Jo was hands down the best investment we made for our wedding! We had a church wedding followed by a reception at home, and while I consider myself pretty organised the wedding would never have been as perfect as it was without her. Her knowledge, experience and dedication to our day was second to none and we fully trusted her to advocate for us in moments we weren’t there. It felt like having the most amazing and experienced bridesmaid!

Our wedding would not have been the success that it was without Jo. From our first meeting until the evening of our wedding, she had our best interests at heart and did everything to make our day special. Nothing was too much trouble and she just seems to magically solve any issues we had. From the initial meeting where she listened to us and what our day was to the actual day where she worked tirelessly to make our day amazing. Jo is such an approachable person and that immediately put us at ease. All of our guests commented on her professional way of working during the day with many not realising she was working, which to me was very important. Jo was an absolutely fantastic wedding coordinator and made our day run so smoothly from start to finish. She was organised, calm, and always one step ahead, which meant we could relax and truly enjoy every moment without worrying about the details.

Considering how late in the process we booked only 1 month before due to our previous vendor cancelling, Pinky Jo managed to help us more in one week than they had in the previous year. My stress levels went from incredibly high and anxious to actually feeling pretty calm and knowing exactly what was going on. We had a dry hire venue so the calls beforehand were completely invaluable as we had no idea what we were doing.
For our wedding day itself, we hired 5 bartenders to assist with various tasks for the day that she managed on top offer other tasks and despite complications made sure we were happy with the flow of the day and was discreet and professional throughout - thank you so much!

Jo (Pinky) and I hit it off right away, she made me feel so comfortable and really understood my vision. There were times that I almost changed my mind from what I wanted but she always made sure she had a planned that would work to create my vision without breaking my budget!
She also worked so well with my florist and helped me get amazing entertainment!

Honestly, booking Pinky was the best decision that I could have made for our wedding, and for my sanity during those crazy last few weeks of planning!

On the day, multiple vendors (and the registrars) commented that I was the most calm and serene bride that they had worked with in a while. This was because I knew that - whatever curve balls the day threw at us - Jo would have it completely covered.

I booked Jo just 11 weeks before the big day, when we had practically zero plan for the venue decor, only a colour scheme and a couple of DIY touches! Her vision and experience helped build the beautiful and romantic reception that I had in mind.

She is highly responsive, professional and full of ideas. Her bright and sunny personality gave me the confidence to let go of the reins (as a seriously type A bride!) and enjoy the special day with my new wife.

Simply put, she is an absolute superstar and one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.

From start to finish, she handled absolutely everything, allowing me to do something I never thought would be possible on my own wedding day… actually enjoy it! I genuinely felt like a guest at my own wedding rather than the bride worrying about timings, suppliers and whether everything was running smoothly.

Every little detail was taken care of so effortlessly, and behind the scenes she was working incredibly hard to make sure our day was absolutely perfect. If there were any problems, we certainly never knew about them because she dealt with everything without us having to worry for a single second.
