My partner and I originally had another venue booked for our wedding but after an initially poor experience, we decided to look elsewhere. We came across the Hidden Oak and booked a viewing immediately. The grounds are breathtaking and the team were so friendly and informative from the get go. We changed our venue after the viewing and the team were so attentive, maintaining such good contact throughout the process. This really put our mind at ease. I had full confidence in them in the lead up and on the day of the wedding. They made sure everything ran seamlessly and the food served was incredible. We opted for a barn ceremony with the bi-folds open and it was perfect; allowing our guests to appreciate the views and still giving us an outdoor feel (but with air conditioning - as we had such hot weather!) We received feedback from several guests, who said it was the best wedding venue they had experienced. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to other couples planning their special day.

From the moment we visited the Parkmore for one of their showcases we knew this was the venue for our big day, the team were all warm and made us feel special. James who looked after us took all of our requirements and gave us the day we wanted. Marilyn from special events was great. We got everything sorted within a few meetings. The stress was taken away. The day ran smoothly with every detail being taken care of. We were allowed to enjoy it with our guests. We will definitely become regulars at the hotel. Couldn’t recommend enough.
