We had a great wedding at the Harbour Hotel! It was easy to communicate with Rosie, and we had a great offer from them which made it affordable for us. There were maybe a few misunderstandings along the way, and we kept changing our minds, but it was all sorted out very professionally. Natasha was also brilliant at organising the day, and understood exactly what we wanted, and also came up with ideas I would not have thought myself. The service was top-notch! The only thing was that the food was slightly different from the tasting we had, and we weren't expecting that. A different chef that day perhaps. Otherwise everything ran smoothly, and our signature cocktails were delicious! The space itself was perfect for us, with the wooden floor big enough for proper dancing, unlike most other venues which had carpeted floors and no proper dance floor.

Right from the start when we viewed the venue, we thought it was perfect for our evening wedding reception. The room is so well laid out, and the flexibility to make it our own was amazing. Rosie was incredible throughout - she was so efficient at getting back to us on our questions, nothing was ever too much! The team on the day were fab as well, they were always on hand whilst setting up and the service through the night was amazing. Would 100% recommend!!

We recently held our wedding reception at the HH Brighton, I can not praise Rosie and her team more. The staff were extremely professional and supportive throughout. Natasha and Lilly were excellent setting up the main dining room and the service through the day was fantastic. The canapés and hot buffet was amazing and all our guests enjoyed the food. We could highly recommend choosing the Harbour Hotel for an amazing wedding experience.

The venue was brilliant value for money - throughout the planning process Rosie was consistent on quick responses, flexible and generous with requests - as well as just a pleasure to deal with. Our guests raved about the fantastic food and staff.

The highlight of my experience was the team! Natasha made me feel calm, listened to and she felt like a lifelong friend. A special mention to Lily also, who was an absolute dream throughout the day.

Outstanding service, outstanding team, outstanding venue and overall made our wedding outstanding! Rosie and the team were amazing to work with and I cannot recommend them enough. They were so attentive and supportive through the whole process, as were organizing our wedding from overseas and it was the best day! I want to do it all over again. Thanks team!

Our day was just how we imagined and better. The whole team were brilliant on the day and thanks to them all Rosie, Natasha, Nat, Bill and in particular Lilly who was fantastic on the day! Everyone has mentioned how good the food was and it all went to plan thanks to the well organised team onhand.

The wedding was amazing and this is a lot to do with the venue and how much the staff was caring. Thank you so much for making it possible, the room we stayed was fantastic, Natasha kept me updated with the decoration in the venue, sending me pictures, the wedding itself went super smoothly with timings, the food was great, and the staff on the day was absolutely lovely!! Rosie has been amazing from the beginning until the end, making sure everything was perfect. I would recommend the venue to anyone!

We decided a year ago to have the Brighton Harbour Hotel as our wedding venue. The Marine Room, used for weddings and functions, is absolutely beautiful with white wood panelled walls, leaded windows and white wooden shutters. We fell in love with it. Additionally, the hotel is right on the sea front and has a real buzz about it. We felt so lucky to have the services of Fiona Jones to organise our big day. Having only recently moved to the area, I found the supplier recommendations invaluable. We used Those Party People for MC and music throughout the day, Sarah Wenban for photography, Ambience for decor and, together with the team from the hotel, they all knew each other and worked seamlessly together.
The light in the room was great for having my make-up done and Fiona came to the rescue with minutes to spare when the button came off of my dress. If she was panicking with everything else she had to deal with, she didn’t show it! We didn’t want anything too formal or too rigid. We wanted our guests to enjoy their day by the seaside; many had travelled a long way to join us. There were no unwanted surprises, nothing had been missed, everything came together just as we had asked. We really can’t thank Fiona and everyone at the hotel enough for making it happen. We had loads of compliments from our guests about the food, particularly the lamb. Greta and her team did a fabulous job dealing with a few last minute changes. We made absolutely the right choice to have our wedding at the Brighton Harbour Hotel and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as a wedding venue.

I would like to thank you, Paul and all the team at the Harbour for such a great day, the staff are to be congratulated as everyone was wonderful and so accommodating. The day couldn’t have gone better from our point of view and I know a lot of guests that had not visited the hotel before were very impressed with the overall ambiance of the hotel.

Again thanks for your continued efforts both before and during the big day as we couldn’t have got the wedding we wanted without your assistance.

We got married at the Brighton harbour hotel on 5/5/18.

It was so stress free thanks to their wedding coordinator Fiona, she was an absolute star and made sure everything was as we wanted it!

All the staff were so helpful, friendly and nothing was too much.

The food was lovely and no one was without a drink thanks to Andrea!

We’ve stayed in the hotel a few times now and will defiantly be going back!

We recently held a wedding party at the Harbour Hotel and couldn't be more delighted with how the whole day and evening went. Our son and daughter in law married abroad so we were looking to hold a simple blessing and informal party with friends and family who couldn't attend the actual wedding. Fiona, our Events Co-Ordinator, was amazing from the first time we met her - so approachable and helpful. We were able to deviate from the normal wedding package and tailor the event to suit our requirements. All the staff involved on the day were very friendly and welcoming, nothing seemed to be too much trouble, and they were so professional in how they co-ordinated changing the room around for the different aspects of the day. Our friends and family have endorsed our view that the venue is great; the food lovely and fresh and well presented and the friendliness and attitude of the staff outstanding. Those that stayed also loved their rooms, the spa and the comfortable beds. So we just want to say a very big thank you to everyone at the Harbour Hotel who worked so very hard to create a fabulous and memorable day, particularly Fiona and lovely Greta who took over looking after us during the evening. We would thoroughly recommend the Harbour Hotel - you would be hard pushed to find a more dedicated team to run any special event.

What a venue! We cannot recommend the Harbour Hotel more as a wedding venue. We got married in December so having an inside venue, was perfect for us.

They organised everything, even liasing with our suppliers in the run up so we didn’t have to worry about organising arrival times. They also did an amazing job with the menu testing …they were all delicious!

On the day itself the team were incredible. They got out some games in the snug, which our guests loved…and kept the kids entertained during the drinks reception. During the meal the waiters and waitresses were always ready to serve and top up peoples drinks (which none of the guests minded). Our guests kept saying how wonderful the team were, and we couldn’t agree more.

One of our concerns was that initially the venue did seem a bit small and we were getting more worried that our guests would be squashed. Fiona, the wedding organiser assured us that the room would be able to seat all 96 of our guests and talked us through clearly how the room was going to be laid out, even going to the trouble of setting it all up in advance and sending us photos of the possible layouts, with the help of Matt at the hotel who was great as well. Our guests were not squashed at all and we were able to move around the tables during the different courses to chat to guests.

Our package included an overnight stay and use of the lovely underground spa, which made a great start to married life!

The team at Harbour really did help to make our day perfect and we highly recommend that if you are getting married to go and have a look at this wonderful venue.

We recently got married and had to pull forward our wedding date by several months. BHH had opened since we'd booked our original venue - who were unavailable for our new date - and honestly it worked out so well we were relieved we had to change our plans! Pauline and the hotel team did an amazing job with the reception, they were accommodating, friendly and very professional. The venue itself worked out perfectly, looked fantastic and the food was exactly as we'd hoped. They even dealt very discreetly and considerately with that one guest who got a little ... over enthusiastic ... with the wine.
We and several of our guests also stayed in the hotel, the rooms were gorgeous and the breakfast very good. We also used the spa facilities the next day which were not yet complete but the setting is very atmospheric and the treatments and steam rooms were fab, I'm hoping to pop back soon when the pool is ready.
Cannot recommend highly enough, whether for a weekend break, a fishy dinner or for your own wedding!
