We had our wedding here on 11/07/26. It’s such a beautiful venue and the day was absolutely perfect! Nahid, the manager, she is incredible and will do anything for you to make your day perfect!! There was a slight miscommunication between staff on the Friday but Nahid saved the day and put our stresses at ease. We are so grateful to all the staff who helped out on the day and made sure everything ran smoothly. A special shoutout also to Simo for his assistance on the day. A beautiful venue, gorgeous scenery and fantastic food!!

We had our wedding at Woodlands Park Hotel in Cobham back in September, and we can’t recommend the venue enough. The building and grounds are stunning, and it created exactly the atmosphere we wanted for our day. The events team, with Sammie as our contact, were really supportive in the build up to the day, really responsive to our requirements and supported us through getting everything ready. On the day itself, the staff were brilliant and the venue was set up perfectly. Our wedding coordinator Shaldon and his team were really attentive to every detail, very organised, and always on hand when we needed anything. So many of our guests commented on how smoothly everything ran and how well they were looked after. The food was a real highlight as well, as we had so many compliments from guests about the quality and service, which was great to hear, and it made the whole experience feel even more special. We elected to hire the hotel exclusively, and we felt it made a big difference overall; it made everything feel that bit more personal and relaxed, and made it feel really like the day we wanted. We would happily recommend Woodlands Park Hotel to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

When we visited Brooklands we were convinced wedding somewhere so nice would be out of our budget, but we were very pleasantly surprised. Nicole and her team were great at looking after us, and catered to all our needs. It was so handy to have the wedding and the reception all in one place. And the rooms were lovely too. Everything went really well. And Karl who helped us set up gave amazing service. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you

We held our wedding at the Guildford Harbour Hotel on the 24th August and the experience was truly amazing from start to finish! The venue has an amazing feel which is exactly what we wanted. We had Georgie as our wedding coordinator to start with who was brilliant and explained everything clearly and was a complete delight to deal with. Georgie then went onto maternity leave and we were seamlessly handed over to Kat, who was equally as amazing! She looked after us brilliantly in the weeks leading up to the wedding answering all of our questions and extremely helpful with all of our requests. On the day, we couldn’t have asked for more from everyone at the hotel. Kat ensured everything ran smoothly and on time whilst keeping us at ease and relaxed. She has an equally high attention to detail so we knew everything was in safe hands! Everyone at the hotel from the reception staff to the bar staff were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome at all times. It really was the best day of our lives and the staff and hotel itself played a massive part in that! If anyone is thinking of having there wedding or event here, do it!! You won’t be disappointed!

After viewing multiple venues looking for that rustic vibe with lots of character when we entered the Talbot Inn we were finally greeted with a location that had everything we needed in one place with a realistic value for money. We were sold on the beautiful details of the barn and the main building and overjoyed that we wouldn't have to cart our families around to multiple locations in order to provide a ceremony, reception and accommodation. The cherry on top of the cake (pun intended) was having Krystyna help us throughout the whole process from start to finish. Funnily enough we had never planned a wedding before and so having someone that talked us through the process giving us prompts along the way made the entire experience so much easier, she listened to our ideas and went above and beyond to make it all happen without making us feel like we were asking for too much. I would like to think The Talbot know what a gem they have in Krystyna and anyone else considering using there services should know they will be in safe hands. Thank you again to the Talbot Inn for being a big part in our wonderful day!

From the moment we first viewed the venue until the very last moment of our wedding day, the whole experience was absolutely incredible. A special thank you to Liza, who was simply outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always on hand to answer questions, offer reassurance, and make us feel completely at home. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to every little detail made the entire planning process so enjoyable and stress-free. On the wedding day itself, every single member of the team was amazing. Rob, our Master of Ceremonies, kept everything running seamlessly and made the day feel effortless. The pianist created the most beautiful atmosphere, and the bar staff and waiters were all so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Every guest commented on how fantastic the team were. We truly had the most perfect day, and it exceeded every expectation we had. We honestly wish we could do it all over again! Thank you to everyone for making our wedding so unforgettable. We couldn’t recommend this venue highly enough to any couple looking for the perfect place to celebrate their special day.

Barnett Hill Hotel gave us a wedding beyond our wildest dreams. The team were fantastic, especially Carla, and without them, I don’t know what we would’ve done! The building itself is breathtaking and our guests were amazed at how beautiful it was. The team working on the day were absolutely fantastic and made sure the day was seamless for us as the bride and groom. Honestly couldn’t recommend the hotel and the team enough - if I could get married all over again I would choose Barnett Hill in a heartbeat!

We had our wedding weekend at Langshott Manor from 2nd-5th July, with around 40 guests staying, and it truly exceeded every expectation. The manor itself is breathtaking - every corner, from the gardens to the wood-panelled interiors, felt like something out of a storybook, and it made for the most beautiful backdrop in our photos. Marie and the whole team looked after us so well throughout the planning process and the weekend itself. Nothing was too much trouble, and every detail - from the food and drink to the room set-ups and the little touches around the grounds - was handled with real care. Our guests all commented on how much they enjoyed themselves and how special the whole weekend felt. Thank you to everyone at Langshott Manor for making our wedding so memorable.

Emily at the Hog's Back Hotel is second to none. She made the whole thing seamless and carefree. Genuinely couldn't wish for anyone better to oversee the wedding experience start to finish. She was my unofficial planner, confidant, and best friend while we were working on my dream wedding. Id trust her with any event, she honestly made our entire day and I cant thank her enough for the time and effort she put into our day.
