We met a Smooch representative at a wedding fair, and really appreciated how simple and smooth a process it sounded like it would be! After having looked at simple rings in chain stores, we quickly realised that finding something more personal was not going to be easy, so arranged a Smooch meeting at our home. The representative came out spent a lot of time with us going over out options, and then we decided on styles and were measured, we placed our order. The rings then arrived around the time before the wedding that we requested they be shipped (not too early, but with time to allow a return for resizing if needed) and arrived safely with our free gifts. My husbands ring was perfect, but mine was a little tight so i sent it back to Smooch for their free resizing, and it was returned very quickly with the slight sizing adjustment. If you are looking for a wedding ring company where you can get free personalisation (engraving) and implement your own design preferences on your ring without ridiculous costs, then this is the place to look.

I especially appreciated the option to either collect the rings in person or have them sent directly to us. One of the standout features of their service was the detailed documentation they provided via email, including the design specifics.
