Great venue, beautiful room with its own exclusive outdoor area. Both areas recently refurbished. The wedding coordinator was amazing from start to finish, flexible providing for our wants & needs. All staff were amazing on the day. Food was brilliant, great comments from all our guests on the quality of food. Accommodation was beautiful and of a high standard. I would highly rate this venue as a choice for wedding venue and wedding reception.

We had our wedding recently and the whole day was incredible. The staff were amazing on the day and Jay and her colleagues made the day a special one to remember with lots of help and made the wedding how we wanted it! They had no control on the weather but still somehow managed to even make it sunny all day!

If you are looking for a venue for a Wedding, look no further, as l can honestly say, if you choose the Hogs Back Hotel, you will not be disappointed. From our first meeting with Emily until the moment we left, a couple of days after the Wedding, there is nothing to fault. Throughout the planning, Emily was a constant support, she helped us choose the perfect package for us, without any pressure. We faced a few challenges nearer the date, Emily was quick to help and support us, assisting us to change things around, without any fuss. Made a stressful situation much easier! The day was perfect, even though arrangements had to change, because of constant rain. Emily and staff seamlessly changed everything around accommodate everyone. The Toastmaster, included in the package, John Heasman, was excellent, absolutely brilliant. The staff were amazing, friendly, professional, efficient, helpful, each and everyone of them. They all went above and beyond. The food, well, what can l say, it was exceptional. It was hot, it was tasty, it was filling. Not one guest complained about any of it, in fact the compliments were many. This included both the Wedding Breakfast and the evening buffet (which was plentiful). A large number of Guests stayed at the hotel overnight and again they were extremely impressed. We had the perfect day, despite the persistent rain and this was largely thanks to Emily, the staff, John Heasman and Enigma Entertainment, who supplied the evening music and photo booth. We could not have asked anymore from anyone, we made the perfect choice when we trusted Emily and the Hogs Back Hotel with our special day. Date of Wedding 06.06.2026.

I have absolutely no words to describe how incredible the team were and are at Northbrook and I am so relieved and grateful we were able to have our wedding here. Due to a family emergency we had to pull our wedding forward from Sept 2027 to Feb 2026. This meant we only had 4 months to come up with a completely new plan - looking at different venues, suppliers, themes and weather. Of course this could be stressful, but the Northbrook team were so calm and flexible and helpful at every step of the process, I can’t imagine any other place being so helpful with such a chaotic wedding and bridal party. Not only was the team amazing in the run up, but the compliments we’ve had about the service and friendliness of all the staff was amazing, as a bride you’re always a focus for being looked after but to hear how much our 130 guests raved about the team was amazing. They helped us to find suppliers and made introductions; they were there to help with supplier co-ordination - guiding on where and how to set up; they were there to help with the ‘teardown’ at the end of the night and the following morning. The whole process was seamless. We called them so many times in the run-up, but they were always there with a friendly smile and a helping hand, and a reassurance that everything would be just fine! We went into the day with so many rough edges - half-baked plans and ideas for what would be good to do, but ran out of time to organise properly. The team stepped up massively - putting the finishing touches to our decoration, helping to guide the supplier team through the day, helping things to stay on time and well managed. We couldn’t be happier. On top of this, the venue is stunning, all of the rooms were clean and tidy and beautiful, and the peacocks’ feathers had started to come back. Even though it’s the time of year where most plants and flowers are dead, the architecture of the venue is so striking and with the grounds being as beautiful as they are it really makes for a stunning venue. If we were to do it all again, we’d go straight to Northbrook as they made our wedding day as stress free and enjoyable for us as we could possibly imagine. Massive thanks to all the team and we miss you all already X

We got married at the Bush Hotel in March. Throughout the entire planning process the team were very responsive and couldn’t have been more helpful. Megan was an absolute godsend from day one. The staff on the day were also fantastic. Every single time we have visited we have been so impressed with how friendly the staff are. The food was excellent and we couldn’t have asked for our day to go smoother. Megan was an integral part of this. On the morning of the wedding, they ensured my husband had everything he needed. I would highly recommend this beautiful venue and the amazing team that came with it.

Every single member of the team at Millbridge Court kept us calm and made the day go so so smoothly. From getting me in my dress to handing out umbrellas when it inevitably started to rain, we didn't have to worry about a single thing and that is thanks to the incredible team at Millbridge court. Our guests have also told us how absolutely excellent the team was and that nothing was too much trouble. We are beyond glad we chose millbridge court for our special day and we made memories we will treasure for ever.

We got married at Farnham Castle in May 2026 and everything was perfect. The venue was even more beautiful than we had hoped, Mallory our coordinator was amazing throughout the whole process, and the service on the day was perfect. It was also so helpful that the venue has catering in-house and a list of preferred vendors, which made the whole planning process so much easier. Highly recommend! -Leslie and Ben

Having worked in the wedding industry for many years playing in bands, I have been to my fair share of weddings. Going in my fiance and I knew what we were looking for and Frensham were one of the most accommodating venues I have ever worked with. We worked with everyone from the wedding coordinator to the general manager and everyone was warm and helpful at all time, no matter what our silly questions might have been. We felt very relaxed. In the build up to the actual day we naturally had a few things going on and anything we threw at them was not too much trouble. We arranged for all our guests to have rooms, special requests on the day, our own personal style for things, it was all fine. I really felt that they wanted us to have a good time. This is not something I have experienced with a lot of wedding venues. The setting itself is great! We opted for the outside Marquee for the evening entertainment and that was a really nice way to do things. On the day, as I am sure people can imagine, there is all sorts of things going on. Through all of the crazy every member of staff was helpful and caring. Anu in particular was never pressuring for my fiancé getting ready etc, everything was just on her terms. This is what you want from a venue, it is YOUR day and they are there to help you, not tell you what needs to happen. Thank you to everyone involved, in particular to Anu (event co-ordinator) and Jignesh (Manager) We have memories that will last a lifetime and Frensham Ponds hotel were a big part of making it so special!

WHERE DO I BEGIN!! This venue made my princess castle dreams come true. Everyone told me that it’s the best venue they’ve ever seen, every step was orchestrated perfectly and Louise is an angel!! We got married in the Walled Gardens on the bank holiday heatwave and moved our reception to the lawn instead of inside, it was magical and so memorable! Louise was so happy to help and no request was an issue for her. We are ao grateful to everyone at Frensham Hall who made our day come to life, best day ever xxx
