From the moment Ashridge House recommended Ann, we knew we were in excellent hands - we truly couldn’t have made a better decision for our special day. Planning a wedding in the UK while living in the U.S. could have been a logistical nightmare, but Ann made the entire experience feel effortless. Her organization, detailed spreadsheets, countless video and phone calls, and constant communication (often in multiple group chats with my husband and my mom) kept us connected every step of the way. Ann was endlessly patient, supportive, and refreshingly honest. She never hesitated to share her professional insights, drawing on her experiences from previous weddings. As a perfectionist and a very visual person, I know I’m not the easiest client, but Ann learned how my mind worked and how I envisioned the day. This was especially helpful when she communicated with vendors and suppliers - she knew exactly when to dig deeper or ask for more details before looping me in. Two weeks before the wedding, we made a last-minute change to our celebrant, and then another change just two days before the big day. This was incredibly stressful but Ann was cool, calm, collected and found a solution within minutes. On the day itself, it felt like watching a beautiful production unfold. Ann and her amazing team were everywhere, managing suppliers, keeping everything on schedule, and solving little issues (including when our junior groomsman forgot his shoes!). The entire day flowed so perfectly that we were able to be fully present, soaking in every beautiful moment, knowing that Ann had everything handled behind the scenes. Ann, Gareth and I are endlessly grateful for the magic you brought to our day. We will forever look back on it as the most beautiful and meaningful day of our lives, and it’s truly all thanks to you.

First things first - Hannah has become one of our favourite people! We first met Hannah when we decided to hold our wedding at the Lakeside at Wildberry Farm and from the outset we realised we were being spoilt to have access to not only a brilliant wedding coordinator, but a wonderful person too! Right from the start Hannah was on it and made us feel really at ease with what was a really daunting task of organising and planning an outdoor wedding. Hannah’s organisational skills but calm and collected delivery made the whole process enjoyable, when it could have been very stressful. Hannah’s contacts and connections were fantastic and her willingness to listen and take on board and thought and suggestions and mould her own ideas to ours made us a really great planning team! On the days leading up to and on our wedding day itself, Hannah took away all stress and pressure and was the central focal point for all of our suppliers, who couldn’t speak highly enough of Hannah and her work! She works tirelessly to ensure the smooth running of the day but is flexible enough to allow the day to flow and breath organically, without forcing us to do anything we didn’t want to, in order to stick to a rigid schedule. We loved our wedding day more than we could possibly have imagined and a large contributor to that was Hannah and her faultless approach to coordinating and helping us bring our personalities to the day. We cannot speak highly enough of how wonderful she is and how much of a joy she was to work with. Everyone simply has to have a Hannah for their wedding day!!
