Throughout the entire process, they kept us informed, providing regular updates which made everything feel seamless. I especially appreciated the option to either collect the rings in person or have them sent directly to us. One of the standout features of their service was the detailed documentation they provided via email, including the design specifics. They even sent a mould pot to create a cast of my engagement ring, allowing me to visualize how everything would look on my finger. This thoughtful touch truly set them apart. I met Sarah at my venues wedding fair and she absolutely blew me and my MIL away. My husband and I booked in a consulation soon after, and Sarahs craftsmanship, kindness, creativity, and professionalism were immediately apparent. Sarah created severeal options for our bands that were absolutely beautiful, took our feedback into account and helped us to design and create our dream bands. We are so excited to wear these rings for the rest of our lives, and hopefully return for some more bespoke pieces in the future.
