How do you even begin to write a review for someone who literally created the best day of your life?

Emma was nothing short of a godsend. Planning a wedding in the UK while my husband and I were based in the US felt like a huge undertaking—but thanks to Emma, it turned out to be the most beautiful, seamless, joy-filled experience imaginable. Quite simply, we could not have done it without her.

From the very beginning, Emma brought vision, expertise, and a calm confidence that instantly put me at ease. I had a lot of “must-haves” and a whole lot of moving parts—venues, music, transport, food, drinks, stationery, and everything in between. Emma navigated every single detail with precision and grace. Her industry knowledge and intuition helped us make the best choices every step of the way. Especially with the location!

I work in media, so a smooth and perfectly timed "run of show" was very important to me. Emma not only understood that but delivered it flawlessly. Every moment of the day unfolded exactly as planned, without me having to think or stress for even a second. Two types of music, speeches, changes, church deliverables, etc - she handled it all.

And here’s the thing—organization is not my strong suit. But Emma made me feel supported, heard, and completely taken care of. She brought a calm, kind, and steady energy that grounded me through every twist and turn of wedding planning. With family, travel logistics, and the emotional weight of the big day, I can honestly say that having Emma by my side was one of the best decisions we made.

On the wedding day itself, I was able to let go and be fully present—to focus on my husband, our vows, and the love of our family and friends. That freedom, that joy, is something I’ll never forget—and it’s all thanks to Emma.

We got married over the summer at a village hall in East Sussex. We started the organising ourselves, but realised quite quickly that professional help might be needed to assist with finishing off the planning and pulling everything together on the day – especially as we have a toddler who takes up a lot of time! Emma was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She gave us a highly professional, bespoke service and understood exactly what we were trying to achieve. Emma was always on hand to provide creative ideas and added suggestions, and to recommend various suppliers we needed. In fact, we always looked forward to our meetings with Emma for her calming influence, help and reassurance! We didn’t have a single concern or stress on the day because Emma had everything completely under control. If you’re planning a DIY wedding, we cannot recommend Emma highly enough for help you don’t even realise you need!

I really don't know where to begin with singing Emma's praises... from our first meeting with Emma to the day of the wedding, I can honestly say, she was an absolute star!

When we first met Emma, I remember coming away from our meeting and thinking how excited I was to have found such a gem of a planner.

Emma really did make the whole wedding planning process a seamless dream, which I was initially particularly anxious about, having no idea where to start!
We had our wedding at my parents home, which is not a wedding venue, so you can imagine how we were feeling - 'how do we get the ball rolling? Where do we start? What timeline should we expect?' etc. - we had endless questions and worries! Having Emma contact all suppliers, guiding us with everything and I literally mean everything, made the daunting task of planning a wedding at home an absolute breeze.

Emma was always available whenever we had the most random questions and never made me feel foolish for asking them. The support was incredible and made me feel so relaxed always.
It really felt like we were working alongside a close friend that we had known forever, and because of Emma, we thoroughly enjoyed every moment in the leadup to our AMAZING wedding day.

I could go on and on with every little detail, there are SO many wonderful things I could say regarding Emma and her work.

Emma was our wedding planner for our wedding in early September 2022.

We started the venue hunt back in the new year of 2021 and found Balcombe place. Having had a conversation with other coordinators at other venues, it was different with Emma - she was warm, enthusiastic and informative. We immediately hired her as our wedding planner. Which was honestly the best decision.

She was so organised - letting us know which decisions we needed to make (such as the big hires), the timeline for selecting, doing the research when we weren’t sure of who to choose and providing her own little black book of contacts.

Emma was always accessible - setting up regular check-ins to answer any queries we had and update on any vendor information.

Most importantly she absorbed our thoughts and concepts for how we envisioned the day and absolutely delivered : the aesthetic honestly took our breath away and everything was delivered so smoothly. We loved having her as the interface for vendor queries and the wedding planning experience was enjoyable, not the stress-fest that so many of our friends have mentioned.

On the day Emma was always subtly in the background, co-ordinating, talking to the bridesmaids and groomsmen and vendors to ensure everything went smoothly - there were no hiccups at all!

So thank you Emma - for making the entire wedding experience incredible, for organising our dream day and for being the best cheerleader when we were anxious, reminding us to have fun and to never say sorry.

Emma helped my daughter plan her wedding and was really good at communicating, it looked amazing, everyone had a wonderful time and it was a pleasure to work with her and have her with us on the day. Highly recommended.

We got married in July 2022 on a farm in Hampshire, over a three day celebratory weekend. We had 140 guests in attendance.

We only engaged Emma's services in March when we realised that we may need the help of a professional to finesse our ideas and help us deliver on them.

Emma was fantastic from the off. She immediately understood our ideas, made them workable and in many instances better. She discovered a major issue with the caterer we thought we had booked and resolved that situation promptly, sourcing a brilliant caterer local to the venue. This really did help make the wedding.

She sourced great local suppliers of flowers, deck chairs, games, blankets and cushions! Lovely touches that everyone enjoyed over the weekend. Nothing was too much trouble. She was always available, had answers to every question and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Emma was unable to be on site for the wedding (clearly stated from the beginning) but with all the organisation ahead of the weekend it all ran brilliantly to plan. The weekend was absolutely perfect and in no small part to Emma's help and guidance. An absolutely pleasure to deal with.

Her idea of bloody marys for the Sunday brunch was a highlight among many over the weekend! I shall leave it there.

Emma was an absolute joy to work with. From our first call, we felt at ease knowing she would take care of everything in the run up as well as on the big day. No question was too big or too small and we felt we were in a true expert’s hands.

On the big day itself, Emma was superb! Everything ran incredibly smoothly and any minor hiccups were dealt with behind the scenes quickly and efficiently. Her approachable, professional and positive style was noticed by all.

Right from the beginning Emma was an absolute dream to deal with. She genuinely went above and beyond to make everything we wanted for our day happen with ease, and made the whole processes indescribably less stressful! With Emma's help I really didn't find the wedding planning process stressful or difficult. You can tell that Emma truly cares about the couples she deals with and would do anything to plan the most amazing wedding - which is an understatement in describing what she did for us.

Emma, as she did the whole way through the year-and-a-bit run up to our wedding day, totally saved the day on so many different occasions when we were unsure or nervous about something (which happened a lot). She coordinated with all of the suppliers, helped me and the bridal party with what to do on the day easing a lot of nerves, took care of all of the music and everything else, and made so many brilliant suggestions when we weren't sure of something (all of which were amazing suggests and all og which we are delighted we went with)! I had a million and one questions for Emma so regularly but never once were we made to feel like anything was too much trouble or a silly question, even though many definitely were!

A huge number of our wedding guests commented that this was the best wedding they had ever been to. I could not recommend Emma highly enough - thank you so much!
