We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding day at the Crown and Greyhound. From start to finish, everything felt completely effortless, which is exactly what you want on such an important day. We had our ceremony there, and the garden was absolutely beautiful — it created the most wonderful setting for our day. My husband and I had the most fantastic time, and the whole experience was made even more special by the incredible team. They genuinely could not have been better — attentive, friendly and so helpful throughout. The food was fabulous and everything came together perfectly. We honestly couldn’t recommend the Crown and Greyhound highly enough as a wedding venue. It gave us the most amazing memories, and we’re so glad we chose it for our special day.

Everything went according to plan. Staff was very organised and attentive, excellent service all around. They made sure the day went smoothly and so is the planning. Food was great! Oscar, Lottie and Mel and the rest of the team were awesome. 10/10 would recommend having your ceremony and reception here!

We held our wedding reception at The Perry Hill from 2.30 to midnight and had the best time. We couldn’t recommend it enough. You want to see small independent local pubs doing well. - Food was amazing from the smoker, we had so many comments from guests saying the brisket and chicken were amazing. The roast potatoes and tomatoes also got a good few mentions. Staff - all staff members were so helpful, really put us at ease and our guests said the same. They put all the decorations up for us on the morning so we didn’t need to worry about it, which was a huge help. It was a fantastic venue for the chilled out day we wanted. I’d consider The Perry Hill if you want a free and easy going event with great food and staff.

We were attracted to Davy's Vine Vaults because besides being one of our favourite places in the area, it's also one of very few places where you can have both the ceremony and the reception. Our wedding went on for 12 hours and yet there was never a dull moment. We had the ceremony by the fireplace, the canapes in the courtyard and the meal and the rest of the event in The Cooperage. It's difficult to say what we loved most about having our wedding at Davy's, because everything was fantastic. The team did an amazing job and there were no hiccups, and Nataliya took on all the wedding planning responsibilities, orchestrating the day to the last minute. There were so many things we wouldn't have thought of if she hadn't suggested them and our wedding was so perfect greatly thanks to her advice. The food was absolutely amazing, we worked with Chef Victor on the menu and all of our guests were extremely pleased with the depth and complexity of flavours. The canapes were well-balanced, delicious and beautifully presented, while the main (Sunday roast) didn't leave a single guest hungry.

We couldn’t fault the support from Zak and his team, both in the lead-up to the event and on the day itself. They kept everything running perfectly on time while still maintaining a relaxed atmosphere—exactly what we wanted. Our MC even threw in a few extra plans and surprises, and Zak handled them all without hesitation. Zak and his team also coordinated the arrival of all our suppliers, meaning we didn’t have to worry about a thing while getting ready and chatting to our guests. The wedding breakfast was fantastic—the food was delicious and served right on schedule. The space was everything we hoped for. The additional mirrors behind the head table allowed our photographer to capture our guests’ reactions during speeches, which we absolutely loved. And thanks to the mezzanine, we were able to take some great group shots after the ceremony and the guests could get videos of the dance floor in the evening.

We celebrated our Wedding Party here and had the most amazing time. Our guests were blown away too. Zak and his team were fantastic. The food, the service and the whole evening was just perfect…

We had our wedding reception at the Sail Loft in June 2026. It was amazing. We had the top floor and Captain's room for around 65 people for dinner and 80 for the evening. The food was so good and all the guests complimented it. We got to do a tasting of the food and wine options beforehand which really helped us choose. We did get to give our guests a choice of two options for each course which was great. Emma was our main contact and was always there on email to answer our questions. She was also onsite on the day to help us out. We loved the view, a shame we had a cruise ship outside but the Sail Loft do have access to the cruise timetables if you want to avoid this. But it only blocked the view across the river and not to Greenwich. Overall the service was fabulous. The staff were all super friendly and attentive.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Pedro’s and it was the best day! The food was absolutely incredible (some guests told us it was the best wedding food they had ever had). The venue is stunning and the staff, particularly Pedro, were so attentive, efficient and helpful. We had around 110 guests for food and dancing and everything went so smoothly, I was able to just enjoy our special day and everything was perfect! We are so grateful and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a wedding venue!

A fantastic venue. My wife and I planned our sons wedding reception, we had never done this before so Tommy the host manager took a lead and I am so glad we let him pretty much do all the planning for us from the seating arrangement to the menus and wine list. The venue itself is unique in the river with outstanding views and a covered terrace at roof level. I would recommend this venue to everyone. Thank you Tommy

We couldn't be happier to have chosen The Old Brewery as our wedding reception venue. For us it was a perfect balance - all the grandeur of being in the historic Old Royal Naval College (you get a license to take photos in the grounds and ours are just stunning), a beautiful riverside location, and the intimate, relaxed atmosphere of a wonderful London pub wedding. The outside area was perfect for drinks in the sun and golden hour pictures by the Thames, and the hall has brilliant high ceilings and decor that require very little extra decoration. The food really exceeded our expectations - many guests commented how great it was - and in the evening there was space for a proper band and a real party. Lastly, Tommy was hugely helpful and enthusiastic running the day - these guys really take weddings seriously and do the utmost to cater everything personally to you for the perfect day.
