Set within eight acres of private grounds near Cobham, Woodlands Park is a 19th-century mansion with oak panelling, stained glass, vaulted ceilings and a sweeping staircase.

Period rooms sit alongside light-filled contemporary suites, giving couples a choice of settings for ceremonies, dining and dancing. The hotel can host up to 150 day guests and 200 in the evening, with exclusive use available.

Choose from three inclusive wedding packages, each bringing together your ceremony, reception drinks, wedding breakfast, selected wines and evening food. A honeymoon suite and menu tasting for the couple are also included.

For complete privacy, exclusive use gives you sole use of the hotel, event rooms, restaurants, bars, bedrooms and grounds from the afternoon of your wedding until the following morning.

Woodlands Park can host wedding breakfasts for up to 150 guests and evening receptions for up to 200, allowing your celebration to flow from the ceremony into dining and dancing under one roof.

Outside, mature oak trees, landscaped lawns and the mansion’s impressive entrance provide elegant settings for reception drinks, lawn games and photographs.

Food and drink

Our kitchen team creates seasonal menus showcasing the best available regional produce.

Choose from an elegant three-course wedding breakfast, a choice menu or themed evening dining, depending on your selected package. Reception drinks, canapés, wines and a celebratory toast can all be included, while our team can also create signature cocktails and memorable late-night food.

A menu tasting gives you the opportunity to experience and refine your choices before the day.
