We recognise the need to create an entirely individual day & you can be assured of our personal attention as your wedding will be the only wedding taking place at Gatton Manor on your special day. Gatton Manor has a civil ceremony license to conduct wedding ceremonies & civil partnerships. This gives you the opportunity to arrange the service, the reception, accommodation & even a round of golf for your guests, in one stunning location. The ceremony is conducted in the Abinger Room by the local superintendent registrar. This beautiful room benefits from natural daylight & stunning views across the golf course & grounds. The Lakeview Room provides a particularly romantic setting, with its own entrance and terrace ideal for your arrival drinks reception overlooking the fountain and lakes.

Summary information

Gatton Manor is an 18 bedroom privately owned hotel and golf club. The Manor House originally formed part of the Abinger Estate. The setting is a powerful draw – an 18th century manor house overlooking a fountain and lake surrounded by 200 acres of picture-postcard Surrey. The function rooms accommodate up to 100 for seated banquets or 200 for a finger buffet. We have a civil ceremony license to conduct weddings at Gatton Manor, so that both the ceremony and reception can be held in the same beautiful setting. Our bridal suite is provided with our compliments when selecting one of our wedding packages. A variety of inclusive wedding packages are available but our creative team are happy to work with you to tailor these to meet your specific needs.

      Just perfect
      We originally chose Gatton Manor because of the location and the packages available. The pre-wedding service was very good - everyone was happy to give suggestions and then go with what we decided. The event manager on the day was great, very flexible and friendly as were the whole team. They even kept secret Graeme's surprise for me. All in all just perfect

      So very special
      Everyone said what a beautiful location we had chose, and it really was the most perfect setting for the relaxed day we had hoped for and thankfully got. The staff on duty were incredibly helpful throughout the day, the food was great and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

      Evertything was perfect
      A beautiful location with reasonable wedding packages and professional and helpful staff. Our wedding co-ordinator was extremely helpful - all the thousand emails sent yet she was always happy to help!On the day everything was so perfect -we had such a fab time & would definately recommend.

      As soon as we came down the drive and saw Gatton Manor we fell in love with it. The help & support from the staff was excellent from start to finish - we didn't have to worry about a thing. Everything was done perfectly.

      A truly special time
      Our daughter's wedding took place here on 6th August 2011. It was a wonderful weekend. The venue really turned out better than expected, food was extremely tasty served beautifully by the dedicated staff. Their attention to detail exceeded our expectations & they made the day go like clockwork. The flowers (included in the package) were stunning and the accommodation for all made a fabulous ending to an amazing day. The location for photographs again exceeded our expectations. The two managers that looked after us through the whole process from booking to the end of the day were a real credit to Gatton Manor they worked so hard to make the event a special time.

      A wonderful start
      Looking back at our daughter's wedding in July we would not have changed a thing. From start to finish the team were so helpful. The food was great & even the disco in the evening was extremely good. It was a wonderful start to their married life together.

      The whole day was perfect

      Would highly recommend
      Gatton Manor has everything we wanted for our special day especially as we wanted to have the ceremony and reception at the same place and for our guests to be able to stay over. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed. The day itself ran very smoothly so would highly recommend Gatton Manor. All our guests loved the venue too!

      The day was perfect
      We would say it is the best wedding venue ever! A great intimate venue with a great setting and beautiful surroundings. The day was everything we wanted and more. The staf, the setting and the food were brilliant! We can't thank Gatton Manor enough for a perfect day!

      Could not do enough
      We married here in March and had a really good day. Gatton Manor could not have done more to make sure our day went well - our wedding co-ordinator was really helpful. Would definately recommend.
