Our daughter was married at the ORNC in September 2022. Lizi & Mitchell our fantastic wedding coordinators were fantastic. There attention to detail made everything seamless. The history and grandeur of the college is breathtaking. The service in the Chapel of St Peter & St Paul at the College where L&J were married by the lovely chaplain Robert was beautiful. Our champagne & canapé reception in the King William Colonnades was enjoyed by all our guests. They were blown away by the magnificence of the surroundings. We then moved to the Painted Hall for dinner. We tried to keep each part of the whole event a surprise. Even if your guests google this incredible venue, in real life … it’s more. Wow! That’s what we heard all day. It was a truly fairytale wedding. After dinner & speeches the dancing began in the Queen Mary Undercroft. A month on and we still feel elated. If you’re lucky enough to have your wedding here your memories will last a lifetime.

Well, where to start! Honestly, we don’t know where or how to! And won’t be able to write everything here! Because it’s so difficult to put into words how absolutely phenomenal Tom, Emma and the team at the Sail Loft made our wedding day! We truly had the best day of our lives! And have never been happier! And that’s down to the team and the venue itself (as well as getting married of course!)! The pub is in an amazing location – right on the river (and the best side – the South ;-p ) - so the views are brilliant! We were so lucky that it was such a beautiful day – blue skies and sunshine - so the whole front of the pub was open, and our guests were able to mingle outside and enjoy canapés and drinks at the reception, after the meal and into the evening. It also meant that we were able to do a confetti throw, which was great fun! We even had our friends sing to the guests out on the river path! The fact that Tom came to us with this suggestion says it all – we hadn’t even thought about how no one would be inside for the performance - but the team were so aware of, alert to and across everything throughout the whole venue at all times, that they pre-empted, adapted to and managed any situation, to ensure that we had everything as we wanted. We didn’t have to think of anything ourselves! The actual pub itself is the perfect layout! We had the whole pub to ourselves, which meant that the day flowed smoothly – our ceremony and reception were downstairs, the meal upstairs, then the party back downstairs. The band and dancefloor were one end and evening food the other. One of our priorities was the music and dancing, and this was indeed exactly what we’d hoped for! There’s a fantastic sound system and mics etc for speeches and an MC. Tom and Emma dj-ed our playlists superbly – no mean feat – it really felt like one big ol’ partay (how we repeatedly – sorry! – described what we’d like from the beginning!)! It all worked perfectly! And the décor of the pub is fabulous, so we didn’t need – or want - much extra decoration. But what really made our wedding was the team. Tom was an absolute legend from the moment we met him, and Emma, an absolute superstar! I don’t think it’s ever been so easy, relaxed and fun to organise an event – not to mention that it was our wedding! They were there always, whether via email, phone, in meetings or on the day itself – we didn’t have to follow up or chase once – they were so on the ball, hardworking, communicative and efficient. There weren’t any problems the whole way through! They listened to what we hoped for on our day, really heard us, understood, didn’t judge, advised as necessary, and then made it happen – and seemed genuinely happy in doing so! It was honestly exactly how we’d envisaged – right down to the very last detail (sorry for going on so much about the Port/Limoncello toast haha!)! Their attention to detail was second to none – you could really tell they wanted everything to be of the highest standard – and it was! The service from everyone on the team was remarkable – everyone was so attentive, helpful and friendly - my Dad couldn’t get over how outstanding it all was! And the food – the food!! It was absolutely superb! So delicious! And no one went short – something we really wanted to ensure. All our guests have said how excellent the food was – and how well the team did. Those scotch eggs in the canapés were immense! We also thoroughly enjoyed the food tasting which took place ahead of the day itself – everything exceeded our expectations and gave us even more encouragement, confidence and excitement for what was to come! We fully trusted the team and never had any worries about anything! I could continue to write all day, but to sum it up (!), we were completely blown away by our experience at the Sail Loft! From little details, such as being asked if we wanted our celebratory glass of bubbles during or after our ceremony, or before, during or after our confetti throw (a detail we hadn’t even thought of; we didn’t even expect to be offered it like this, since it was a pub wedding!), to the execution of the whole day and the night, you could tell that Tom, Emma and everyone just wanted us to have the exact wedding we wanted. We still can’t get over it all (in the best kind of way!)! And that’s what’s key – you can have a casual, chilled, fun pub wedding, with every aspect to the highest level! Tom and Emma, you are wonderful people – so lovely, so personable, so patient, so kind, so funny, so skilled, so incredible at your jobs! We’re unbelievably grateful to you and the team for everything you’ve done for us – all your time, effort, energy, enthusiasm… everything! We truly feel so lucky to have found this pub and you all. You gave us the most magical day of our lives and we really don’t know how to thank you. If we could, we’d do it all again in a heartbeat! So here’s to you – sláinte – thank you! x

We had our wedding reception here in the nelson room and we cannot thank enough the staff on the day, Lorraine who help us plan the whole thing and last but not least, especially Dami the event coordinator who executed the plan on the day. Lorraine made everything simple and was quick to respond to all our queries. Dami on the day was sensational, making sure everything ran smoothly, i had no idea of some of the minor organisational issues my best man had to deal with and he (my best man) sang the praises of Dami for being quick, efficient and supportive of anything the bridal party wanted to achieve. The food was spectacular, great portion sizes and the quality was second to none. Generally i feel wedding food often sees a drop in quality due to the mass catering but all our guests mentioned how incredible the food was. You get to choose 3 starter mains and deserts, giving our guests plenty of choice. we even had fillet steak which was cooked to perfection across the board. We also had our own band (Blue Lion Band - incredible band) who played 3 sets of 45 minutes and were equally fantastic, they knew the venue and we were originally worried about the noise limit of 90 decibels but this had no impact what soever on the event. Honestly the day could not have gone any better and the team at the Trafalgar tavern have to take a lot of credit for that. Even clearing up the following day, our stuff had been neatly packed away into a box ready for our collection. The value on offer here is amazing. The room is stunning, no decoration required.

Greenwich yacht club is a fantastic venue with unrivalled views of the Thames. We have supplied various equipment over the last few years and the team are always so helpful.

We had the perfect wedding at Dulwich College and couldn’t recommend it more. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful — such a special setting and it looked amazing on the day. So many of our guests commented on how stunning it was. The events team were brilliant, especially Julia and Gerda who we worked with from the start and on the day. They were always incredibly responsive to our many questions and made the whole process so much smoother for us. We felt completely looked after. The catering was a real highlight. Everything was delicious, beautifully done, and we had loads of guests commenting on how good it was. We couldn't recommend Dulwich College more highly for a wedding venue. Massive thank you to everyone in the events team for helping to make it a perfect day.

Honestly, Gabi and her team are the most fantastic people I have ever met. The day was seamless, they were so organised, had excellent communication, the food is to die for and they really went above and beyond to make our day perfect.

We had our wedding reception at Tudor Barn and it was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The setting is beautiful and really worked perfectly for the day, with a relaxed but special feel throughout. The team were fantastic — really helpful, calm, and organised, which made everything run smoothly and took a lot of pressure off us on the day. The food was excellent and we had lots of comments from guests about how much they enjoyed it

We couldn’t have dreamed of a more breathtaking venue than the Old Royal Naval College for our wedding. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is truly a thing of beauty, with the Chapel of St Peter and St Paul, the Painted Hall, and the Queen Mary Undercroft all under one venue. Each space is awe-inspiring, steeped in history, and stunningly detailed, making every moment feel even more magical. In our opinion, this is not just the most beautiful venue in London, but perhaps in the entire UK. Our guests were captivated by its grandeur, and we’re incredibly grateful to have celebrated our day in such an extraordinary setting!

Everything went according to plan. Staff was very organised and attentive, excellent service all around. They made sure the day went smoothly and so is the planning. Food was great! Oscar, Lottie and Mel and the rest of the team were awesome. 10/10 would recommend having your ceremony and reception here!

The whole evening was a magical night that us, as a family, will remember for its laughter and fun for years and years to come. We cannot thank you enough for all of your support, from start to finish, on pulling together such a wonderful wedding. Anne-Britt and Marc had the most amazing time and the evening was more fantastic than they ever could have imagined. Every guest was wowed by the Cutty Sark and completely blown away by the evening that unfolded The whole event could not have been the success it was without you and your team for looking after us so well. All your staff were so much fun to have around, whilst still being completely professional, and we can’t thank you and them enough.
