Working in the wedding industry myself I was hesitant to ask for help planning our big day, but from working with Lilly in the past it was a no brainer. Lilly made sure every detail on the run up and on the day were covered, keeping us almost completely stress free! We highly recommend Lilly if you are looking for someone who truly has your best interest at heart.

Jade recently helped us co-ordinate our wedding day and was absolutely brilliant on the day. She was just what we needed. We couldn’t believe how smoothly the day ran and it was so nice to be able to enjoy the day and not have to worry about anything. She was great in the run up and incredibly organised ahead of time with some great excel sheets and plans. Would definitely recommend using her for your big day!

We booked Charlee as our wedding coordinator as we were getting married at our family home and organising everything ourselves - having her there was honestly the best decision we made!! From the very first call, she made me feel completely at ease and instantly understood the vibe we wanted. She has such a lovely way about her and makes you feel like you’re talking to a friend. She came round for a planning meeting and our whole family immediately loved her, which meant everyone felt completely comfortable trusting her on on the day. She genuinely felt like an extra friend at our wedding (one who was incredibly organised, attentive, and calm). She took everything she could off my plate, coordinating suppliers, setting up tables and décor and making countless decisions I completely trusted. No job was too small, she went above and beyond and was always available to offer advice. I loved the finished result and we couldn’t have been happier. Even a slight hiccup (a brief power cut) was handled so smoothly that we barely noticed. Her calm, smiley presence was invaluable and kept everything running perfectly. We couldn’t imagine the day without her. If you’re thinking of hiring a wedding coordinator or planner, I honestly couldn’t recommend Charlee highly enough. She is fabulous and it was the best money we spent!!!

To start off, we couldn't imagine our special day without SA Events. We had regular scheduled calls leading up to our wedding and from there we knew we were in safe hands. SA Events helped organise our day and identified areas and things we might not have thought of. The calls were incredibly helpful! On the actual day, SA Events were absolute stars. They took care of every single thing. If there were any issues that arose, they were taken care of swiftly without us even knowing. SA Events also worked really well with our other suppliers to ensure everything was where it needed to be. All of our family also had nothing but lovely things to say about the SA Events team. They really helped us enjoy our day without any worries at all and for that we are really grateful. Kind, patient and always helpful. If you are looking for a wedding co-ordinator for your big day, you won't go wrong with SA Events.

We held our wedding reception at University Arms Hotel where Elle was the designated wedding co-ordinator for the venue. Elle was one of the reasons we selected the University Arms (after visiting many venues), from the very beginning we knew that she was very capable and we felt completely confident in her for coordinating our special day. The planning process was super smooth, she was always patient in answering our (many!) questions, met with us several times and no request was too much. Elle and her team worked tirelessly to make everything run smoothly, she took care of mishaps on the day (for which we were told afterwards there were a few!) seamlessly which really allowed us to be stress-free and really enjoy the day. We were amazed with the beautiful decorations that were tailored perfectly to our taste, Elle really has great attention to detail and is super organised, remembering all our requests however big or small, on top of juggling with her many events. Thank you so much for everything Elle, we feel truly lucky to have found you and have you plan our wedding!

Poppy’s enthusiasm and clear display of experience and expertise was what got us hooked. It was a big decision for us to make, as it was not only a single wedding day we had to plan for, but a whole weekend at Euridge Manor! Before we chose Poppy, we had not only looked at several planners but also had meetings with a few potential ones. But the decision to go with her quickly became the easiest one to make. From the very beginning, she was so nice, friendly, and always happy to help with absolutely anything. Throughout the entire process, she made everything feel smooth and stress-free. What really impressed us was how precise she was with our requests, nothing was ever overlooked. She had such a clear and thoughtful way of formatting and organising everything, which made it so easy for us to talk through and make decisions without feeling overwhelmed. She was incredibly organised and her approach was efficient, supportive, and no question was ever too much trouble. On top of that, her company felt so warm and welcoming, and it truly felt like we had someone on our side the whole way through. We genuinely could not have done it without her the last 18 months, and thanks to her, the planning was not just manageable, but thoroughly enjoyable. We would do it all over again! It was so fun! We decided a few months out from our wedding that we wanted someone to help us with coordination to make sure everything ran smoothly on the day and Sommy was the perfect choice. We had an initial chat about our plans, then Sommy took over from 3 weeks out managing all the communication with suppliers and timelines. This really helped take things off our plate and reduce our stress levels knowing everything was in hand. On the day, Sommy & Becky were just amazing. Everything ran smoothly, they handled room turnarounds and managed a slight delay after the speeches to make sure our evening started as soon as possible. Ian and Jade are honestly the best! My wedding day would not have been so amazing without them! Ian and Jade met me at my house for our first appointment and I wasn't sure what to expect but they had such a calming way about them they put me at ease straight away. We had quite a few meetings, zoom meetings and emails between us and anything I wanted to know they would respond as soon as they were able to. They made my wedding morning easy and I literally didn't have to think of a thing. I would recommend them to anyone and honestly they are such a lovely couple. Everyone at wedding has also commented on how lovely they were! Thank you so so much for helping me stay sane and making my wedding day what I've always dreamed of!

From the moment Ashridge House recommended Ann, we knew we were in excellent hands - we truly couldn’t have made a better decision for our special day. Planning a wedding in the UK while living in the U.S. could have been a logistical nightmare, but Ann made the entire experience feel effortless. Her organization, detailed spreadsheets, countless video and phone calls, and constant communication (often in multiple group chats with my husband and my mom) kept us connected every step of the way. Ann was endlessly patient, supportive, and refreshingly honest. She never hesitated to share her professional insights, drawing on her experiences from previous weddings. As a perfectionist and a very visual person, I know I’m not the easiest client, but Ann learned how my mind worked and how I envisioned the day. This was especially helpful when she communicated with vendors and suppliers - she knew exactly when to dig deeper or ask for more details before looping me in. Two weeks before the wedding, we made a last-minute change to our celebrant, and then another change just two days before the big day. This was incredibly stressful but Ann was cool, calm, collected and found a solution within minutes. On the day itself, it felt like watching a beautiful production unfold. Ann and her amazing team were everywhere, managing suppliers, keeping everything on schedule, and solving little issues (including when our junior groomsman forgot his shoes!). The entire day flowed so perfectly that we were able to be fully present, soaking in every beautiful moment, knowing that Ann had everything handled behind the scenes. Ann, Gareth and I are endlessly grateful for the magic you brought to our day. We will forever look back on it as the most beautiful and meaningful day of our lives, and it’s truly all thanks to you.
