First Dance Choreography in South East - England

A huge thankyou to Candice & Jamie for choreographing our 'First Dance'. They were fantastic teachers, supportive and very patient with us. We felt at ease straight away and the lessons were such fun. In the end, we even surprised ourselves and agreed to do a lift! It was a great surprise for our guests and we still get compliments now on our routine (to The Ronettes 'Be My Baby'). All in all... a fab experience!!

We are so pleased we found Tina to teach us a dance routine for our first dance at our wedding. I am a particularly unconfident dancer even compared to my husband - and even from our first call she made me feel completely at ease, going at the right pace to help me feel ready for our dance. She came up with a lovely routine, and was an excellent teacher. By having a special dance, we have a memory that will last a lifetime and we can’t thank or recommend Tina enough!

Georgina’s approach is so patient and considerate. She gets to know you as a couple so that the dance style reflects this, and was great at building up my fiancé’s confidence with dancing as he was very nervous before the lesson! Within a 1hr lesson, she has given us the basis of the dance so we can now continue to build on this and practice at home. We look forward to showing her the final piece!

Anthony is an extraordinary dance teacher with great emotional intelligence and intuition. He knew how to build up the confidence that my husband and I were missing for our first dance at our wedding and created a choreography that worked so well for us and the song we chose – “Happy Together” by The Turtles. We had so much fun on our wedding day and also at each class we attended with Anthony in preparation for the big day. Thank you, Anthony, for your dedication and patience with us.

Amazing instructor who taught both of us a dance routine in the comfort of our own home! Took into account our previous experience (which for me was ZERO) and we ended up having the most wonderful dance on our wedding day. 1000% recommend and would use again!

Amirah worked with us over 2 x 90 min lessons and was fabulous! I had already come up with a brief intro but with Amirah, we were able to choreograph the entire rest of the dance in that time together! She was super supportive and full of creative ideas which were tailored to us, our song and my dress! She took videos of our rehearsal runs to help us remember it and was happy to go over or adapt anything as needed. Honestly, by the end-we were so excited to perform what we had created and it was one of the highlights of our entire wedding day! Our guests still comment on our dance even now 3 months later! When planning our dream wedding the first dance was always at the forefront of my mind. Neither myself or my partner have any dancing experience (and quite frankly both have two left feet) but I knew that I wanted us to do a small routine for our first dance. I contacted Crystal Dance Studios and booked their wedding dance package which offered 2 private and 2 group lessons for a very reasonable price. There was also good flexibility of dates and times which worked around our busy lives and childcare. Our instructor was absolutely fantastic, so kind and friendly; she put us instantly at ease and was incredibly supportive. The routine she choreographed was perfect, taking into account our skill level, chosen song, my dress, and the size of the dance floor. We had the best time performing our first dance and our guests have not stopped talking about it since! Thank you so much for making our first dance so special and creating some amazing memories both in the lead up to the wedding and on the big day itself.
