Ian and Jade are honestly the best! My wedding day would not have been so amazing without them! Ian and Jade met me at my house for our first appointment and I wasn't sure what to expect but they had such a calming way about them they put me at ease straight away. We had quite a few meetings, zoom meetings and emails between us and anything I wanted to know they would respond as soon as they were able to. They made my wedding morning easy and I literally didn't have to think of a thing. I would recommend them to anyone and honestly they are such a lovely couple. Everyone at wedding has also commented on how lovely they were! Thank you so so much for helping me stay sane and making my wedding day what I've always dreamed of!

We booked Charlee as our wedding coordinator as we were getting married at our family home and organising everything ourselves - having her there was honestly the best decision we made!! From the very first call, she made me feel completely at ease and instantly understood the vibe we wanted. She has such a lovely way about her and makes you feel like you’re talking to a friend. She came round for a planning meeting and our whole family immediately loved her, which meant everyone felt completely comfortable trusting her on on the day. She genuinely felt like an extra friend at our wedding (one who was incredibly organised, attentive, and calm). She took everything she could off my plate, coordinating suppliers, setting up tables and décor and making countless decisions I completely trusted. No job was too small, she went above and beyond and was always available to offer advice. I loved the finished result and we couldn’t have been happier. Even a slight hiccup (a brief power cut) was handled so smoothly that we barely noticed. Her calm, smiley presence was invaluable and kept everything running perfectly. We couldn’t imagine the day without her. If you’re thinking of hiring a wedding coordinator or planner, I honestly couldn’t recommend Charlee highly enough. She is fabulous and it was the best money we spent!!!

Jenny just organized my husband's 50th birthday party, which spanned three days, and involved 25 guests coming from all over the world. This was quite a discerning crowd and Jenny wowed all of us! I felt completely relaxed knowing that she was on top of everything. All of her recommendations from music to lighting to the cake baker were outstanding. I could not have been happier with the outcome and the smile on my husband's face the entire time was priceless! Highly recommend Jenny!

Emily is a professional, friendly and kind wedding planner who is a joy to work with. We’ve been lucky enough to work with Emily several times and each time, you know she has the couples best interests at heart and goes above and beyond for them. Emily is organised and coordinates the day with ease, checking in with suppliers and ensuring the couples and their guests are enjoying every moment. Emily does everything so the bride and groom can relax and have the most amazing day in the knowledge of being in safe hands. She is calm, reassuring and fun to be around and she clearly knows her stuff! She has a wealth of experience and is knowledgaeble about all things wedding!

Creating our dream wedding with Flamingo & Fern was pure joy from start to finish. Eleanor helped us quickly source the perfect suppliers through her extensive network and then expertly guided us through the whole planning process, always keeping us on track and on hand to support throughout. The real magic happened on the big day, Eleanor & Lois staged and ran our day to absolute perfection with exceptional attention to detail which allowed us to enjoy the day knowing they had everything under control. They are both extremely friendly, professional and great fun to work with. They have a phenomenal eye for design and we loved their passion for sustainability. We are so grateful they helped us create our dream day and are genuinely sad we don’t have another wedding to plan with them! We would recommend them to anyone.

If you’re wondering whether an on-the-day coordinator is worth the money, let me save you the debate… book Amy. We found Amy through our dry hire venue, and from the very beginning I knew I could trust her to bring my vision to life. She kept on top of suppliers, chased people when they needed chasing (mostly me, because I’m very much a Type B bride 😂), supported us through catering issues before the wedding, and even helped me source ice the day before. She also patiently watched all my very long setup videos—even with people constantly interrupting them! On the wedding day, Amy was nothing short of incredible. She arrived first thing, tidied up any mess, set up our ceremony exactly as I’d imagined, organised our guests, liaised with the registrars, kept us perfectly on time, coached one of our friends through playing our ceremony music, timed us walking down the aisle, and made sure my dress looked perfect before I walked. After the ceremony, she helped our photographer gather everyone for group photos, made sure my husband and I had a drink in our hands before we even had chance to ask, checked in on both of our families throughout the day, and somehow managed a million other jobs behind the scenes. When our caterers caused problems, Amy stepped in, stayed calm, and made the absolute best out of a situation without ever letting it affect our day. The biggest compliment I can give Amy is that I barely noticed everything she was doing—and that’s because she quietly took every problem off our shoulders before we even knew it existed. It never felt like she was “just doing her job”. She genuinely cared about us, our families, and making sure our wedding was everything we’d dreamed of. Every time she checked in, it was simply to make sure we were okay, had a drink, or if there was anything we needed in that moment. She was always one step ahead, so we never had to think about what came next. I would be here all day listing everything you did so instead Im just going to say Thank you once again! She was truly the calm in the chaos. I’m convinced she ran a marathon that day! Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she somehow made everything look effortless. Our venue was completely dry hire with no venue staff, a self-service bar, and lots of moving parts. Without Amy, it honestly would have been a complete shambles. Instead, all I had to focus on was marrying my best friend because Amy was taking care of absolutely everything else. Looking back, hiring Amy was one of the best investments we made. Flowers wilt, the food gets eaten and the music stops, but the feeling of having someone completely in your corner all day is something I’ll never forget. Amy, thank you for everything you did to make our day so special. You didn’t just coordinate our wedding—you made our vision a reality. If we ever did it all again, you’d be the very first supplier we’d book. Every Bride deserves an Amy! ❤️
