We have worked on some beautiful weddings with Kerrie over the last couple of years, providing the florals for her couples. Shes absolutely great to work with, everything is always planned to perfection and she always goes above and beyond to help suppliers with anything they need. I definitely recommend Vivienne May Weddings to any couples planning their big day.

We decided a few months out from our wedding that we wanted someone to help us with coordination to make sure everything ran smoothly on the day and Sommy was the perfect choice. We had an initial chat about our plans, then Sommy took over from 3 weeks out managing all the communication with suppliers and timelines. This really helped take things off our plate and reduce our stress levels knowing everything was in hand. On the day, Sommy & Becky were just amazing. Everything ran smoothly, they handled room turnarounds and managed a slight delay after the speeches to make sure our evening started as soon as possible. We couldn’t have wished for a better day and knowing Sommy was there to handle any issue really put us at ease. We can’t thank you enough and highly recommend your services to anyone planning their big day.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Elle and her team on many weddings and some really complex corporate events, and I can honestly say they’re fantastic at what they do. They’re professional, passionate, and always deliver a high level of customer service, no matter how tricky the day might be. As a supplier, when I’m at an Elle Events wedding or event, I know everything will run smoothly. Any little problems get dealt with quietly and efficiently, so the day flows effortlessly. The quality of service is great we struggled to find a vune for our wedding and she did a great job in finding the wedding venue for us, bridal gems do give you a relaxing time and gives you loads of support and, they are very friendly and a great negotiator to help you get the best price.

Katrina completely surpassed all expectations we had of a wedding planner! She is truly the reason that the wedding of our dreams was able to come to life. We live in the U.S. and we were planning a wedding in London during COVID which would have been insanely challenging had it not been for Kat. From the start, she totally got us and understood our vision. After her initial call with us, she recommended a venue which was absolutely perfect and from there we knew she was the one. Kat worked tirelessly to make sure that we had the best vendors, she was flexible with calls due to our time difference, and was constantly pushing the envelope to make our vision come to life. She is organized, easy to work with, has absolutely fantastic taste, and is an amazing advisor. There were so many things that Kat did in the background that I'm sure we never even heard about it. On the day of the wedding, I was expecting to be stressed and have the day fly by as we had many moving pieces to the wedding. However, knowing that I was in the experienced hands of Kat and her team, I had a sense of calm and was able to enjoy the special moments with my husband, family, and friends. The day was beyond my wildest dreams and I wish we could replay it all over again. We worked with Claire and Liz to plan our wedding which took place in London in December 2024 and truly cannot say enough positive comments about their luxury wedding planning services. If you’re thinking do I need a wedding stylist and is Eva right for me? The answer is YES. There was absolutely nothing that was too much trouble and Eva took care of absolutely everything. We didnt realise how much we actually needed her until the day but wow, she turned an idea in our heads to a gothic dream wedding. Eva dressed all parts of our huge venue with her fantastic assistant and made everything look classy, alternative, gothic, expensive and all round perfect!! I can’t explain how amazing Eva was with us and went above and beyond to answer all our questions, source everything we needed and looked after us and our guests on the day. Eva, from us to you, you made our day so special and we cannot thank you enough. You are truly talented at what you do and we couldn’t have done it without you. The consistent contact and quick responses from you put our mind at ease and you took our vision and made it a reality. Better than we ever could have imagined. You were personable, paid attention to even the smallest details. We’ve become friends with you through the process and you’re such a wonderful person to work with. As a young woman who had no clue what she was doing, planning a budget wedding, this was the perfect option for me. I sent in a request online just curious, thinking I could never afford it. Sarah called me within 24 hours and was honest with me about my budget from the start. She told me about the venues she had recently visited, what she thought I would love, she asked about my budget and my non-negotiables. She then spent her afternoon building a list of 15+ venues that would be well within my budget that fit everything I wanted. I chose 2 that Sarah then provided me with quotes for including a few things that I would need. From these, I chose my favourite venue (Palazzo Di P for the ladies looking to book, don’t fob it off because it looks expensive, talk to the company first!! So glad I did) and Sarah built the perfect package for me to include almost everything firmly below my budget. So much cheaper than the UK, and I have no stress now. I was planning on booking in July, but ended up booking 2 days after my first phone call with Sarah because she found me the most gorgeous villa for well within my budget and we couldn’t let that offer pass! No words to thank you enough. So excited for my day to come!!
