We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue for our wedding day! Not only was the setting absolutely stunning, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make everything run seamlessly. From the very beginning, Becky was an absolute superstar. She made the entire planning process feel effortless—always organized, responsive, and genuinely excited to help us bring our vision to life. No question was too small, and her calm, friendly presence gave us so much peace of mind throughout the lead-up to the big day. And a special shout-out to Jack, who made our wedding morning so memorable. His energy, warmth, and attention to detail helped set the perfect tone for the day. He made sure everything was in place, kept us smiling, and created such a relaxed, atmosphere. And we can’t forget Mark—our amazing toastmaster! He was hands-down the best we could have asked for. Professional, charismatic, and on top of every detail, Mark kept the day flowing effortlessly and ensured everything happened right on time, all while keeping spirits high and the atmosphere joyful. Every member of the team went out of their way to make sure we and our guests were taken care of. It truly felt like we were in the hands of people who cared just as much about our day as we did. We recently had our wedding at East Sussex National, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. From start to finish, Rachel was absolutely incredible. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and calm, caring nature made the entire day stress-free and enjoyable. The venue was stunning, the service impeccable, and everything ran so smoothly on the day thanks to Rachel and the amazing staff. Our guests were blown away by the food, the setting, and the overall atmosphere. We received so many compliments about how well-organized and beautiful everything was. We also had several out-of-town guests stay at the hotel, and they all spoke highly of the accommodations and hospitality. Rachel and the entire team went above and beyond to make our wedding day unforgettable. We’re so thankful to have chosen East Sussex National and would recommend it to any couple looking for a top-tier venue with exceptional service.
