Facilities and Capacity
The Admiral Hardy offers two versatile spaces, each designed to host weddings of different styles and sizes.
Clarence Hall, located on the second floor, accommodates up to 90 seated or 150 standing. With its striking double-height ceilings, private bar, and spacious layout, it provides an impressive setting for ceremonies, dining, and evening celebrations with live music.
For more intimate weddings, The Hardy Room hosts up to 50 seated or 60 standing. Named after Sir Thomas Hardy of HMS Victory, the space reflects the building’s heritage, with features including an original fireplace, large windows, and its own private bar.
Both spaces can be used individually or together, allowing your day to flow effortlessly from ceremony through to evening celebrations.

25 October wedding
Zak and his team also coordinated the arrival of all our suppliers, meaning we didn’t have to worry about a thing while getting ready and chatting to our guests. The wedding breakfast was fantastic—the food was delicious and served right on schedule.
The space was everything we hoped for. The additional mirrors behind the head table allowed our photographer to capture our guests’ reactions during speeches, which we absolutely loved. And thanks to the mezzanine, we were able to take some great group shots after the ceremony and the guests could get videos of the dance floor in the evening.
Thank you for everything! Our big day was made special at Admiral Hardy.
We celebrated our big day with a cocktail reception, dinner and speeches followed by an evening of entertainment at Admiral Hardy.
The venue was perfect - location, views, space and the service.
Zak (who was our main point of contact) was superb from start to finish. His professionalism, adaptability, proactive nature was superb. He made sure all of needs and requests were met.
Highly recommend for anyone looking to host an event in Greenwich.

The venue is great, even for a large wedding like ours, and it all went very smoothly and we had the best day and night ever.

Excellent day & Unique venue
The wait staff we had for the Hardy room were fantastic and very attentive we got lots of compliments from family & friends on their service.
We loved the venue because it’s dog friendly! We were able to have our dog at the ceremony and reception before she was whisked away by the dog chaperone. Please be mindful your doggies can’t stay in the hotel rooms :)
Lastly we booked out all 7 rooms for our wedding party which we couldn’t recommend enough as half our family are from Bristol. All the rooms are spacious with good facilities and we all got a great sleep!

Fantastic day
Zoe and the rest of the team were amazing. We wanted a low key venue that also felt special for our wedding and definitely got that!
We asked for a bespoke menu (predominantly vegan/vegetarian), this was done without question and the food was absolutely perfect, many of our guests commented on how much they loved the food.
The atmosphere was amazing and Zoe did everything possible to accommodate our requests and make the day what it was.
Communication was responsive from start to finish.
If we could do it all over again there is nothing we would change and would highly recommend the admiral hardy as a venue!
