My husband and I had the pleasure of having Gemma co-ordinate our wedding in 2021/2022 at The Ravenswood and it would not have been the incredible day it was without her.
Wedding planning, like for most of us, was a completely alien and new experience and we found ourselves getting totally lost in the when, what, who and how much until Gemma put us on the right track.

From the moment of booking our wedding to the weeks after our beautiful day, Gemma was there for us for every step - From questions about finer details for the day all the way to post-wedding congratulations and thank you’s!
We had some very specific requests and Gemma made sure they were followed without us having to worry about them. The lead up to our day was stress free and Gemma was incredibly well organised, ensuring everything was submitted to the venue in good time and all the details of the day were known and well prepared in plenty of time.

Gemma made sure our wedding day ran seamlessly, and it was perfect in every way! Gemma was at the venue to greet us on arrival, made sure we had everything needed getting ready, kept us updated with the final bits of venue dressing, steamed our dresses for us, kept my husband and our groomsmen on good timing, helped with their buttonholes and other fiddly bits, took beautiful pictures of little details for us to remember whilst we awaited our professional photo’s, kept a very close eye on the weather so we could have our dream of an outside wedding and gave us the biggest and very first hug as a newly married couple. This isn’t even half of what Gemma does! There is SO much she does behind the scenes that couples and guests don’t see, like ensuring any gifts to be handed out at the wedding breakfast were in the right place and done - Something we’d have completely forgotten about!

Having Gemma co-ordinate your wedding is the best wedding decision you will make - She takes the stress and overwhelm and turns it into joy so you can soak up every step of the process and look back with fondness rather than regret that you weren’t able to ‘live in the moment’.

We hired Gemma as our wedding planner for our November 2022 wedding and we couldn’t have been happier with her. She remembered all the important things help me streamline what I wanted to achieve and, although I am happily married, if I could do it all over again, Gemma would be the first supplier I would book, but I consider her more a friend now! I met Gemma in West Sussex as she was my wedding coordinator at highley manor. We had booked the venue quite well in advance and we had been assigned another 2 coordinators prior to getting the amazing Gemma, there were some hiccups from the old coordinators and Gemma fixed these instantly and put us so at ease until our big day! On the day we lucked out with the weather a bit too much and had one of the hottest days in 2023! Nothing was too much trouble for Gemma setting up water stations for our guests and making sure me and my husband ate our canapés during the photos. Our day was so incredibly beautiful and ran so smoothly and that was all down to Gemma!
