We booked Green Lily to help plan our wedding in October, with a quick planning turnaround of ~6 months!

The process was very smooth, with GL finding lots of different suppliers at different price points to suit our needs. The co-ordination on the day was first class, and we managed to fit two great ceremonies on the same day, in two locations, without a hitch! Precious was great to work with, was always available and kept us updated throughout - thank you so much for all your help!

Precious, Sean, and JP arrived the day before the wedding and set up all of our tables, arranged our decorations, and made everything look absolutely beautiful.

In meetings before our event, Precious was able to offer us really helpful advice on the running of the day and ensured everything stayed perfectly on schedule (our wedding took place at my partner’s family home).

Sean also ran the bar perfectly, he gave us great advice on which drinks to serve, and everything went so smoothly on both the wedding day and our day two.

Using Green Lily Events was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From our very first meeting, it was clear that we were in incredibly capable hands. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and calm demeanor ensured the entire planning process was stress-free. They designed all of our wedding stationary exactly how we wanted them and arranged for it all to be printed and styled, arranged for all of the name tags to be printed and placed and styled everything to perfection.

Precious and CJ were always on hand to answer any questions and made sure that our schedule was planned to perfection on the day.

CJ was an absolute godsend on the big day, and also the day before setting up the venue. Everything ran so smoothly and we were able to completely relax and just soak in every moment. They handled every detail with professionalism, calmness, and care — from managing vendors and keeping the timeline on track, to solving last-minute hiccups without us even knowing! He made sure the venue was decorated exactly how we wanted it to be, all we had to do was drop off the things we wanted to be put out the day before the wedding, and CJ worked his magic.

CJ really did go above and beyond, he was whizzing round the whole time, checking the weather to make sure we didn’t get caught in any rain showers, handling last-minute changes, coordinating the vendors, and always checking in to make sure we were ok.

Thanks to CJ and the team we were able to relax and enjoy the day with our friends and family. They made sure every part of the day went exactly as planned (or better).

We actually really enjoyed planning our wedding, because Precious helped us be decisive and plan the best way to use our budget. She was there organising the morning’s events, calming my nerves, and ensuring everything went smoothly—right up to the final moments before I said "I do." And after the ceremony, she was still right there, making sure everything continued to flow perfectly, from the drinks reception, to the wedding breakfast, to the first dance and to the end. Having her by my side during every single moment was such a comfort. I knew I could rely on her for anything, and she helped me stay calm and collected. She handled everything with grace, allowing me to just focus on enjoying the day.

By the time the wedding came around, my friends and family were genuinely excited to meet Precious because they’d heard so much about her and knew how big a role she’d played. And on the day itself, she was truly everything. She brought calm to the chaos, handled every little detail with care and precision, and allowed me to just enjoy the moment without stress. Having her there made the day feel effortless—and I can honestly say, I couldn’t have done it without her.

My brother (the groom) had planned every inch on the wedding but it soon became clear that it was too much. He needed someone to help and to also run the day and we all agreed it was the best decision made getting these guys on board. Not only did they run the whole day smoothly but they also made sure that Ben and Alice were enjoying themselves and also would tell them frankly, it’s their day, you can do what you want when you want. They were absolutely smashing.

We have just experienced the most amazing wedding for my son and daughter in law at Froyle Park where Precious did an absolutely fantastic job as the coordinator. Every aspect was delivered smoothly and discreetly to enhance the whole experience. Nothing was too much trouble for Precious and her team; we miscalculated the rose petals/confetti but Precious found a way to overcome the issue. Her dedication to ensure all those attending had an incredible experience was second to none. Without her energy and professionalism, whilst the wedding would have happened, it wouldn’t in my opinion have run so smoothly. I am so thankful that Precious and Green Lily Events were brought in to lift the burden of running the event, for which we will be forever grateful.

I cannot praise Precious and her team highly enough. They were one of the best things we arranged for my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding at Froyle Park and seeing the bride and groom so relaxed and enjoying their wedding day was partly due to having Precious and the team taking away every bit of stress on the day and in the weeks leading up to the wedding day. They managed to be visible when you needed something but at the same time not intrusive or in the way. They were a great support to my son who was best man - helping with any issues that came up before and during the wedding. A highlight was when the wedding breakfast overran slightly and evening guests started to arrive - Precious made the decision to arrange a small drinks reception in the entrance to keep the evening guests happy and occupied until the bride and groom had finished their desserts.
