I cannot recommend Lauren, Evie and John enough!! Lauren sorted out absolutely everything I asked for even down to constructing my wedding cake with Evie!! She went over and above for us, nothing was too much hassle. I cannot recommend them enough. I had a very specific themes and vibe, Lauren just understood the brief and made sure I had everything I needed. She was calm and professional the whole way through, whilst also making sure that the littlest detail was perfect. We were allowed to set up the night before which made the day run so smoothly. John and Andrew attended to the guests and made sure I was never without a drink. The food was amazing, honestly it was so so so perfect. I dreamt of my wedding day, as most people do, I was exactly how I imagined thanks to the incredible staff. Thank you so so much Lauren and the team ❤️💜🧡

From the moment we arrived on Thursday to settle in for the big day until the big day itself the staff and Our wedding coordinator made sure we were comfortable, prepared and that we knew exactly what we were going to be doing before and during our special day. I can't thank enough the royal hotel, the staff and the registrars for making this day as fun and enjoyable as possible. Would definatly recommend the royal hotel for weddings big and small.

We recently celebrated our same-sex wedding at the Grand Hotel Scarborough, and it was everything we could have wished for—and more. From the very first enquiry, it was clear this is a safe, inclusive, and wonderfully gay-friendly space—something sadly still lacking at other venues, even in 2024. The seaside charm of the hotel perfectly complemented the warm and welcoming nature of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble, and every detail was handled with care and professionalism. Our wedding organiser was absolutely brilliant, guiding us through every step and making sure we felt truly valued throughout. If you’re looking for a venue where love in all its forms is celebrated, with stunning sea views and a team who go above and beyond, we couldn’t recommend the Grand Hotel Scarborough highly enough. Thank you for making our day so unforgettable! ❤️

We booked the Crown for the venue of both our day and evening receptions.From the start we were very impressed with the service provided,especially the functions manager Helen who was always happy to help with anything at all,from major decisions to the small things that you want just right.The location is wonderful,right on the main cliff overlooking the south bay.The reception rooms themselves are decorated very well,and the room we stayed in on the night(free because we held both do's there)was fantastic.There's a huge choice of menu's and everyone commented on how good the food was,particularly the hot buffet in the evening,as this is an area many hotels lack in.The prices are very reasonable and there are lots of extras thrown in.We have no hesitations recommending the Crown for weddings or any other type of function/stay.

We just had our wedding here at Ox Pasture Hall Ox pasture Hall did a fantastic job in helping us organise and execute the day. From champagne arrival, set outside to take advantage of the unexpectedly good weather to the beautiful grounds. The dovecote suit venue is perfectly sized and the waiting staff did a great job of serving food promptly and efficiently. The even coped when 2 vegetarian meals were requested last second! The food was delicious and the space was set up brilliantly. All in all, I'd recommend ox pasture to anyone and everyone.
