Elle-Events Management is an award-winning wedding planning, coordination and styling company covering Cambridgeshire and Suffolk. Founded by Elle Roberts-Nissen, the business is built on one simple promise: every couple should be a guest at their own wedding. The team takes care of the details so couples can enjoy the moment.
Every wedding is planned and managed by a small, dedicated team of senior event professionals with 10+ years’ experience. Couples work closely with Elle and her team from the very first conversation. That way the team can understand each couple’s story, style and priorities, and shape a day that feels personal rather than off the shelf. Couples often describe the experience as calm, organised and genuinely enjoyable. The team’s aim is to make planning joyful, not stressful.
Honesty sits at the heart of how Elle-Events Management works. Fees are shared upfront, so couples know exactly what they are investing in from the start. Couples also have access to the team’s Little Black Book of trusted suppliers. Every supplier in it is insured, contracted and experienced, and they are local and independent wherever possible.
Recent recognition includes Start Up of the Year 2026 and Business of the Year (Small) 2025 at the Cambridge Independent Business Awards. The team was also named Silver Businessperson of the Year 2026 at the SME Cambridgeshire Business Awards.
Services
Full wedding planning: Elle-Events Management guides couples from the first venue visit through to the last song of the night. This covers budget planning, supplier recommendations and bookings, wedding admin and a detailed running order for the day.
Partial planning: This is for couples who have made a start but would like expert support to bring everything together. The team steps in to fill the gaps, manage suppliers and keep everything on track.
On-the-day coordination: This includes the pre-wedding preparation: a final details meeting, a full timeline and running order, and liaison with every supplier and the venue. On the day, the team is the main point of contact, managing set-up, timings and suppliers so the couple and their families can relax.
Wedding styling: Styling starts with mood boards and concept development. The team then sources and secures all props and décor, installs everything on the day and packs down afterwards. Every space is designed to reflect the couple’s story, because every detail tells a story.
Stationery and wedding admin: The team creates stationery that matches the wedding’s styling, from invitations to on-the-day pieces such as table plans, place cards, menus and welcome signs. Alongside this, they can support with invitation timelines, RSVPs, guest lists and dietary requirements.
Elle-Events Management also runs Blossom, its own charity campaign with The Angels Foundation UK. Through Blossom, leftover wedding flowers are given a second life as bouquets for vulnerable women across Cambridgeshire.

Elle is exceptional
We really appreciated Elle’s guidance from her extensive knowledge of weddings and what tends to work well. She balanced this perfectly with ensuring the day was authentic to us and stayed within our budget.
On the day, Elle and her team were absolutely phenomenal. They ensured everything went smoothly including moving flowers from the chapel to the dining room (to get a second use), to coordinating with the venue on food and drinks… and even helping me into my evening outfit! We appreciated her team so much and I cannot recommend hiring Elle enough. I honestly think the day wouldn’t have been nearly as enjoyable without her taking care of the little mini issues before they became distractions!
We got married at St Catharine’s College in Cambridge and Elle worked very well with the college staff there - they became a real team. We had a few advance meetings (both in person and virtually) which meant we felt super confident everything would run to plan on the day.

Exceptional planner
The planning process was super smooth, she was always patient in answering our (many!) questions, met with us several times and no request was too much. Elle and her team worked tirelessly to make everything run smoothly, she took care of mishaps on the day (for which we were told afterwards there were a few!) seamlessly which really allowed us to be stress-free and really enjoy the day. We were amazed with the beautiful decorations that were tailored perfectly to our taste, Elle really has great attention to detail and is super organised, remembering all our requests however big or small, on top of juggling with her many events.

Elle founded Elle-Events Management to give couples one simple thing: the chance to be a guest at their own wedding. She has over 10 years’ experience in events and a background in venue sales, so she knows weddings from both sides of the table. That experience shows in how she plans: calm, organised and honest, with a real eye for the details that make a day feel personal.
Elle’s work has been recognised with Start Up of the Year 2026 at the Cambridge Independent Business Awards and Silver Businessperson of the Year 2026 at the SME Cambridgeshire Business Awards. Away from planning, she leads Blossom, Elle-Events Management’s charity campaign that gives wedding flowers a second life.
Amanda is a floral illustrator and textile designer with a background in luxury design including work for international brands. With a Masters in Illustration from the RCA, London, she brings a refined eye for detail, creative vision and an understanding of storytelling to the world of events.
