I cannot highly recommend Claire enough. She produced the wedding cake of our dreams, for less cost than we’d been quoted for lesser designs. What more can you want. We’d assumed she was out of our budget based on the amazing gallery on her website but it was definitely worth the ask. She was brilliant at bringing our thoughts to life, and happily accommodated our request for her to help incorporate my grandmother’s separate fruit cake layer (she makes a mean fruit cake) by adding decorations to it so that the cakes looked conjoined and didn’t overshadow each other. Other suppliers had said they couldn’t. The flavours we went for weren’t the ones we assumed we would - so do take a gamble! We’ll be coming back for more stout cake in the future I’m sure. The sneak peaks she posted online the week before the wedding got us so excited, and although we never saw her on the day when she was setting it all up as we got dressed, the pictures she posted were a joy to watch afterwards. We had constant compliments on the day from people saying ‘have you seen the cake yet!’. Thanks Claire

We were absolutely thrilled with our wedding cake from Let Them Eat Cakes. From our first enquiry through to the big day, the whole process was seamless, professional, and completely stress-free. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the cake looked even more beautiful than we had imagined. It was a real highlight of the day and received so many compliments from our guests. Most importantly, it tasted incredible. In fact, our guests enjoyed it so much that there wasn’t a single slice left for us, the bride and groom, by the end of the night! We couldn’t be happier with our wedding cake! The design was elegant and exactly what we envisioned, and the flavours were a huge hit with our guests. Not only was the cake beautiful and delicious, but the whole process was seamless. She was professional and friendly. We’re so grateful to have her as our wedding supplier.

Wedding Cakes by Lisa created the most beautiful and meaningful wedding cake we could have imagined. From the very first phone call, Lisa made everything feel personal and effortless. I’m not normally a cake eater, but even from the tasting samples she sent us before our consultation, we knew straight away that her cakes were something special. When we met in person, she took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and what we wanted our cake to represent. We chose a three‑tier cake with Coffee Valencia, Blueberry and zesty lemon, and Strawberry, coconut and lime — all absolutely delicious. The finished cake was a genuine work of art. Lisa replicated our venue’s floral arrangements perfectly in sugar form; the colours, shapes, and petal textures were so lifelike that guests had to look twice. She also created a sugar‑work train inspired by my wife's wedding dress, which cascaded beautifully down the tiers. Our two black cat figurines added a personal touch that made the cake unmistakably ours. Lisa’s kindness went far beyond the main cake. She made two smaller cakes in our favourite flavours for us to enjoy later, immaculately packaged. She also went out of her way to accommodate one of our guests who couldn’t have dairy, baking two special eggless vanilla muffins (one to take away with her) and vegan brownies for her dessert. It meant so much to us and to our guest. Once the cake was served, it didn’t last long — pretty much every slice was taken and eaten. As the groom, I’ll admit I felt genuinely bad cutting into such a stunning creation, but every bite proved that Lisa’s talent isn’t just visual. Her flavours are exceptional, balanced, and unforgettable. Lisa is incredibly talented, thoughtful, and passionate about what she does. We couldn’t recommend her more highly.

We couldn’t have been happier with our wedding cake from Sue! From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic. Sue was so lovely and easy to communicate with, and there were so many delicious options to choose from. The cake itself was absolutely delicious, and we received so many lovely comments from our guests. The decoration was exactly as we had asked for and looked beautiful on the day. Thank you so much, Sue, for helping make our wedding day extra special! We would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a beautiful and delicious cake! ❤️🎂

Emma was fantastic. My daughter wanted a chocolate wedding cake with a horse theme and what Emma provided was just what the bride and groom wished for! Emma was very patient with us and understanding as we went through a number of options. The final cake looked fantastic and was very very tasty. A job very well done with professionalism and great care

We cannot recommend Pippa highly enough! From our very first chat right through to our wedding day, she was so warm, reassuring, and completely stress-free to work with. She took care of the setup seamlessly, and the cake looked absolutely breathtaking. It tasted just as amazing as it looked, with so many of our guests telling us it was hands-down the best wedding cake they had ever had. Thank you, Pippa, for being such a wonderful part of our day!

The travelling cupcake were fantastic to work with, they understood exactly what we wanted and made it happen. The cakes were of an incredible quality and even the gluten/dairy free ones were soft and delicious! They used our inspiration pictures and tailored them to our colour scheme, which meant the cake and cupcakes were even more a part of the day. The team were great and responsive over emails, they were sometimes a little slower to respond but as we booked in advance this had no impact on our timelines etc. I couldn't have asked for better cakes and cupcakes for our wedding day and all of our guests commented on how amazing they all tasted. They delivered to our venue with a minimal charge and were extremely reasonable on price. I would 100% recommend and will definitely be going back for anniversary cupcakes or any future special occasions.
