Wedding Planners in Norfolk

I decided to look at having a wedding planner and Emily seemed like a good fit from looking at her website. We wanted a garden wedding in Norfolk, and she seemed to be the expert in that, so we took the plunge. Totally worth every penny. I had no idea what I wanted, had never heard of a mood board, and was very vague. Emily took my completely nonsensical Ideas and turned them into an amazing wedding day. Plenty of things went wrong in the run up, and it was so amazing to know that they'd just be sorted out without any of my input. Florist cancels and stops replying? Emily found a better one. Hairdresser vanishes? Emily finds a better one! Nothing is too much trouble and it made the whole thing completely not stressful. I can't overstate enough how amazing she is. I took two weeks off before the wedding, and ended up doing a few more shifts, as there was literally nothing to do. Having her there on the day was great as well, as I didn't have to worry about anything or anyone. She came up with some great ideas for the day that I would never have even thought of (confetti cannons and light up rave sticks!) If you're considering a planner, do it! If you're getting married anywhere near Norfolk, book Emily!

Danielle was such an amazing asset to our wedding. When everything felt like it was getting a bit overwhelming, she swept in with her big smile and gave us a schedule and a plan that suddenly meant we were able to start feeling excited about it again! We had such a exciting, relaxed lead-up to our wedding, knowing Danielle was communicating with vendors, and making sure everything was going to plan. And the day ran brilliantly, and even when small problems did arise (as they do) they were dealt with calmly and efficiently (and many I didn't even know about until afterwards).

Having Charly on board as part of your team is an investment you won’t regret. Charly is passionate about ensuring your event is the vision you dreamt off, she turns dreams into reality. Worth every penny of your money in my opinion. She really cares, is personable, organised and does what she says she will do. Having Charly on board takes the stress away, she is knowledgeable in her field and applies this to support and guide you through

Jade was great and we felt in safe hands from the beginning. She made our wedding day run so smoothly, proactively finding ways to help to ensure we could be fully present in the moment and feel confident everything was in order behind the scenes. Thank you so much and would highly recommend!

We cannot recommend Emma highly enough for her incredible support as our on-the-day coordinator for our wedding in North Norfolk. Planning a wedding from Hong Kong came with its challenges, but Emma was brilliant in helping us, stepped in seamlessly to solve lots of last-minute logistics. Her local knowledge and proactive approach took so much stress off our shoulders. On the day itself, she was an absolute superstar—calm, professional, and effortlessly efficient. She quietly handled everything behind the scenes, making sure the schedule ran smoothly, coordinating suppliers, and stepping in whenever needed—all without us ever having to worry. A massive thank you to April for coordinating our wedding. We had planned the bulk of the wedding, but quickly realised we wouldn't be able to coordinate things ourselves on the day. We booked April for on the day coordination, and she helped from everything such as advice prior to the wedding, moral support, liaising with suppliers prior to the wedding day, to coordination on the day, making sure everything ran smoothly. Everything ran without a hitch (no pun intended)! Highly recommended!

Getting married at Emirates Palace was always our dream, and JT Events helped us turn that dream into something even more beautiful than we imagined. Planning a wedding at such a grand venue can feel overwhelming, but their team made the entire process feel easy and well organized. The way they transformed the ballroom, managed the schedule, and handled all the behind-the-scenes coordination meant that we could simply focus on enjoying the celebration with our families and guests. There simply aren’t the words to describe the expertise, energy and quality of Wedding coordination that Gemma provides. From the second we first spoke all the way to our wedding day Gemma was as enthusiastic as my day as if it was her own, she had endless ideas and spared no time or investment in us whenever we needed help or had a question. Gemma made me feel safe and confident in my own planning and was an absolute asset. I still talk about her three years later to anyone who will listen. She truly made our day everything it was and I could not have done it without her. On the day she was almost completely invisible only be seen when absolutely necessary (and popping up to make sure we had eaten something!) but kept everything running in the background smoothly. We had no hiccups on our wedding day and this was entirely thanks to our wedding fairy godmother Gemma‘s meticulous planning, keen eye and very high standards. She remembered all the important things help me streamline what I wanted to achieve and, although I am happily married, if I could do it all over again, Gemma would be the first supplier I would book, but I consider her more a friend now! There is no one I would recommend more to trust with such an important day. Gemma truly was and remains to be absolutely magic✨ thank you for everything Gemma, love Freya and Zac x
