Excellent value for money and couldn't have wished for a better and more professional service for our big day. Would not hesitate to use them again should we ever have an occasion big enough to celebrate. Don't sleep on these guys!

I cannot recommend Catering by Simon highly enough! From the very first enquiry, the entire booking process was straightforward, stress-free, and incredibly professional. Simon was so versatile and worked brilliantly within our budget without ever compromising on quality. He came up with amazing ideas that we would never have thought of ourselves, and the attention to detail throughout was absolutely exquisite. Every aspect of the catering and presentation was flawless and really elevated the whole event. The staff were friendly, approachable, and attentive throughout the party, making everything run smoothly and allowing us to completely relax and enjoy the occasion. Nothing was too much trouble for them. This is now the second time I’ve used Catering by Simon, and I already have another event booked with him. I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else. Exceptional service from start to finish every single time!

There honestly aren't enough words to thank Catherine and everyone at The Little Kitchen Company for everything they did for our wedding. From our very first conversation, we knew we'd found the right caterers. Catherine immediately put us at ease with her knowledge, organisation and genuine enthusiasm for our plans. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we left feeling completely confident that we'd made the right decision. Over the next year and a half, Catherine became our catering manager, guiding us through every stage of the planning process. Communication was always fantastic, our tasting was seamless, and every question we had - especially around dietary requirements - was answered with confidence. It was clear from the beginning that every detail had been thought through. Our venue is set in a beautiful forest with no purpose built kitchen, meaning everything had to be brought in and set up from scratch. Watching the team arrive the day before and create a fully functioning kitchen was seriously impressive. Catherine also coordinated with our other suppliers in the lead up to the wedding to make sure everyone was working to the same timeline, something we hadn't expected but were incredibly grateful for. We wanted to give a special mention to Catherine herself. She is everything you could hope for in a wedding supplier - professional, calm, incredibly organised, and one of the warmest, kindest people we've ever met. She has a wonderful way of making you feel completely looked after, solving problems before you even know they exist, and ensuring everything runs effortlessly behind the scenes. We trusted her completely, and that meant we could simply enjoy our wedding day knowing we were in the very best hands. She is an absolute credit to The Little Kitchen Company. On the day itself, temperatures reached 29°C, but the entire team handled everything flawlessly. From keeping drinks flowing and adapting to the heat, to managing all of the food and service without needing to interrupt us, every decision was made with complete professionalism. They also looked after so much more than just the meal service - providing the staff, glassware and crockery, dressing the tables, serving our canapés, sharing starters and mains, evening Cornish pasties, and beautifully presenting everything. Everything was effortless from our perspective. And finally... the food. Absolutely outstanding. The sharing platters were perfect for our long banquet tables and exactly the relaxed, family-style meal we'd imagined. Every course was delicious, and our guests haven't stopped talking about it. The lamb and lemon potatoes deserve a special mention - we're still receiving compliments nearly 2 weeks later! We've genuinely lost count of the number of people who've told us it was some of the best wedding food they've ever had. Thank you to Catherine and every member of The Little Kitchen Company for helping create the most incredible day. Your professionalism, kindness and attention to detail made such a huge difference, and we couldn't recommend you more highly.

Jacaranda were a dream caterer to work with for our wedding. Our tasting day - held in a very sweet dedicated room at their offices - was amazing. They were always quick to respond as we built our requirements out, and suggested ideas. The range of tabletop hire available through them was perfect for us, and they kindly prepared our final choices in their offices for us to view in the flesh before selecting. The food on the day - from canapes to wedding breakfast to evening meal / snacks - was all excellent, with great feedback from all our guests (one of whom is a chef with a frank personality, so positive praise from him tells us something). My greatest sadness of the day is that the adrenaline didn't enable me to eat even more of it! We worked with Phern, Chermain, and Hannah in particular, with a special shout-out to Hannah for everything she did for us that day. Nothing was too much effort for her, including finding me an apron so I could enjoy the chocolate fountain in my dress, keeping an eye out in case I caught my dress on things (we had live candles), and fetching items for us to and fro from various rooms that had nothing to do with catering! e.g. my fur shawl before I went outside. It's the little things that really stick with you and make the day run seamlessly. Thanks team

They offered a catering schedule that worked around our needs and were really accommodating for allergies and small intricate changes throughout planning. We were delighted to see the presentation that they had out front, which added greatly to the vibes of the day. All throughout the process Tim was great with us and kept in constant touch to make sure that any changes that we needed were reflected in what they were going to deliver on the day. The food was one of the highlights of the day as we had hoped that it would be. We went for the "it's a Braai" menu and I can say that it had certified South African praise from that side of the family. Everyone else also scored the food 10 out of 10. Give them a try!

All I can say is thank you so much to the Ross and Ross team. The quality of the food and service was exceptional. So many guests said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. From day 1 at the tasting session they made it feel so personal and special, taking into account every bit of feedback we has. No ask was too small. The canapes set the tone for the day and were absolutely delicious. The plates and glasses selection added the wow factor to our day. We also had personalised pizza boxes for our evening food which they put together for us! Thank you to the whole team for making our day so special. I hope to go to another wedding that has you so I can eat it all again!

I have heard nothing but amazing feedback from all our guests on the food which Nyama provided. We had the mixed grill, steak, chicken and lamb chops and it was incredible. We are so happy we decided to go with Nyama who were the more expensive of our original options but absolutely worth it. We had 50 guests for canapés and 120 for BBQ buffet and the service was quick. The staff were all really friendly and flexible, I would highly recommend if you want a wedding breakfast which is full of flavour and has lots of variety.

Dear Mike & team, We can't thank you all enough for the tremendous meal and service you provided for our wedding. We were truly impressed with the flavours and quality of the food and with the friendly but professional service from all the staff. Many of our guests came to tell us they had thoroughly enjoyed the food and that the sharing aspect was fun and as there were so many different dishes there was something for everyone. Personal favourites of ours were the aubergines, the incredible lamb and the saffron aioli, which we could have eaten by the buckets. Oh and the Pavlova was an absolute hit. My only regret is not having eaten more of everything as we were a bit distracted with the whole thing, but from the top table I could see everyone munching away happily! Thank you for being so flexible and accommodating to our wishes, like serving our own alcohol and coffee/tea, and for the extra help with moving furniture, keeping things tidy, etc. A huge thanks to Faith too, for all the back and forth emailing over the past months. Sadly neither of us got a chance to meet the chefs properly and to say thank you in person. Thanks again and all the best to you all, Francesca & Aarren

We had Mark and his crew cater for our wedding reception. We went for canapés and BBQ and the food was outstanding. The crew arrived exactly when they said they would, were extremely attentive and courteous and went above and beyond to make sure my new wife and I managed to get some food in during the busy day. Highly recommended!

Marie and the Foodilic team were exceptional! Our food was delicious, colorful, and we've only had good feedback from our guests. We had a detailed sit down and tasting ahead of the party during which we were able to work out the specifics of the day. On the day of the party itself, the team arrived promptly, efficiently set up everything they needed, and were unfailingly friendly/polite to everyone they spoke to. We went with a main and three salads, all of which were delicious and generously portioned. It's excellent value for money, and we'd definitely consider hiring their services for other parties in the future.
