With exclusive hire, the venue is entirely yours for a day that’s truly personal.
Licensed for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies, Edenwood Place offers four stunning spaces to say “I do”. Exchange vows under the romantic Pergola, on the scenic Viewpoint Terrace, or in the stylish Sun Room or Edenwood Room. The venue caters for up to 100 day guests and 230 evening guests, with flexible options for full-day weddings, twilight celebrations, or evening after party bookings.
The venue is packed with Instagram-worthy features, including the “Something Blue Room” for getting ready, a botanical prosecco wall, a Summer House, and a Terrace Tiki Bar – all designed to elevate the guest experience. Flexible catering options include five recommended caterers, or you can bring your own (T&Cs apply).

Space: You’ll have exclusive use of Edenwood Place events venue. Your choice of four licensed ceremony areas, outdoor & indoor bars, function space and terraces. A late license is available until 1am. Make the most of golden hour with our brand-new Sunroom’s retracting roof!

Getting ready & accommodation: Get ready for your special day in our ‘Something Blue Room’ which is well equipped for the pre-wedding preparations. Whilst there isn’t onsite accommodation at Edenwood Place, there is a great choice of nearby hotels & guest houses to choose from.
Suppliers: We have a fantastic selection of recommended suppliers for you to choose from, whether it’s photographers, DJ, entertainment, hair stylists, make up, & more! Prefer to choose your own suppliers? That’s ok too!
Payments: A deposit of £1,000 is required to book your wedding. Further payments are broken down into instalments. We are happy to agree a monthly payment plan if this works for you instead.

Highly recommended, stunning venue in Kent
We booked our date about a year in advance, and throughout this, we had great communcation with the events team about any questions we had. We felt very supported by them in creating our unique wedding according to our vision. Amie, the events manager, was absolutely fantastic both in the months leading up to the wedding and on the day of. We can't thank her enough for her support and professionalism.
We can only recommend Edenwood Place to anyone looking for a unique and stylish wedding venue!
Could not have ask for a more perfect wedding
Before the wedding itself, Ella was absolutely fantastic. Wedding planning can feel overwhelming, especially when so much of our wedding was DIY or made by ourselves and family, but she made the whole process feel so much easier. She answered all of my probably silly questions without ever making me feel like a bother and was always so supportive and happy to help. We met with her several times before the wedding to go over plans and every meeting left us feeling far less anxious and much more excited for the day.
The get ready room on the morning of the wedding was also amazing. There was loads of space for all of us to do our hair and makeup comfortably, which was especially important as I was a DIY bride. The setup was lovely, with complimentary tea, coffee and lemon water available, which everyone appreciated during the morning. There was also a little side room specifically for getting into my dress, with plenty of space to move around and hang everything up properly, which made everything feel calm and organised.
We had an unexpected 31 degree heatwave on the wedding day, but the team handled everything so well. They kept our cake refrigerated for as long as possible so it would not melt in the heat and were constantly on top of everything throughout the day.
A huge special mention has to go to Jade, our coordinator on the day, who was absolutely amazing. She checked on me regularly while I was getting ready to make sure I was okay, made sure my slightly nervous groom had drinks, and honestly helped the entire day run without a hitch. Having someone so calm, attentive and genuinely caring there made such a difference.
The venue itself is stunning and beautifully decorated already, which takes so much pressure off when planning. Features like the prosecco wall, the decor behind the bar, and the gorgeous lighting around the sun room in the evening meant we did not need hundreds of extra decorations to make everything look special. The views over the North Downs are absolutely beautiful as well and made the perfect backdrop for photos.
The food was another absolute highlight. Our wedding breakfast was provided by Smoke and Barrel Bro and we had an incredible BBQ banquet. So many guests told us it was the best wedding food they had ever had, and we completely agreed. Mickey the chef was brilliant, really friendly and helpful, and even came out to the tables to dish out the last of the chips. His prices were very reasonable and the food was genuinely sublime. Tom and I especially loved the beef brisket.
In the evening we had Barn Events Catering provide pizza, which went down a storm. It was absolutely delicious and the perfect relaxed option for later in the day.
We also hired the sweets cart, which we turned into more of a snacks cart with popcorn, cheesy savoury biscuits, and sweets. It worked brilliantly and kept guests going before the main food was served. I would definitely recommend adding it on as it was a great addition.
We genuinely had the best day and would recommend Edenwood Place to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with an incredible team behind it.
Amazingly Beautiful Edenwood Place
On the day Jade was our coordinator who yet again was brilliant. Couldn't do enough for the all the wedding party. Myself and a few of my girls turned up at 12pm to use their Blue Room. A beautiful room with 5 beauty stations, adjoining dressing room, there's also a shower room across the hall with a terrace further down the hall. On arrival, the chilled Prosecco was waiting for us with a kettle, coffee etc in the room. Us girls absolutely loved getting ready together, sipping Prosecco, helping each other with makeup, hair etc. It was a big part of the day for me.
The ceremony was stunning. It was held in their Sun Room, which has a retractable roof and due to the unusual lovely day, Jade suggested trying the roof retracted. It gave it a feel of being abroad, you couldn't get better in England. I had the chairs covered which my caterers did (Krazy Grazy, who were also fab). It really set the whole scene. They have 2 further terraces which you can have your ceremony on but for me the Sun Room was it, plus had it been raining, the roof would have stayed closed. Win Win! On the top terrace you look out over the weald of Kent which is beautiful for photo's, especially at sunset. My photographer (Heartfelt Lens, another fab service) took great delight with the sash windows and the lighting along with the top terrace. Can't wait to see the photo's.
I honestly can't rate Edenwood Place and all the staff enough, makes me want to cry happy tears at the memory (only last week). I've been married before using a very reputable hotel chain but Edenwood blew this out of the water.
Only downside is, if you're going to have a drive by to look, PLEASE don't be put off by the slightly shabby paintwork outside, it really doesn't reflect the inside. Once you're inside, the whole place is yours and it feels like your in your own enchanted wedding land.

October Wedding 2025
Although we didn’t use the venue for a ceremony and only booked it for the afternoon and evening, everything was handled perfectly. The staff were attentive, flexible, and genuinely invested in making sure our event went exactly how we wanted. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and their support really made a difference on the day.
The space itself created a fantastic atmosphere, and we were able to enjoy every moment with our guests. We’re so grateful for how well everything was organised and would absolutely recommend Edenwood Place to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-run venue with fantastic views, this venue is for you!
