Facilities and Capacity
Oak Tree Barn Weddings features a thoughtfully renovated old stable barn, which is brimming with character. It is an ideal backdrop for various wedding visions, allowing couples to get creative with their festivities. This modernised space still boasts a sense of the original rustic atmosphere, making it a romantic and enchanting setting. To further enhance the venue, there are multiple bars and one-of-a-kind toilets. In addition to the barn, there is a Giant Hat Tipi, a three-bed detached country house, and seven luxury bell tents. The venue can host up to 120 guests during the day and 150 people for evening receptions.

Oak Tree Barn Weddings is a fully licensed wedding venue with three spots to choose from for your ceremony. The outdoor aisle features wood doors that open, hay bale benches, and reclaimed stain-glassed windows. Nearly weds can also choose to get ready on the property with an on-site beauty and hair salon offering tailored packages. Other services include beverage options to suit a range of preferences and accommodations that turn your event into a getaway. In addition, the professional and friendly team provide tables and chairs, festoon, fairy lighting and more. For your loved one's convenience, there is guest parking as well. They were amazing
From the first visit to the wedding day the team at oak team were amazing 🤩 they helped us with everything and nothing was too much!!! And what about the venue it is absolutely stunning, all our guest said how amazing it was 🥳🥳 wish we could do it all over again

The best day ever, Making everyone’s dreams come true.
My husband and I had the most amazing wedding at Oaktree barn, Renne and team made sure everything ran smoothly and made sure everyone was calm from the minute you arrived to the time you leave, having the bothy on site made getting ready soo easy and was one less thing to worry about, the facilities were amazing and everything was thought of from having enough rooms to sleep my whole bridal party to the small touches like colouring books for the children to keep occupied. All our guests absolutely loved the venue and have said it was the best wedding they have attended. You made our dreams come true even though there were bumps along the way you never made it seem like anything was an issue! The salon on-site provided the best services for the mothers of the bride and groom and made them both feel and look amazing. There’s nothing I can fault about our day. Thank you for all your love, and support throughout the whole process. I wish we could do it all again!

Absolutely amazing
We had our wedding in July 2023 and would recommend Oak Tree Barn to anyone and everyone. The staff are friendly, accommodating and made us feel so special. We had lots of annoying questions and each one was dealt with with time and patience. Nothing was too much trouble. The fact we could stay on site for a few days over the wedding period made the whole experience so special and memorable. We were able to have a mini “wedding holiday” with family and friends and were able to spread the wedding celebrations over a few days rather than cramming all into one! Our dog joined us and was star of the show, running round the venue keeping everyone entertained. The day of the wedding was absolutely magical. We got ready using the on-site salon who welcomed us with coffee, Prosecco, biscuits and lots of laughter. The staff felt more like friends and we spent the morning sharing stories and preparing for the ceremony. The venue was absolutely stunning. There was no need to add any decorations ourselves as the venue was simply beautiful. The surrounding areas were flawless. Everyone was in awe of the barn and said how much they loved it. One friend is even considering getting married there herself (when her boyfriend eventually proposes!). I would recommend oak tree barn to everyone.

Venue of every girls dreams!
Oak Tree Barn is the most magical wedding venue we could have imagined for our big day. The team, the venue, the package and freedom you have here is just amazing. Having the venue for 3 nights really gives you the opportunity to enjoy your wedding as an experience not a rushed day. The grounds are stunning, there is not one thing we can even moan about. If I could relive our day over and over again we would. Thank you for giving us and our guests the best day of our lives.

Made everything perfect
Renee and Theresa and the rest of the staff made the day a dream come true. Everything that we asked for was catered for and we really had the best day of our lives. An absolutely beautiful venue and the staff were wonderful. I would recommend this venue to everyone. Amazing staff, amazing suppliers and everything on the day was seamless. I would encourage anyone considering this venue or anyone looking for a wedding venue to go and take a look at the oak tree barn and to speak to the staff, the venue is beautiful all year round and in all weathers. It is a dream venue.

We had the most amazing day at oak tree barn they offered us everything and more our day was just perfect.
Our wedding day at oak tree barn was the most magical day not only was the venue the most beautiful venue we had ever seen but the staff made our day just perfect from start to finish we honestly didn’t want it end.

Cool venue with relaxed and flexible owners
We loved our wedding at Oak Tree Barn, it was such a cool venue, the barn has more of an industrial style and it's position under the huge oak tree is stunning, add a teepee and forested area and about a million fairy lights and it's just the dream. The owners and staff are amazing, they really let you make the day your own, there weren't loads of "rules" or big lists of things you weren't allowed to do. You also get the whole weekend from Thursday night through to Sunday afternoon so you never feel rushed and can make a whole weekend of it. You can do lots of DIY touches or very little because it already looks great, it's up to you. We loved it, our guests loved it!

We had the most magical wedding experience with Oak Tree Barn, and we feel truly grateful that we were able to use the venue for our special day.
From the first time we saw the venue we knew it was the one, it was so rustic, charming and beautiful. We knew that we wanted to do our wedding slightly differently to the norm, and Renee and the team supported us in every step of our planning journey. The whole team at Oak Tree Barn are so chilled, relaxed and calm and they really helped us being our vision to life.
The fact that we had access to the venue from the Thursday meant that we were able to be completely calm and relaxed while setting up the venue, making sure we had everything sorted. The wedding day felt like we were just inviting family and friends into our home, it was so lovely.
The day itself was perfect, the staff were brilliant in every way making sure we were both looked after and everything was just right.
I can't even begin to thank Renee and her team enough for creating such a wonderful venue. It was genuinely everything we ever wanted from our wedding and Oak Tree Barn will always have a very special place in our hearts.

Fantastic venue
We cannot thank Oak Tree Barn enough for the best wedding at the best venue. So many of our guests commented on what an amazing venue it was too. The staff were also so lovely and looked after us throughout it all! I highly recommend Oak Tree Barn! We had a blast. Thank you so much. Thomas & Jo xxx

A beautiful rustic setting full of character and an amazing team
The Oak Tree Barn team were fanatic from viewing the venue through to our wedding day. From the first time we met them, we were filled with confidence they could deliver the day of our dreams - and they didn't disappoint.
The entire team make you feel very relaxed, taking a friendly, fun and honest approach to everything. We were sold from our first viewing, a beautiful rustic setting full of character, a welcoming team and accommodation on site!
In the lead up to the wedding the Oak Tree Barn team shared really valuable advice on the things they had done for other couples, little things like timing, drink allocation, what room layout works best etc (they let you do what you want, but happily answer questions and give tips). They also supported our new ideas, and put us in touch with some fantastic suppliers, everyone there has a can-do attitude, nothing was too much trouble.
On the day we hired the wedding coordinator, we would recommend doing the same, she was worth her weight in gold! The day ran so smoothly and she was a calming and helpful voice thoughout, making sure we took time to take it all in and moving in the shadows to ensure everything ran like clockwork.
The entire venue was immaculate and so much is included, lots of beautiful lights, the teepee, a card postbox etc, it's blank canvas to some and ready to go for others, we were the latter, just putting some personal touches here and there to make it our own.
In summary, the day couldn't have gone better, literally everything we wanted and more - and we highly recommend the Oak Tree Barn!

Our perfect day
We had our ceremony only at Oak Tree Barn back in May of 2023. It was nothing short of perfection. The staff, the venue absolutely everything. They helped us before during and after the wedding. A stunning venue wirh truly wonderful staff ❤️
