Steph’s creative and thoughtful approach made the entire process feel effortless. From the very first meeting it was clear she wanted to help us make this the best! What truly sets Steph apart is her foresight; she was constantly one step ahead, asking critical questions we hadn’t even thought of and paying attention to every minute detail. Nothing was too much trouble. We felt completely supported throughout the process, allowing us to actually enjoy our celebration instead of managing it. We were so impressed by her ability to be both practical and creative, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to make their special event perfect!

Bernadette made our fairytale fantasy wedding an actual magical reality. She guided and facilitated our choices and decision making before the event. Then when we were in Italy she was our confidante and friend and helped us make plan B our Plan A+. She has been fun and helpful and kept telling us to have a budget even when we got caught up in it all. On the day Hannah and Bernadette were as much part of our experience as our family and friends. It felt like we shared the emotional rollercoaster from start to finish. We miss them now! Thank you thank you thank you. It was the absolute best day of our lives… ♥️♥️♥️

We first met Kate when she did a brilliant job coordinating our brother's wedding; when we got engaged there was no question about working with her ourselves. From the first planning session, Kate was able to take our vision, and apply her expertise - including guidance on timings, recommendations on suppliers, and suggestions on little details that would bring the whole day together. Having Kate's advice and expertise was particularly important as we had a marquee wedding at our parents, which came with all the ins and outs of dry hire. During the lead up to the wedding Kate was still on hand to answer questions and provide advice - such as when we had to go back to the drawing board on caterers fairly late in the process. All of this meant that going into our big day, we were completely at ease! Kate took care of EVERYTHING; from the big logistics of the day, managing suppliers, coordinating timings, removing a muddy footprint from the dress pre-ceremony (!), keeping family calm, orchestrating the most seamless marquee room flip between ceremony and reception, and making the whole day absolutely magical - she was truly able to bring our vision (70s disco meets English garden party) to life in the most amazing way. If you're wondering whether to invest in a wedding coordinator I would say there's no question - this will be the best thing you can spend money on for your wedding day. Kate and her team are absolutely phenomenal, and we can't recommend her highly enough!!

I hired chairs from then for my reception. They have an array of beautiful and bold colours available, and we're great for the vibe we want for our spring wedding. They were great at adjusting our order when I realised I had miscounted and needed a few extra chairs. Delivery and collection of the chairs at the venue was seamless.

I want to give Catherine one of the biggest thank you's of my entire life. Catherine organised our wedding at Farbridge near Chichester and she was incredible. One of the first things she said to us when we enquired was "I'll do anything I can to make it the wedding you want" and with that we were sold. Many other venues and planners we'd spoken to tried to make us fit into their packages whereas Catherine really listened and wanted to create what we wanted. She went above and beyond in every single way and made our special day even more memorable than it would have been without her. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Catherine!

When my now-husband and I were hunting for an unique and out-of-the-ordinary venue for our wedding, we knew that it was going to be a challenge as we hoped to get married in May 2021, right in the middle of the UK National COVID lockdown. From the very first telephone call with Jen Irwin, Kimpton Fitzroy London’s Commercial Manager at the time, who eventually oversaw all of our wedding planning – and who we are now so lucky to call our special friend – I immediately loved her enthusiastic and positive energy. Jen invited us for a tour of the hotel and we fell head-over-heels in love with the venue, and with Jen, straightaway! Jen not only single-handedly managed our big day, effortless and elegantly, no detail was too big or small for her. One of my oldest friends Abi, stayed with me the night before the wedding and Jen thoughtfully arranged the most decadent and spacious corner suite for us. We arrived at the suite to find that Jen had handwritten a lovely note with a chilled bottle of champagne ready for us. Our wedding day was beyond anything I could have imagined and that is all down to the loving and caring way Jen and her staff made us feel like royalty on our big day. Jen, an absolute professional who has been in the business of weddings for nearly twenty years, made us feel totally cared for, guided and assured throughout. From the way Jen made the effort to dress to match our colour scheme to the way she fluffed my veil just before I walked down the aisle to the way she escorted me round the secret way so that I could have a longer and impactful walk down the aisle, truly made the day even more special. Her attention to detail, positive energy and genuine attentiveness is something we will always be grateful for. We are still pinching ourselves that we had the privilege to get married in our dream wedding venue but we will be eternally grateful to Jen for everything she had done, way and above, to make our big day so extraordinary. We love you, Jen!

Molly was a huge part of mine & my husband’s big day and the whole process that went into organising it. There are so many elements to a wedding that it is difficult to make sure you have ticked every box and I was naturally anxious about how it would all come together. Luckily Molly and I had ran through the whole schedule of the day together and so I was confident going into it that she clearly understood my vision and I could hand over the baton to Molly for the wedding day, take a deep breath and just focus on enjoying it. There is no substitute from staying present and worry-free in a day that already wizzes by. There were in fact a number of things that didn’t quite go to plan on the day (outside of Molly’s control) but she was able to quickly and professionally deal with the issues and made sure that my husband and I didn’t need to worry (or even know!) about any of them. It doesn’t hurt that she is also a lovely person. I would recommend Molly in a heartbeat
