Honestly, we can’t even put into words how amazing Pinky Jo is! Our only regret was not having her from the very beginning or the whole day! We found her very last minute and she was amazing from start to finish! She is so so much more than a wedding coordinator, she helped with every little thing and our day just wouldn’t have been the same without her! She felt like family, a huge advocate for us and just all around incredible! We cannot thank her enough!!

Not only is the owner, Constance, an absolute gem of a human being, she will give you a wedding more phenomenal than you could have ever dreamt of while shouldering 100% of the stress. We engaged Constance 4 months before our wedding with very little booked other than a venue, a photographer, a florist (who cancelled on us, no vendors from Constance would EVER do that) and a caterer (who recommended us Constance - thank god). From these scraps of a wedding, and under quite tight time pressures, she organised us the most perfect wedding day we could have imagined. No request was too much, every single vendor she recommended was perfect, and at no point did Constance’s can-do, bubbly attitude falter. Constance is like a swan in a storm, under the surface she is working like mad to get everything done but all you ever see is the effortless grace with which she handles every task. Not a single thing will fall through the cracks if you have Mrs T’s skilful team at the helm of your wedding. Constance and her team do not use a cookie cutter approach, they work tirelessly to deliver a wedding that perfectly embodies the couple and is unique to them. As two people who are not naturally wedding-mad, we’re startled at how she managed to make the whole process actually enjoyable. Constance and her team were available at all hours, receiving replies to our odd requests at any time from 5am to 11pm. We honestly do not know how Constance does it all. The team have flawless taste and military organisation, so you can trust them to give you a wedding you (and all your guests) will remember forever. We loved working with Constance, and genuinely miss our regular calls and chats. So much love and thanks to Constance and her team of mini Constances for giving us a day we will never forget.

Lauren coordinated our wedding day for our DIY wedding in our family home. She was responsive and made sure we had thought of everything in advance. She was great at coordinating the variety of suppliers that we had booked on the day and got stuck into anything we needed help with. Lauren is very personable, organised and professional. We would recommend her for any event!

Yvonne from KI TAE Events helped us with our invitations; sourcing, sending and received all the RSVP’s, the decoration of the hall, the sourcing of some of our suppliers and helped to coordinate everyone on the day. The help from the KI TAE Events team was invaluable, with myself and my husband both working full time she was a constant source of information and I was always guaranteed anything I needed from her she responded to very quickly. I had not thought of using a Wedding Planner before but soon realised after using her services the value a Wedding Planner provides and the time saved not having to complete numerous tasks myself was insurmountable. Her knowledge of the industry is magnificent and she guided us professionally at all times. I will certainly recommend her services for anyone I know who is getting married in the future.

Cynthia has been an absolute star throughout this entire process. We started planning our wedding during the first lockdown which was of course quite a challenge. She really took the time to understand exactly what it was that we wanted and went the extra mile to ensure we had that by sourcing the best products/professionals/locations to suit our budget. As a couple who were quite opposed to the "traditional" way of doing things, we found that Cynthia was incredibly open, patient, positive and even if we did drive her up the wall at times, she never showed it - nothing was too big or too small- a true passionate and focused professional who clearly LOVES what she does. As the lockdown situation fluctuated, our plans had to change frequently, but all throughout this time, Cynthia remained the effortlessly optimistic planner who knew we would have a fabulous day regardless. I could talk about our wedding at length...but instead, I choose to conclude in a few words, it was simply the beautiful, intimate and elegant affair that we wished for..literally one of the best days of our lives together. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Sarah! We hired her just two months before the wedding and within that short timeframe, she managed to find us such amazing suppliers and helped us plan out our wedding! Her attention to detail, creativity, and impeccable organisation made our special day truly unforgettable. We had such a great experience with Be Wed Event Planner! They were attentive, easy to work with and professional. They provided anything and everything we needed from start to finish. They even took care of my make up which was difficult for me to find a make up artist as I'm fussy about make up, but Silvia made this a dream too. We absolutely recommend them without hesitation!
