After endless searching, I stumbled across Victoria Lou Bridal on Instagram and didn’t leave disappointed! I went to my appointment by myself but felt completely comfortable with Emily who was just absolutely lovely and really informative on what could be done with the dress. The boutique is stunning with so many gorgeous dresses to match! Wish I could do it again and pick another!

Crown Joolz was the first bridal shop appointment I went to and for me it was a one stop shop! I was not at all expecting to find my dress but Joolz's dress range covers everything and is so beautifully curated. Joolz is so incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel so at ease with changing into the dresses and her knowledge of everything was so deep. Due to how Joolz will be the one to work on your dress, it stays in house and you don't have to worry about sending it far away. It also meant that she can customize your dress and made such wonderful suggestions to personalise mine that it truly made my dress, my dress! I was so shocked to find my dress but I couldn't bare to take it off! Joolz has a dress for everyone, her collection of dresses is so inclusive and thoughtfully curated. On top of all of this, it was a free appointment with no obligations and no pressure whatsoever. I am so so grateful to Joolz and cannot wait for my first fitting appointment and to wear this dress on my wedding day. Sam and Sky could not have been any more helpful, friendly, passionate or attentive. They made me and my family feel comfortable throughout, I trusted everything they said and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Having been dress shopping before and it not being something I wish to remember, I could not recommend Sam more. She just gets you. A fantastic lady who knows her craft.

I highly recommend Jane at barn bridal boutique. She is lovely, and was so attentive with me when searching for my perfect dress. She is amazing at what she does as the 1st dress she picked for me to try on was the one I said yes to. She has a great eye for what will suit you and your body type. I'm over the moon with my dress and can't thank Jane enough! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I bought my bridesmaid dresses from Martels and had a fantastic experience throughout the whole process. Before coming across Martels, I was struggling to find bridesmaid dresses that I felt really stood out and were in the colour that I was after. My bridesmaids live across the UK with different heights and body shapes and I liked the idea of going to a shop together to try on different styles and see what suited each of them. This is where Martels comes into its own. The boutique is so lovely and the range of colours and styles was truly impressive. I loved being able to take a style and then choose the colour and material that I wanted the dresses to be in. Vanessa was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout and did not make us ever feel rushed. She was so helpful and made great suggestions showing how the dresses could be tailored to make my vision come to life. I also do not live close by and Vanessa was incredibly flexible to fit us in at a busy time of year to allow for travel logistics. She made the whole experience so stress-free and smooth and we all had a wonderful time at the boutique. When the dresses arrived, they were of such high quality and so well made. They looked amazing on my bridesmaids and required only minor alterations. I was so happy with my choice in Martels and had so many comments on the day about how stunning the bridesmaids looked. I would highly recommend Martels for purchasing bridesmaid dresses and am so glad that we came across them at the Lion Inn wedding fair – thank you for being part of our special day!

When I got engaged I knew I wanted to wear a version of my Mum’s dress on my wedding day, Lisa had previously created a beautiful custom gown for my Dad and Step-Mum’s wedding, and when I discovered that she offers a service reworking vintage and heirloom dresses, I had to get in touch. From our very first phone call, Lisa was just as excited and enthusiastic as I was about the project. We talked through my ideas and how we could transform the dress into my dream dress while keeping its sentimental heart intact. Throughout every fitting, Lisa was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. When I couldn’t decide between having sleeves or not, she came up with the perfect solution, detachable sleeves, allowing me to customise my look on the day. It was such a thoughtful touch that reflected her creativity, skill and understanding of her indecisive client! Lisa treated my very special, sentimental dress with such care and respect, and the final result was beyond anything I could have imagined. Her work is beautiful and finished to the highest standard, but most importantly the dress remained recognisable, keeping the elements I loved most, yet felt fresh, modern, and uniquely mine. I’m so happy I trusted Lisa with such an important task. My only complaint is that I only get to wear it once!

I bought my wedding dress from here last September and had the wedding in June. The staff a really knowledgable and helpful. I also thought the dresses were well priced and there was something to suit a range of budgets. The dresses were good quality, compared to some other shops I visited. Would definitely recommend booking an appointment here to try some dresses!

From the very first fitting to the final details, the whole experience with the team were all so special, and I felt incredible wearing it on the day. I truly would never look back at my choice! The girls were brilliant and really understanding throughout the whole process as it's so easy to get overwhelmed! I cannot express how happy I was with Serena Bridal. I was dealt with by Fran who worked there and she was the loveliest lady with so much knowledge and kindness throughout my wedding journey. I picked a gorgeous dress and she altered it beautifully. My one downside was that the strap of the dress broke off after the ceremony but that was not Serena's fault but the style of dress which did not completely allow for my arms to go straight up quickly (one strap popped off when my husband raised our arms in celebration. Would recommend this supplier definitely :)
