A beautiful and intimate wedding venue!
It is located inside Maltby St Market, and super close to Tower Bridge, which gave us great alternatives for the wedding photos.
Sonya, our main point of contact, made the whole planning process super easy. She recommended different food and wine providers (and all our guests loved the food!) and put us in touch with their florist (Jemima), who made the venue look even more beautiful. Everything ran smoothly, and we really appreciated how organised and stress-free the experience was.
We’re so glad we chose this place, as it was exactly what we were hoping for.
The perfect intimate venue
All of the team are so friendly and accomodating - from our initial enquiries all the way through to the last minute details that made our wedding day so special to us.
We can't wait to visit Maltby Street for our future wedding anniversaries, such a fun place to go back to and remember our wedding day in October 2025.

The most beautiful space
There were a few small things on the day that didn’t go quite as we expected, mainly around clarity on what the venue team would handle versus what we’d need to manage ourselves. Our wedding was at the venue’s full capacity, so perhaps that added to some of those challenges, and with a bit more guidance on what extra support might have been needed, we could have planned around that more easily. So would suggest a few more check ins with the team if you are having 50+ guests!
Everything ran so smoothly once we moved over to Malt in the evening — from the personalised cocktails to the music, it all came together perfectly.
Overall though, we had the best day imaginable and are so grateful to the whole team for helping us celebrate in such a beautiful and memorable setting.

Beautiful, rustic gem in the middle of London
Sonya’s assistance with the prepping / planning and day of execution was great, I had so many compliments on how great she was too. The cocktails were amazing as well.

The venue was really flexible, open, collaborative and fun to work with - they made what could have been difficult conversations very easy, were very straightforward, and were very committed to us having the experience we wanted to have.
The venue is beautiful - lots of our guests commented on the fun, unique set-up in the market, the quality of food and drink, and the wonderful atmosphere.
The team were really generous with us, gave us lots of their time, and we had a great, stress-free, fun process and a wonderful day. We couldn't recommend them enough.
