Being involved in a Wedding is the most beautiful thing. From a planner’s point of view, I get to see one of the most important days of your life with your nearest and Dearest unfold, and to be a part of that is really special.
Every Wedding is handled with care and attention. If you require complete planning, then look no further. With contacts in every area, I can be your ‘one-stop shop’ for all your suppliers, and of course, I will be there to oversee the Big Day.
If you are in need of ‘On Day coordination’ only, then I am here for that. I will be there from set up to lights out, making sure that everyone and everything is just perfect. I will handle all suppliers and services, from venue, photographers, caterers, staffing, DJ/band, guests, and everything in between. Allow me to take the stress away from you, your family, and friends, allowing everyone to enjoy the day with confidence, knowing that it will all be taken care of. Also, being your MC, guiding guests, and coordinating timelines, your day will be flawless.
I have nearly 10 years in the Event/Wedding planning business with 100s of Weddings under my belt. Having worked for multiple venues over the years and with the knowledge and experience I have gained, I am now able to offer my services without restrictions. Amazing Coordinator
We had an initial call and then a meeting face to face to discuss our plans and format and Hazel had relevant questions and added great insight into our planning. Her guidance helped us think of things we hadn't considered before.
Then on the week of the wedding she helped organise the vendors with any questions and checked in about any last minute changes.
The days of the wedding she was invaluable. We had no worries and we're able to fully enjoy our wedding without being bothered by questions or any organisation. Hazel fixed every problem and overcame every barrier for us!
I can safely say that without Hazel our wedding would not have been the same. She alleviated so much stress from us and our families.

Her attention to detail is incredible — every moment of the day was perfectly timed and smoothly executed. As someone who relies on the flow of the day to capture candid, emotional footage, having a planner like her running the show made my job a joy. She didn’t just keep things on schedule - she made the day feel effortless, both for the couple and for all of us working behind the scenes.
She was wonderfully friendly and easy to get along with, which is important when issues on the day arise (albeit so few when Elizabeth is in charge). She made a point of checking in with all the suppliers (including me), offering support, and ensuring we had what we needed to do our jobs well. That kind of attention to detail and concern is rare — and greatly appreciated.
What impressed me most was how gently and confidently she handled the couple.
Speaking as a Videographer, weddings can be overwhelming, so you NEED that someone who handles pressure and can guide a couple throughout the day - Elizabeth is perfect for that!
