When we first started planning for our wedding we were unsure if we would need a wedding planner. And being on a tight budget, we weren't sure if it would be the best use of our funds. After we spoke with Sian we quickly decided she was worth it, and it was 100% money well spent.

Sian was professional and friendly throughout, her communication between us and suppliers was fantastic. At times when our own planning momentum had dropped, she quickly popped up with loads of helpful suggestions. Whether it was a DIY project or organising suppliers she was fantastic every step of the way. Her knowledge of the industry, venues and suppliers was invaluable. Especially with all the legal jargon that comes with the contracts!

Everything about our wedding day was incredible and we owe so much of this to Sian! We were looking for an on-the-day coordinator and we had spoken to a few event planners. All great, but Sian stood out head and shoulders above the rest. She was very frank with us from the get-go and offered really valuable guidance in our very first meeting.

Sian was an absolutely amazing wedding planner! From the first time we spoke to her we knew it was the perfect fit. She took her time to understand our needs and culture, and went above and beyond the call of duty. We only booked her for the on the day coordination services, but she knew how stressful the planning process was and stepped in way ahead of time to help with the vendors, our wedding stationary and so much more! She was available 24/7 and helped us with even the smallest of details. Her attention to detail, quick wit, and extensive contacts helped us get the best of the best. For such a short planning experience (she helped us plan this in 4 months with a guest count of 335 people) she took so much burden from us, and really made the experience easier.

The day turned out absolutely beautiful, by far one of the best days of our lives! And the team she brought to support on the day were perfect.

My partner and I choose Sian for “on-the-day” co-ordination for our Civil Partnership Reception. I had the time to do a lot of the party planning myself but very soon realised that I would need help in the run up to the reception and on the day. I am so glad I found Sian to do this for me.
She is super organised, a great communicator, has loads of energy and lots of experience and ideas. She had worked with our venue before which was a bonus. Sian also found a great DJ for us who was exactly right for the age group of our guests.
