We recently celebrated our wedding reception at The Princess Royal and would wholeheartedly recommend it to any couple looking at pub venues. We felt so looked after by Leah and her team who were so professional, responsive and flexible from the very start of the planning process to the very end of the day itself. What meant the most to use was how Leah embraced our vision of a laid-back, relaxed reception, which helped us create a celebration that felt truly authentic to us. We received so many compliments from our guests about how much they enjoyed themselves. The room looked amazing and the food in particular was a hit, both the sit-down meal and the evening buffet were delicious. Thank you again to everyone at The Princess Royal who helped make our day everything we had hoped for!

We had our wedding recently and the whole day was incredible. The staff were amazing on the day and Jay and her colleagues made the day a special one to remember with lots of help and made the wedding how we wanted it! They had no control on the weather but still somehow managed to even make it sunny all day!

Our wedding day could not of gone any more smoother thanks to Emily and her team. Nothing was to much trouble and everything we asked for was done without a fuss. I cannot recommend the Hog's Back Hotel enough for a wedding, thank you all so much for making our wedding day even more amazing!

My husband and I cannot recommend the Bush Hotel enough! From the moment of our first visit to checking out after the big day, we had the most wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, and all our guests said how comfortable and cosy it was. But most impressive are the staff who could not have done more for us and made everyone feel so welcome. The wedding coordinators are fantastic and the planning process was as effortless as it could be. The food and drink offering is varied and of such high quality, and the different spaces within the hotel were perfect for the different elements of our day. The location is brilliant, with plenty of rooms for all our guests to stay, and the transport links to London and airports meant it wasn’t a challenge for people to get there, compared to more out of the way options. Do not hesitate booking the Bush Hotel, we will be forever thankful we did.

My Wife and I had our wedding here two days ago and it’s the best decision we made throughout our planning. From the moment we saw the venue, just from the outside we knew that was our place. Step inside and walk around and it just ticked every box. We stopped looking and booked there and then! The staff were amazing from start to finish and Shelby herself couldn’t do enough for us. So reassuring leading up to the day and then all the hard work to get the venue sorted for how we visioned it on the day, was just a treat to behold. If you want that extra bit of magic for your special day, then Millbridge Court is the place for you

We had our wedding at Farnham Castle in August and we were so thrilled with how everything went. The venue is situated in breath-taking grounds, with a lot of history and character. Throughout the entire planning process, Francesca and the rest of the team were incredibly helpful, and they were outstanding on the day itself. We hardly had to think about anything other than enjoying the day with our guests. Many of our guests remarked that it was the best food and wine they had enjoyed at a wedding. We would highly recommend the venue to anyone. A small note to be aware that there a couple of extra costs i.e. additional charge for outdoor ceremony which you may not expect after already paying a premium venue hire fee. None of this detracts from the stunning surroundings and dedicated events team! They made our day such a success and we would book the same venue in a heartbeat if we had to choose again.

We got married at Frensham Pond Hotel on Saturday 27th September 2025 and it truly was the most perfect day. While there were some initial challenges with email responsiveness, the hotel was undergoing a period of change and the director, Jignesh, went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. His time, care and commitment meant a great deal to us. We’re incredibly grateful for his support. We chose the Happily Ever After package, which offered fantastic value and flexibility. We upgraded from 60 to 70 day guests and added a few personal touches along the way. Compared to other venues we visited, Frensham Pond Hotel stood out for what was included. It was exceptional. The venue itself is incredibly versatile. We hired a marquee on the upstairs terrace overlooking the pond for our ceremony, followed by welcome drinks on the lower terrace and photos by the water. Our wedding breakfast took place in the spacious banquet suite, which transformed into the perfect party space in the evening. Every part of the day had its own beautiful setting and the flow between spaces made it feel seamless and special. Anu and the entire team, with special thanks to Raeida, Anton and Roberto, brought our vision to life with care and precision. They even followed my 52-page Wedding Bible to the letter. Highly recommend making one. The food was absolutely amazing. Sandis, the chef, was incredible. Not only was every dish beautifully prepared, but he was also wonderfully accommodating to all our guests’ dietary needs. The flavours were phenomenal and we had so many compliments throughout the day. One guest even declared they were “the best roast potatoes he had ever tasted.” Enough said. We wish we could relive it all over again. It was everything we hoped for and more. If you're looking for a place to say "I do", we wholeheartedly recommend Frensham Pond Hotel.

Could not recommend Frensham Hall more after our beautiful wedding in August 2023!!! From the moment we first looked round the venue, we knew it was the one and we loved that there were several rooms that you could get married in (as well as an outside ceremony space). There was also a room to get ready in on the morning of. We also loved that you got the venue for the whole weekend which was a massive bonus from us as we had a lot of setting up to do the day before. Throughout the whole wedding planning time, Kerry and the team were amazing at answering all my questions and were so flexible and accommodating with our requests. We especially enjoyed the food tasting event where we also got to meet all the other couples getting married that summer. We were also able to customise the menu to serve what we liked and the food was outstanding. On the day, everything went super smoothly and again, Kerry and the team were amazing at keeping everything on schedule. The day felt so relaxed as we had also gotten to know the team beforehand and all the staff were lovely. All our guests said that the food was spectacular and the day couldn't have gone better. Wish I could do it again! Finally, it was great to have all the costs itemised along the way so that we could keep track of budgets, and we thought that the costs were very reasonable as well! Would recommend Frensham Hall for any future Bride or Groom!
