Historic Wedding Venues in Surrey

We had a great day with Glenmore House, where everything we wanted to happen happened as expected. All our guests commented on the great food and Glenmore House were great at adapting to our guests' requirements, including provision for coeliacs. Faye worked very hard in the run up to ensure she understood exactly what we wanted and took the time to explain how the day would work for us talk through any final requests. All in all, Glenmore House was a great choice of venue for us, and at a reasonable price.

I don’t have enough words to explain just how wonderful Ewell Court House and the entire team at Bovingdons were. From the moment we looked around the venue for the first time, we knew it was perfect for us. The space is absolutely gorgeous and clearly so well cared for and looked after. It was a beautiful canvas to build our decor on. Olivia, our co-ordinator, was absolutely fantastic! We have nothing but praise! Olivia communicated consistently with us, never getting frustrated with all of our questions and worries, and was always willing to meet when we needed to. She made sure we knew all the dates for when to get information back to her and ensured we had all the information and documents we needed. She was flexible with all of our changes and accepted them with a smile. On the day, she was so relaxed and brought such a calming presence that we knew we could rely on her to make sure everything happened exactly the way we planned. And it did! The team was brilliant, working tirelessly in the background to keep everything running smoothly. They set up our decor beautifully and everything looked exactly how we imagined. The team were wonderful and so hard working and we felt like they were all genuinely invested in the day going well. I cannot express any more just how highly we recommend Ewell Court House to everyone!!

We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding venue. From our very first visit, the staff were incredibly organised and professional. We felt that Susan and Clare genuinely cared about our day and listened to our vision for the day. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and looks even better in person than it does in the photos. The grounds are beautiful and were a wonderful addition for our guests to enjoy throughout the day. There are also countless picturesque spots for photography, which gave us some truly amazing wedding photos. The catering staff introduced themselves to us and were attentive throughout the day. We especially appreciated how they made sure we had canapés and drinks, even holding refreshments back for us when we were busy, so we didn't miss out on anything. One thing that really stood out was how accommodating the team were before the wedding. We were able to visit the venue several times by appointment, had a wedding rehearsal, and we were able to test our music beforehand. A special thank you to Susan and Clare, who were so friendly throughout the planning process and kindly helped my husband with setting up on the morning of the wedding. On the day itself, everything ran so smoothly that we were able to completely relax and enjoy every moment. The team took care of everything behind the scenes, meaning we never had to worry about a thing. The care takers were so helpful the next day when we collected everything too. Our suppliers said that the venue were very helpful to work with too on their side. Thank you for helping make our wedding day so special. We would wholeheartedly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a beautiful setting and an exceptional team. ❤️
