Cosmea Wedding Planning provides their couples with a sense of relief and security as we take the stress of wedding planning away and allow them to immerse themselves in all the fun and amazing parts of planning their wedding.
We provide weddings for everyone, no matter their vision, but specialise in themed weddings that go beyond the norm, breaking those everyday traditions. Whether you are dreaming of gothic romance, rustic or western style, enchanted forest, fairytale or more, what you dream of, we bring to life.
Services include:
- Full Planning - Rose Package - With you from the initial consult until the post-wedding. Supporting you every step of the way.
- Partial Planning - Lily Package - For those who want some help and guidance with planning their wedding day.
- Day-Of Coordination - Lotus Package - We oversee the day-of coordination for the wedding day, ensuring everything goes off without a hitch! Managing suppliers and troubleshooting the day.
- Themed Weddings - Orchid Package - For those who are looking for that little bit different, create the perfect wedding to truly reflect them.
- Daisy package - Hourly rated service, for those that only need a little help, or a reasurring focussed phone call or that one supplier they haven't quite managed to nail done or even a last minute addition to the wedding.
- Venue styling - The follow up to the wedding should be exciting not stressful, we come in and set up the room/ venue with all the desired decor whether its been brought in by a company, purchased online or DIY we get it all set up for you so you don't need to worry.
- Extra Services - Includes clean-up services, rehearsal management and Pet involvement.
We don’t just plan the perfect wedding; we create dreams. We work one-on-one with every couple, exploring their visions and building with them something truly one of a kind.

Hi, I’m Alicia, the founder of Cosmea Wedding Planning. I started this journey out of a deep passion for creating unforgettable wedding experiences, tailored to each couple’s unique love story.
With over a decade of experience in hospitality and a dedicated focus on weddings since 2021, I pride myself on the finer details—the thoughtful touches that turn a beautiful day into an extraordinary one.
What I love most is working closely with couples to design a wedding that truly reflects who they are and the bond they share. My goal is to help create timeless memories that they'll cherish for a lifetime.
In my free time, I have the privilege of being a member of the Kites of Wessex, a local reenactment group based in Basingstoke. Together, we explore a variety of historic fighting styles, bringing early medieval combat to life.
I’m honoured to serve as one of the group’s shield-maidens, specialising in sword and shield combat. This role lets me embrace my inner warrior while also expressing creativity—I’m heavily involved in sewing and crafting kit for both fighters and non-combat performers. The dress pictured on the right was handmade by me.
Specialising in themed weddings, truly allows me to share my love for my work and my passion for my hobbies together, making life in general all the more fulfilling.
