I cannot recommend Luna & the Lane enough. They were the best thing we did for our wedding. They were so helpful, kind, professional and FUN and helped make sure we had the best day possible even with lots and lots of moving parts and truly awful weather. Thank you so so much!!! We LOVE them.

I don’t even know where to begin with reviewing Emma. I called her my “guardian angel of the wedding,” and I truly mean it. Our day involved a lot of logistics and was very DIY, but Emma handled everything with such grace, kindness, organisation, and calm expertise. I was initially advised not to hire a planner for the day… but I trusted my gut and found Emma, and I am SO unbelievably grateful that I did. Our band cancelled during our ceremony, and we also had complicated aisle arrangements due to a very unwell relative — yet somehow the entire day still ran beautifully. That was entirely down to Emma. She was incredibly supportive, meticulous, and always one step ahead, making sure we were protected from stress and able to enjoy every moment. The whole day was amazing, and Emma played a huge part in that. Thank you, Emma — we are forever grateful for you and everything you did to make our wedding so special, even with all the obstacles. You are exceptional. ❤️

Alix was extremely helpful in the run up to our wedding day, keeping me sane and focussed on all the right details for the months leading up to it. I don't how we could have done our day without her. Our venue and caterers had coordinators but Alix was the one who really pulled everything together. At all points she was making sure things were running to plan, so much so that I barely thought about plans on the day and we could just enjoy ourselves. I couldn't recommend her enough!

We hired Keshira as our on-the-day coordinator for our DIY barn wedding, and it was without doubt the best decision we made. From the very beginning Keshira offered invaluable insight and expertise, helping us shape our plans and giving us the confidence that everything would run smoothly. On the day itself Keshira went above and beyond, styling and dressing the venue beautifully so our vision came to life while keeping everything fun, relaxed, and on track. We had a lot of suppliers, moving parts, and logistics, including a few room turnovers, and she made every single transition totally seamless. We didn’t have to worry once and were able to just enjoy every moment. Keshira’s energy and positivity shone through, with so many of our wedding party commenting on how fantastic she was. She is not only incredibly professional but also such a lovely person to work with. From our first introduction call we knew Keshira was the perfect fit. We would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator who will bring joy, seamless organisation, and genuine care to their big day. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Steph was absolutely amazing, we genuinely couldn’t have done it without her. The planning leading up to the wedding was incredible and on the day itself, every detail was just perfect. She made our Pinterest boards become a reality! Things we never would’ve even thought of, Steph had already handled. From helping me into my dress, making sure everything ran perfectly, coordinating vendors the list could honestly just keep going- she was there every step of the way. Her attention to detail made all the difference. We’re so grateful for everything, Steph made our day a dream come true!

Molly was a huge part of mine & my husband’s big day and the whole process that went into organising it. There are so many elements to a wedding that it is difficult to make sure you have ticked every box and I was naturally anxious about how it would all come together. Luckily Molly and I had ran through the whole schedule of the day together and so I was confident going into it that she clearly understood my vision and I could hand over the baton to Molly for the wedding day, take a deep breath and just focus on enjoying it. There is no substitute from staying present and worry-free in a day that already wizzes by. There were in fact a number of things that didn’t quite go to plan on the day (outside of Molly’s control) but she was able to quickly and professionally deal with the issues and made sure that my husband and I didn’t need to worry (or even know!) about any of them. It doesn’t hurt that she is also a lovely person. I would recommend Molly in a heartbeat

Bernadette made our fairytale fantasy wedding an actual magical reality. She guided and facilitated our choices and decision making before the event. Then when we were in Italy she was our confidante and friend and helped us make plan B our Plan A+. She has been fun and helpful and kept telling us to have a budget even when we got caught up in it all. On the day Hannah and Bernadette were as much part of our experience as our family and friends. It felt like we shared the emotional rollercoaster from start to finish. We miss them now! Thank you thank you thank you. It was the absolute best day of our lives… ♥️♥️♥️

Hiring Kate and her team for our on the day coordination was the best decision we made! Kate is so knowledgeable, friendly and organised so we knew we were in safe hands. I want to give Catherine one of the biggest thank you's of my entire life. Catherine organised our wedding at Farbridge near Chichester and she was incredible. One of the first things she said to us when we enquired was "I'll do anything I can to make it the wedding you want" and with that we were sold. Many other venues and planners we'd spoken to tried to make us fit into their packages whereas Catherine really listened and wanted to create what we wanted. She went above and beyond in every single way and made our special day even more memorable than it would have been without her. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Catherine!

When my now-husband and I were hunting for an unique and out-of-the-ordinary venue for our wedding, we knew that it was going to be a challenge as we hoped to get married in May 2021, right in the middle of the UK National COVID lockdown. From the very first telephone call with Jen Irwin, Kimpton Fitzroy London’s Commercial Manager at the time, who eventually oversaw all of our wedding planning – and who we are now so lucky to call our special friend – I immediately loved her enthusiastic and positive energy. Jen invited us for a tour of the hotel and we fell head-over-heels in love with the venue, and with Jen, straightaway! Jen not only single-handedly managed our big day, effortless and elegantly, no detail was too big or small for her. One of my oldest friends Abi, stayed with me the night before the wedding and Jen thoughtfully arranged the most decadent and spacious corner suite for us. We arrived at the suite to find that Jen had handwritten a lovely note with a chilled bottle of champagne ready for us. Our wedding day was beyond anything I could have imagined and that is all down to the loving and caring way Jen and her staff made us feel like royalty on our big day. Jen, an absolute professional who has been in the business of weddings for nearly twenty years, made us feel totally cared for, guided and assured throughout. From the way Jen made the effort to dress to match our colour scheme to the way she fluffed my veil just before I walked down the aisle to the way she escorted me round the secret way so that I could have a longer and impactful walk down the aisle, truly made the day even more special. Her attention to detail, positive energy and genuine attentiveness is something we will always be grateful for. We are still pinching ourselves that we had the privilege to get married in our dream wedding venue but we will be eternally grateful to Jen for everything she had done, way and above, to make our big day so extraordinary. We love you, Jen!
