We felt that she genuinely cared about our wedding and was on top of things when we weren’t. She took away a lot of the stress of wedding planning, and really helped us and our guests to enjoy the wedding day itself. She brought our vision for the wedding to life and cared about even the smallest details. She guided us well in making decisions, using her knowledge and expertise to help us keep in line with our priorities and budget. We cannot recommend her services enough!

Parris was our on-the-day wedding coordinator and she was absolutely AMAZING. I would recommend her to anyone getting married, she was worth every penny and I genuinely wouldn’t have wanted to do our wedding day without her.

I consider myself a very organised person, but even in our two calls before the wedding, Parris thought of things I hadn’t considered and helped us prepare for the day. On the day itself, she was completely on it. She kept everyone to schedule, rounded up groups for photographs, coordinated all of our suppliers, made sure everyone was where they needed to be and solved problems before we even knew they existed.

Most importantly, Parris allowed me to actually enjoy being a bride. She intercepted questions that would otherwise have come to me, constantly reassured me and somehow seemed to know what I was thinking before I had even said it. She was another bridesmaid in all but name!

She helped with absolutely everything, from untangling my necklace moments before I walked down the aisle, to changing the music during the wedding breakfast to create the perfect atmosphere. She checked our elderly relatives were comfortable, made sure everyone had what they needed and supported our suppliers in making the venue look like a fairytale.

Parris was calm, organised and incredibly reassuring throughout the chaos, and so many of our guests commented on how wonderful she was. She also captured behind-the-scenes moments throughout the day, and her reel was the first glimpse I had of our wedding afterwards, I cried watching it.

Parris is not only an incredibly professional and organised coordinator, but a genuinely wonderful person who cared about our wedding as much as we did. We used Parris for her ‘on the day service’ but by no means did she dedicate her time to us for just the day. We met last year whilst I was organising, and wanted to find someone who understood the vision, who would take everything in her charge and be a friend along the process. She was all three and more. She helped with my many questions in the run up to the event, helping me to control my impulses on things we needed or didn’t need. We paid extra for her service to help create the day before and the take down after the wedding and it’s the best money we spent.
I consider myself an organised girlie but Parris’ skills are on a different level, not only did she help anything we asked she also suggested sensible options which made the set up much easier. She took over supplier contact the day before, so on the wedding day I did not have to think about the time, whether people turned up or where the guests should be at any moment (even our MC’s new when to jump up and start the next section of the day). Everything ran like clockwork and she sorted everything out for us without us getting involved at all. My husband and I regulary talk about the day and how nice it was to be able to relax and how it was like we were at someone elses wedding – as it was being sorted by Parris. It was the best money we spent overall and I recommend Parris to absolutely everyone who wants a helping hand (if my budget stetched big enough I would have trusted her with the whole organisation and you should too). Parris – thank you for being so great and we are so glad to have met you, it’s a shame you only get one wedding as we would love to work together more!

We booked Parris for our outdoor Meadow themed wedding, and I can’t think of enough complimentary adjectives for everything she done for us!! From the start of the booking process, she was so valuable, giving honest advice and helping us with every little details….. then when it came to the day, we would have been lost without her! We ended up having really wet rubbish weather on the day, which did start to dampen things, but she really helped turned things around….. no job was big or small for her ….. whenever I looked around, she was hands on, so attentive and hardworking ……… I honestly can’t say thank her enough, not just for all the effort she put in, but also for being the nicest , friendliest person too. Parris was absolutely fantastic throughout the process and answered any questions we asked of her quickly. She was amazing on the day and a calming presence for both my Husband and I are our respective bridesmaids and groomsmen allowing us to enjoy our day.

Parris was amazing. We would definitely recommend her. She worked with us on a package for what we needed and fit our budget. Initially we hired her to help with venue decoration for our wedding, but soon realised we could use some on the day coordination given we had 190 guests. She was worth every penny and more. She helped make the day run smoothly, so that we could enjoy the day and not worry about anything.

Parris was incredible from our final wedding meeting 2 weeks before, to the morning and the day of the wedding. She made us feel relaxed about the whole day, as she was so on top of and organised with every element, we felt confident that she would ensure that our day ran smoothly, which it very much did! We had a large wedding with 140 guests and another 30 in the evening, and Parris managed the whole thing seamlessly. Parris communicated with our suppliers throughout the day and kept them informed of any timing restrictions to ensure that our day ran perfectly.
