Our newly refurbished Woldingham Suite radiates class & style.The neutral colour palette provides the perfect blank canvas for any colour scheme.
With floor to ceiling natural light flooding in through our french doors, you’ll be enticed onto our beautiful white stoned balcony, that gives you stunning views of Halliloo Valley and endless photo opportunities.
We have a handful of amazing recommended suppliers that can give your their expertise on how to style the suite, however you are more than welcome to arrange your own suppliers or decorate yourself!

So happy with our choice
They liaised with our vendors to make sure the venue looked absolutely stunning — the decorations were elegant and beautifully coordinated. It was clear that the staff took real pride in making the space look magical, and so many of our guests commented on how beautiful everything was.
What impressed us most was how smoothly the day ran. The team managed the entire running order with such professionalism and calmness — we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Everything flowed seamlessly, from the ceremony to the reception. They kept us informed at every step without ever making us feel rushed, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy every moment.
The communication leading up to the big day was outstanding. Every email and call was answered promptly, and no question was ever too small. They listened carefully to what we wanted, offered great advice, and made sure every detail was just right, while accommodating requested that maybe have been an inconvenience for other venues.

The best decision I’ve ever made
A Dream Venue with the Most Amazing Team
On the day itself, everything ran so smoothly and so many of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and how lovely the staff were. The whole team was incredible. Ben made a wonderful first impression when he showed us around, and it was so lovely to see him again on the big day. Linda and Chanell were just outstanding – so kind, organised, and supportive. Chanell even stepped in to help with makeup touch-ups, which was such a thoughtful gesture and so appreciated!
The venue itself is stunning. We were lucky to have a beautiful sunny day, and the views across the immaculate golf course from the balcony were breathtaking. The sun streaming through the Woldingham made the whole place feel magical.
We honestly wish we could relive the day all over again – it was everything we dreamed of and more. Thank you to all the staff at Woldingham for making our wedding day so special.

Our big day arrived and from the start I felt so relaxed. Linda was so lovely complementing my dress and made me feel amazing
Continuously asking if we were happy and ok and if there was anything else we needed.
All the staff were happy and bubbly we handed them glow sticks they were waving them around dancing and it was so lovely to see them involved.
Emma we met half way through our wedding planning as there was a change around in staff but not once did I need to worry that she wouldn’t know where we was at with the planning she was up to date with everything and continued to be supportive right through to the end.
Myself and my now husband have had the best wedding! And would love to do it all again!
