The Scottish Malt Whisky Snug is the perfect setting for a pre-wedding get-together or an intimate reception and has a capacity for 22 guests. It opens out onto the courtyard, so you and your loved ones can enjoy an alfresco cocktail before sitting down to a five-course meal. Likewise, the Lombard room is another exclusive room that has a slightly larger capacity for 48 people. Here, elegance abounds, with classic French doors allowing abundant light to seep in, and vintage wallpaper adding an air of old-world glamour. The grand Dome Ballroom where you can entertain up to 100 loved ones for an evening of delicious cuisine and live entertainment. As the name suggests, this curved ballroom features an exquisite cupola, complete with skylights and an eye-catching wine-glass chandelier at its centre.

An Exquisite Wedding Reception, Thank You!
The evening before the wedding I dropped off all of the event decorations and the following morning, when I dropped off the cake, the room was dressed perfectly, just as I envisioned!
Our wedding breakfast was exquisite. The food was absolutely delicious, so many of our guests have said it was the best wedding food they have had. The service was impeccably timed too, the course service was beautifully choreographed. The team really know what they are doing when it comes to food service.
We had the Beachy Head room for the duration, which was very luxurious and comfortable. I had my hair and makeup done in the room prior to the photos and ceremony with my daughter, which made the day really relaxed and chilled.
The seaside location was just perfect for the photographs we wanted. We were lucky and had a bright & sunny day, but had we needed a Plan B, the hotel would have been ideal too.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Hotel Du Vin who had a hand in making the day so fabulous. We really appreciate it and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone considering a central Brighton Wedding.

Great room, huge potential
I work in the industry and I know how difficult those functions are stressful and time planning and consuming.
Dewi and his team were challenged with my requests, but nothing was too much trouble. The food was good and tasty, got to be honest, they exceeded my expectations, but it is important to keep it simple.
They know what they are doing and got Jenny - my wedding coordinator on my side to liaise so it is easier.
The room itself is sterile. no need to explain that you have to decorate it and light it up - it is add cost on your side, but it is worth it.
Here the room in video how it looks.... enjoy and you should trust them and go for it. I have done my research due to the fact that I am a caterer myself and those are the best value to money and location / overall experience.
other places are pricey and old fashion, too expensive and fancy food,
You got to be honest with yourself and keep it simple, traditional and they can do the ceremony too... so why going elsewhere... well done guys at HDV
