The day itself, along with the planning, felt totally stress free. Kerrie had everything under control and was several steps ahead the entire day. Small details like ensuring we had canapés during our couples photos so we actually got to try them, and spotting the most amazing sunset photo opportunity and getting us and the photography team there asap made the day even more special. Where do I even begin with Kerrie?! 🤍

Kerrie was honestly the backbone of our big fat Indian wedding and I genuinely don’t think I could have done it without her. I’m SUCH a Type A person (and an even more Type A bride 😂), so naturally I had a million things going on in my head at all times, but from the moment Kerrie came on board, I just knew I could completely trust her.

Kerrie and her co-worker Vicky did our on-the-day coordination, but Kerrie was so much more than just an “on-the-day coordinator” for me. She was there throughout the process, listened to every little detail, remembered everything, and most importantly, she ANTICIPATED my needs before I’d even realised I needed something. And honestly, that is exactly what I needed as a bride.

One of the things that impressed me the most was how attentive she was. We had so many meetings with different vendors in the lead-up to the wedding, and I genuinely didn’t even need to say a word half the time because Kerrie already knew exactly what had been discussed. She remembered the little details from previous conversations and meetings, and would just step in and handle things. It made me feel so reassured knowing that someone else had everything stored in their head because, trust me, there was A LOT 😂.

On the actual wedding day, she was incredible. I have never felt so calm and relaxed knowing there were so many moving parts happening around me. I wasn’t nervous at all because I knew Kerrie had everything under control. She was running around making sure every single vendor was where they needed to be, that everyone was set up and ready, and that everything was happening exactly as it should — without me ever having to worry about it.

And that’s what I think makes a truly amazing wedding coordinator. I never felt the pressure. She absorbed it ALL. Anything that needed sorting, she dealt with it. Anything I actually needed to know, she told me. And everything else? She just handled it. 😂

She also thought of the little things that I will remember forever. Something as simple as making sure our wedding cake was put in our room so that Nik and I could enjoy it after the reception had finished. Those are the details that show how much she genuinely cared about us and not just about getting through the checklist.

There were so many moments where I remember thinking, “Oh, I don’t need to worry about that because Kerrie will have it” — and she ALWAYS did. 😂

Kerrie gave me something that I think every bride deserves on their wedding day: the ability to actually enjoy it. I got to be fully present, soak everything in, spend time with my husband, my family and friends, and just enjoy being a bride, because I knew someone I completely trusted was taking care of everything happening behind the scenes.

And Vicky was also amazing on the day — the two of them worked so seamlessly together and made sure everything ran so smoothly.

I genuinely cannot recommend Kerrie enough. If you’re a bride who likes to have everything organised, has a million questions, wants someone who will remember every single detail and, most importantly, wants to be able to switch off and actually enjoy her wedding day… YOU NEED KERRIE. 😂🤍

I can’t even begin to describe how grateful we are to Kerrie and her team. We planned a wedding in London while living in the US, and Kerrie and her team made it feel like a breeze. Her responsiveness, kindness, and organization is something that we will forever be grateful for! They are absolutely amazing, super proactive with all of our vendors, and just in general, incredible. We had regular monthly check-in meetings (or more if needed) and she managed and controlled the to-do lists. Our day turned out flawless, and exactly what we envisioned. They were such a calming and organized presence on our wedding day, took care of every single step along the way. Couldn’t say enough good things about Kerrie and her team!

My wife and I hired Kerrie and Vicky as wedding coordinators for our big day and they were both absolute stars.
They joined multiple video calls in the lead up to the day and provided so much knowledge and advice on the best way to go about things. They even drove up to the site beforehand to meet us and go through everything in person.
On the day itself, they made sure everything went smoothly and let us both just enjoy the day. This included coordinating our caterer, bar staff, and all the various deliveries from suppliers that arrived in the morning. They even drove out to Tesco later in the evening to pick up more paper cups when we were running low.

We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator.

I’ve only known Kerrie for three weeks but I would trust her with a military operation. After months of wedding planning I decided I needed to bring on a coordinator and thank god I did. From the first call, I knew I was in good hands. Kerrie helped with everything from big picture to small details, brought up necessary things I hadn’t even considered, walked me through everything with such clarity and humor. She contacted all my vendors and met with the venue for me and brought all kinds of things I needed on the day like easels and card boxes and reserved cards. I thoroughly enjoyed my wedding day and didn’t need to think for a second about any logistical thing whatsoever because Kerrie was handling it. If you’re planning a wedding, run, don’t walk, to hire her.

Kerrie and Vicky were incredible both in the lead up and on the day of our wedding. The amount of time and effort they both put in goes above and beyond and they gave us the confidence that we had thought of everything for the big day. Would 100% recommend and very good value for money!

Kerrie and Vicky did amazing at our wedding, they always helped us stay on top of things and plan things properly, being realistic and professional at all times. Kerrie and Vicky are honestly the TWO MOST AMAZING PEOPLE in this world!! We booked them a few weeks before our wedding and I cannot tell you how much weight they took off our shoulders, right from liasing with all suppliers for us, making some of our wedding stationery, dealing with all last minute crises and just generally being so helpful and amazing!! They put up with all my messages at ungodly hours of the day, and made us feel so comfortable and confident about our big day. It was honeslty a dream come true because of them. Kerrie was great right from the start, I started working with her quite deep into my wedding planning and she instantly brought me so much peace and relief. Kerrie is an amazing coordinator. She took on our wedding with only a few weeks notice, and made it such a success.

From the start, her communication was wonderful and she made sure she fully understood our vision and what we’d agreed with all our suppliers. She went through all of our emails with suppliers to cross-reference everything herself, and in the lead-up to the wedding asked us only the most essential questions. From our first couple of conversations with her, we had such faith in her to coordinate the wedding we wanted, which meant we could really relax.

On the day, she and Vicky were absolutely wonderful, arriving early to help set up, making sure that whatever was happening next was set up, and always ready to effortlessly glide us through the day.

Our wedding party and family found her extremely polite and helpful as well, even as she coordinated a wedding of 180 people through the many photographs at a rapid pace. Kerrie also stayed beyond the end of the night to do as much clearing up as possible.

We would absolutely recommend her to anyone planning an event, and we are so grateful to her for making our wedding as enjoyable as it was.
