Rufflets Country House Hotel

Renowned as one of the finest hotel Wedding venues in Scotland, The Garden Suite is a self contained extension, built on the site of the old kitchen garden to the east of the hotel, providing a contemporary and unique setting for exclusive use weddings and celebrations for up to 150 guests.
The stylish, bright interior of the Garden Suite comprises an entrance lobby, spacious Reception room known as the Long Gallery and the Garden Room, both with bar facilities. The Garden Room has seating for up to 150 guests for your wedding meal and French doors opening onto a west-facing private terrace. The Garden Room can also be divided into two smaller rooms suitable for up to 60 guests for a wedding meal.

Summary information

In addition to religious and humanist wedding services, we are licensed as a civil marriage venue Weather permitting the ceremony can take place in the gardens by one of the little burns or romantic bridges, for a perfect photo opportunity. Rufflets has 24 individually styled and tastefully decorated bedrooms, including three suites. Unlike most of the larger chain hotels, our rooms are different shapes and sizes which adds to their individual character and charm. Rufflets also has 2 self-catering lodges which are ideal for family members travelling a distance

      A Perfect Venue
      We got married at Rufflets in June 2007, it was the perfect venue and we both fell in love with it the first time we saw it. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. Our photos are the best memories we could possibly have of the day, the gardens are beautiful during the summer and I can't wait to get back there for our honeymoon!!!
