I couldn’t recommend Carly and her team more. My wife and I really underestimated how much planning a wedding takes and go have Carly along for the ride was a god send. After each of our calls and mainly the coordination on our wedding day, I just knew everything would run seamlessly If you are hesitant about a wedding coordinator, then be assured it’s well worth every penny.

Charlotte was instrumental in helping us turn our wedding vision into a reality! Her eye for detail and experience of planning the set up and design of large scale events took the tricky logistical worries out of our minds as she helped us see how it would all come together on the day. She was readily available to chat to us both in the early planning stages and right up until the day itself which was really reassuring! Thank you Charlotte for helping make our day look so beautiful!

Frankie did a wonderful job of co-ordinating suppliers for Tony and Angie's outdoor ceremony and tipi reception. I was conducting the ceremony and we met on site the day before for a walk through in glorious sunshine, but when the weather changed the following day, Frankie was calm and decisive - quickly setting up an alternative ceremony space and altering all the entrances and exits. She's easy to work with, accomodating and relaxed - perfect attributes for a wonderful wedding planner. Thanks for all your help to bring together an incredible JamIrish celebration! x

I honestly don’t know where to begin…. Planning a wedding during a pandemic may have been stressful for some, but for me it was a breeze thanks to Helena and Jenn of Ivy Blu Weddings. They listened intently to what I had envisioned and then effortlessly executed it. I was fully prepared to arrive at our wedding and immediately move things to their rightful place but there was no need whatsoever because it was everything I had imagined and more. They were on hand every step of the way; meeting us beforehand to iron out the final details and then on the day going above and beyond what we had hired them to do. I can honestly say that our wedding would not have been the same if it wasn’t for their attention to detail, creative flare and genuine passion for weddings and care for their couples. Katie is the best!! We can’t recommend Katie more. She did such an amazing job organising our wedding. From start to finish we felt like she had everything under control and helped us to execute our vision perfectly. She has great attention to detail and made sure we didn’t forget any of the little details. It was invaluable having her recommendations for flowers, catering etc. We received so many compliments on the flower arrangements in particular. We had 100% trust in her - which was amazing because it meant we could fully relax and enjoy the day and preparations. Katie was calm, efficient, extremely accommodating and flexible when a few unexpected events occurred in the lead up to the wedding. Firstly, when we had to push the wedding back a year - Katie was able to arrange everything with suppliers so we didn’t loose any, finding suggestions for a new date extremely quickly based on supplier availability. Secondly, when our photographer had to cancel the day before our wedding due to a medical emergency, Katie and our wonderful photographer managed to organise cover at the eleventh hour so we still had photos on the day - and we are so so pleased with how they turned out!

We were so fortunate to find Karin! We initially hired her just to help us find a venue, and hadn't really considered having a full planning service (we didn't think of ourselves as "needing" a planner). But she did such a fantastic job, and we got along with her so well, that we ended up wanting her help with the whole thing. This was completely the right decision! Karin has such great instincts about weddings, and pays attention to every detail, big and small. She's got great relationships with loads of excellent suppliers, and knew where to go for any niche requests we had. And she really understood our vision and what we wanted for the day (while still keeping a close eye on the budget). Plus, she's so much fun to plan with! Her enthusiasm is infectious, and we always came away from planning meetings with renewed excitement. We would have been about 100x more stressed by the planning process if we didn't have Karin (and the day definitely wouldn't have come off nearly as well). She insulated us from the hassles and annoyances that inevitably come with planning a big event, and Karin's help freed us up to focus on the aspects we enjoyed most. We couldn't have been happier with how our wedding went, which is in large part down to Karin's tireless efforts. She feels like a true friend, and we're forever grateful to her for making it all happen. (And big shoutout to Jess and Amber, who took great care of us on the day!)

Wedding elements wow wow wow! What can I say 🤍 Jenny and her husband literally saved our wedding day. We were unfortunately let down by another company a couple of days before our wedding. Jenny reached out us after our friends and family asked for recommendations of a company or individual who has last minute availability. Jenny was amazing and offered her services. She is truly a down to earth superhuman. She understood my worries and anxieties regarding our situation and put me right and ease from the first message. She worked within our budget and offered delivery. She helped set up the day before and collected with no fuss. The LOVE letters we hired from her were so much more than we ever expected and made the room feel so beautiful. I genuinely can’t fault wedding elements as a company. I’m looking for another excuse to throw a party and we will sure be reaching out to wedding elements again 🤍🤍
