We had our wedding at Guildford Manor Hotel & Spa on 5th September 2026 and honestly had the most amazing day. During the planning process we did have a few frustrations, mainly because our event manager changed a number of times, which at points made things feel a little unsettled. However, once Joanne came on the scene, everything completely changed for the better. She was absolutely brilliant — organised, reassuring, helpful and genuinely made us feel like everything was under control. From that point onwards, the whole experience felt so much smoother and we cannot thank her enough. On the day itself, the venue looked absolutely beautiful and everything came together perfectly. From the ceremony through to the wedding breakfast and evening reception, the whole day felt incredibly special. The food was lovely, the staff were friendly and attentive, and Guildford Manor provided such a gorgeous setting for our wedding and photographs. After all the months of planning, it was amazing to finally see everything come together and we genuinely had the best day. A huge thank you to Joanne and the whole team for helping make our wedding so memorable. We would absolutely recommend Guildford Manor to other couples looking for a beautiful Surrey wedding venue. 🤍

We had our wedding at Woodlands Park Hotel in Cobham back in September, and we can’t recommend the venue enough. The building and grounds are stunning, and it created exactly the atmosphere we wanted for our day. The events team, with Sammie as our contact, were really supportive in the build up to the day, really responsive to our requirements and supported us through getting everything ready. On the day itself, the staff were brilliant and the venue was set up perfectly. Our wedding coordinator Shaldon and his team were really attentive to every detail, very organised, and always on hand when we needed anything. So many of our guests commented on how smoothly everything ran and how well they were looked after. The food was a real highlight as well, as we had so many compliments from guests about the quality and service, which was great to hear, and it made the whole experience feel even more special. We elected to hire the hotel exclusively, and we felt it made a big difference overall; it made everything feel that bit more personal and relaxed, and made it feel really like the day we wanted. We would happily recommend Woodlands Park Hotel to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

When we visited Brooklands we were convinced wedding somewhere so nice would be out of our budget, but we were very pleasantly surprised. Nicole and her team were great at looking after us, and catered to all our needs. It was so handy to have the wedding and the reception all in one place. And the rooms were lovely too. Everything went really well. And Karl who helped us set up gave amazing service. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you

We held our wedding at the Guildford Harbour Hotel on the 24th August and the experience was truly amazing from start to finish! The venue has an amazing feel which is exactly what we wanted. We had Georgie as our wedding coordinator to start with who was brilliant and explained everything clearly and was a complete delight to deal with. Georgie then went onto maternity leave and we were seamlessly handed over to Kat, who was equally as amazing! She looked after us brilliantly in the weeks leading up to the wedding answering all of our questions and extremely helpful with all of our requests. On the day, we couldn’t have asked for more from everyone at the hotel. Kat ensured everything ran smoothly and on time whilst keeping us at ease and relaxed. She has an equally high attention to detail so we knew everything was in safe hands! Everyone at the hotel from the reception staff to the bar staff were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome at all times. It really was the best day of our lives and the staff and hotel itself played a massive part in that! If anyone is thinking of having there wedding or event here, do it!! You won’t be disappointed!

We recently held our wedding at The Talbot and honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, the planning process felt smooth and enjoyable thanks to Krystyna, the Weddings & Events Manager. Wedding planning can be overwhelming at times, but her patience, organisation and calm, reassuring approach made everything feel manageable. No question was ever too much trouble, and she was always on hand with helpful advice and guidance throughout the entire process. By the time our wedding day arrived, we felt completely confident that everything was in hand. That peace of mind allowed us to relax, enjoy every moment and spend quality time with our family and friends, knowing that everything behind the scenes was being taken care of so professionally. Krystyna and the team even dealt discreetly and efficiently with an unexpected issue on the day, ensuring it never became a distraction and allowing us to remain focused on celebrating. We would also like to recognise all of the staff who looked after us and our guests throughout the day and evening. Every member of the team was warm, friendly, attentive and genuinely committed to making sure everyone had a wonderful time. The Talbot provided the perfect setting for our wedding, and the service we received from start to finish was exceptional. We are incredibly grateful to Krystyna and the entire team for all their hard work, care and attention to detail. They played a huge part in making our wedding exactly what we had hoped for, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Talbot to any couple looking for a beautiful venue and outstanding service. If you are looking for a venue for your wedding Kingswood Golf and Country Club is the most amazing venue. From the stunning ceremony room the amazing food and great views over the golf course. We had our day there and it was honestly the best day ever. We chose the 5 course carvery for our wedding breakfast the choice of starters and desserts was fantastic the roast was perfectly cooked our guest couldn't stop talking about it. We had the pleasure of Amy looking after us and she honestly went above and beyond to make our day so special. She was always on hand to help with my many questions and calm my nerves I cant thank her enough. This venue also has the added bonus of accommodation and a lovely breakfast for the morning after. Great to catch up with ur quest and talk about your day. So if you are looking for a venue that ticks all the boxes Kingswoods Golf and Country Club has it all .

Barnett Hill Hotel gave us a wedding beyond our wildest dreams. The team were fantastic, especially Carla, and without them, I don’t know what we would’ve done! The building itself is breathtaking and our guests were amazed at how beautiful it was. The team working on the day were absolutely fantastic and made sure the day was seamless for us as the bride and groom. Honestly couldn’t recommend the hotel and the team enough - if I could get married all over again I would choose Barnett Hill in a heartbeat!

We had our wedding weekend at Langshott Manor from 2nd-5th July, with around 40 guests staying, and it truly exceeded every expectation. The manor itself is breathtaking - every corner, from the gardens to the wood-panelled interiors, felt like something out of a storybook, and it made for the most beautiful backdrop in our photos. Marie and the whole team looked after us so well throughout the planning process and the weekend itself. Nothing was too much trouble, and every detail - from the food and drink to the room set-ups and the little touches around the grounds - was handled with real care. Our guests all commented on how much they enjoyed themselves and how special the whole weekend felt. Thank you to everyone at Langshott Manor for making our wedding so memorable.

We had our wedding reception here after our ceremony at Guildford Register Office. Everything was just perfect. From when we 1st started to enquire with Emily through to the day itself. The venue is lovely, the staff were attentive and friendly, the DJ the venue recommended was amazing . Just everything went perfect we can’t recommend the venue enough!
