Above and Beyond!

I recently had the pleasure of working with this fantastic company and wanted to share my experience. From the very beginning, the team was incredibly welcoming and organised. Carly introduced herself as my main point of contact and was proactive and approachable. She ensured that all my questions and concerns were addressed well in advance.

On the event day, the coordinator and her colleague Maise were onsite, making everything run smoothly. They were readily available for any last-minute issues, which really put my mind at ease. Their professionalism and friendly demeanour made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.

I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail and their commitment to ensuring everything went smoothly. Their optimism about the weather and an England win added a lovely touch to the day's atmosphere.

Fantastic, Fantastic, Fantastic!!!!!!!

I don't even know where to start really because Carly and Maisie exceeded all my expectations. Having hired them only a week before they had quite a task to get up to speed, however they did so very quickly and understood the vision. They managed to sort out a massive issue with the venue on the day, without them there taking over I am not sure it would have gone ahead as planned.
If you are wondering whether you need an events co ordinator I would say YES, I wish I had done it from the very start!
We would 100% recommend them, and if needed use them time and time again!

Brilliant!

I contacted Carly when I was having trouble with my venue. After Carly came on board, the stress was alleviated and she went above and beyond to communicate with the venue to make it work for us! On the day Carly was amazing and ensured the day ran like clock work, she also helped personally with selecting some table decorations and writing place names! It was a pleasure to work with Carly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to another couple thinking about getting a wedding coordinator!

Photographer who was part of Carly’s team

Carly is an amazing wedding planner. I have shot two weddings now with her and she is so professional, on the ball and always getting things done. Any problems she gets them solved. As a photographer she is great to work with. Makes couples feel at ease which helps when it’s comes to taking them off for photos.

Carly was fantastic!

Carly was exceptional both in the planning and in the delivery of our wedding day. There were so many pieces to pull together, and she did an outstanding job of keeping both the pieces and the people together.

She was always willing to go the extra mile, whether that was in extra visits of the church or the reception venue or in making more Zoom calls to ensure that everything was on schedule. She was very good in guiding and supporting people in the process and ensuring that all the items needed were in place too.

To organise a wedding is a challenge but to organise a cross-cultural wedding is another step up and Carly did an excellent job! We would highly recommend her as she delivered our wedding in a mature and professional way despite all the pressures placed upon her. Thank you so much Carly!

Jess & Jack Wedding: first class service and brilliant wedding planner!

Carly was just Brilliant! She made our wedding day run so smoothly, handled everything and is genuinely one of the nicest people!
We hired Carly when we had booked our venue and organised a few suppliers but Carly helped us find the rest and helped us organise the whole event. We had weekly video calls (as we weren't local) in the run up to the wedding, Carly wrote our schedule for us, coordinated with all of the suppliers, visited the venue with us, helped set up and of course ran everything on the day. So many things we did were down the suggestion of Carly as she has so much experience with wedding planning.We had the best day ever and could not have done it without Carly!

Carly made our wedding planning stressfree

We would highly recommend Carly to anyone planning their wedding. Carly had great insight and was brilliant for suggesting ideas to ensure the day was a success and ran smoothly. She was incredibly organised throughout while also being very approachable and relaxing to work with. Carly made the whole experience stressfree for us, it allowed us to really enjoy our wedding without having to think about the operational aspects on the day. We can’t thank Carly enough for how nice and really enjoyable.

Carly was incredible

We honestly couldn’t have wished for a better experience than we had with Carly. She went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend the best. We didn’t have to worry about a thing and our 200 guests were super happy all weekend. Carly was great with communication, really organised and nothing was too much trouble. She is also so lovely which meant speaking to her was great fun too. We had a really large number of suppliers to deal with and she took any worry away from us, we honestly didn’t have to think of a thing! I would recommend Carly to anyone in an event coordinator or wedding planning capacity!

Outstanding professionalism

MOTB can be a daunting role, but with Carly at the helm of the first of our three children's weddings it was an utter joy.
Both my husband and I have years of experience in the hospitality industry which makes it doubly hard to let go of the reins and feel secure that the entire lead up to and the day of the wedding will be the exact day your gorgeous daughter and lovely Fiance want. But honeslty, Carly made it so very easy for us.
Her incredible depth of knowledge, experience,attention to detail, constant smile and utterly calm personality are so very reassuring and throughout the experience, both as parents and fellow Event Managers, we both felt every detail was in the safest of hands.
As MOTB I would not hesitate in recommending Carly for any scale of event,our day included over 200 guests and involved many bespoke ideas- Carly executed each element exactly as our daughter and husband wanted them and we relaxed, danced and loved along with the rest of their guests- just perfect!

Great wedding planner!

If you are looking for someone to organise your wedding we would recommend Carly. From a venue perspective she was flexible, respectful of our museum and easy to communicate with.
