No. 124, Brighton by GuestHouse is a wedding venue that gazes out toward the sea, almost directly opposite the enchanting old West Pier in Brighton, East Sussex. It's our flagship property at GuestHouse and has 32 extraordinary bedrooms. Pearly Cow resides within No. 124 and is Brighton's hottest destination restaurant. Together, they are a magical wedding venue.
Opt for exclusive use of Pearly Cow for the day or longer, stretching into the evening with a selection of bedrooms, or go all-out with a takeover of No. 124 entirely. The choice is yours.

Having Exclusive Use of No. 124 & Pearly Cow allows you the freedom to do just as you wish with our seafront sweetheart.
You'll have full use of Pearly Cow, all 32 bedrooms, plus the No. 124 Ground Floor, including Bar, Lounge & Courtyard, and the all-important sunset-view terrace.
