We had the most magical wedding day at Mapperley Farm, we couldn’t have wanted for anymore from them. Rosie and her team were incredible, kept in contact with us from start to finish and was always there to answer any questions we had. There was a little hiccup on the wedding day regarding our DJ not bringing his lights and Rosie stepped in to help solve this straight away without us even knowing it had happened! This venue is extremely reasonably priced, and is 100% worth every single penny. Your wedding day can be tailored to how you want it, without any restrictions in place that we had seen at lots of other venues we looked at. This meant that all of our dreams could come true on our wedding day, it truly was incredible. We would recommend this venue to anyone, especially having your ceremony down in the woods as this was really really magical xxx

We got married at Donington Park Farmhouse in April 2025, and we honestly couldn’t have wished for a more magical day. From start to finish, everything was flawlessly run. The team made us feel completely at ease, taking care of every detail so we could simply enjoy every moment. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the spaces beautifully set, and the entire day flowed effortlessly thanks to the incredible staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their kindness and professionalism made us feel truly looked after. Our wedding felt like a dream, and Donington Park Farmhouse played a huge part in that. We can’t thank them enough for giving us the perfect start to married life. If you’re considering this venue—do it. It’s exceptional.

Having our wedding at Stretton Manor Barn really was a dream come true for my younger self. The venue is absolutely stunning from the barn to the outside views. On top of that the staff were incredibly helpful and really made you feel at ease and centre of attention throughout every step. Nothing was too much to ask, even down to wanting mock set ups to really get a feel of what everything is going to look like. This place really contributed to making the dreams ive had since a little girl come true and then some. The food is absolutely incredible and has left our guests in awe at the presentation - its still being talked about now. From the magic touches they also provide such as the supplier evening, you go through such a journey with this venue and it really is the best choice that you will make.

Wow what a duo! Emma and Rebecca were incredible from start to finish! We couldn’t have wished for better co-ordinators! They made us feel super relaxed right from our initial chat and that anything was possible when making decisions on our big day! The day was absolutely faultless which was all credit to E&R! Even our guests commented on what genuinely lovely people they are! We’ll really miss wedding planning with them now it’s all done, but will take away such special memories thanks to them.

We had the most amazing weekend at Bleaklow Farm, which was the perfect venue for our intimate wedding. It's just a wonderful and unique place to be. Photos don't do justice to the views, and every single guest commented on how nice it is. As a wedding venue, it was ideal for us. There are two separate large hosting areas; the main barn and the dining/living space, which means there was no need to changeover during the day. We used the barn for dining, and the living space for everything else. We held our ceremony on the grass outside to make the most of the view, with the living space as a wet weather backup, but luckily the sun stayed out for us. Everyone sat around outside and had drinks afterwards, and then headed into the barn for the wedding breakfast later on, before returning to the living space for drinks and dancing later in the evening. We also really appreciated having the venue for several nights; it really felt like a holiday away, and much more personal than using a standard venue would have been. Everything is of an incredibly high standard; all the rooms, the fittings and furnishings; it all feels luxurious and there are high end touches everywhere. The beds are incredibly comfy, and we loved being able to play music throughout the downstairs areas on the Sonos system. Jake was very helpful with arranging viewings, making suggestions for vendors and accommodating our requests for bedroom and barn table setup, and answered any questions we had quickly. If a small, intimate wedding with around 30 guests staying on site is what you want, with a destination/weekend away feel, I can't think how there could be a better suited venue. I think it's fair to say we loved our time at Bleaklow Farm, and that we've left a piece of our hearts there!

When we went to have a look around Whistle Barn it was a lovely venue with a unique feel! Each room had a different vibe for different parts of your day.

We got married in 2018 at the Gathering and had the most fantastic experience. The location is fantastic and the space available is exactly what we wanted for our wedding. We managed to get married outside and then had the food inside as it got cooler. We couldn't recommend this place enough!

I can't begin to thank you for such an amazing day. It really was so special. Everything from the beautiful venue, to the yummy food and wine, to the decorations and beautiful setting (Especially for my photos) added together to make it a truly memorable day. The peacocks were an added bonus. Nick and the team looked after us so well from the first initial enquiry through to the lunch the following day, they covered every little details and thought of everything, we felt extremely lucky to be so well looked after and they really took the stress out of a big event for such an important occasion. We loved it so much that we booked it again for my husband and my 40th and also for my daughters christening. An absolute gem of a place to be lucky enough to have access to. Thank you sooo much

The Peak District Holiday Barn was the perfect venue for our wedding the space is so simple but tastefully done so you can put your own stamp on it really easily. Having space for friends and family to stay was a must for us so having such beautiful accommodation on site was perfect. Throughout the owners were super helpful and accommodating they really helped make the day special.
