Not just a venue some members of the team now feel like family. Cannot fault one thing at all. The bridal suite is a tad dated in decor but it really doesn't matter considering the size and the shower. All the staff but especially the wedding coordinator were wonderful. She bent over backwards to help us when we honestly thought that we would bave to cancel it due to a personal issue of mine making it look like we wouldnt be able to afford our wedding. We couldnt afford our original plan at all but Jess did eveything she could to help us plan something that was doable. The setting is just gorgeous with the lake and even if you were to marry inside there barn, where we had out reception is just stunning and the food was the best ever, all our guests raved about it.

Thank you very much to Helen and the team for making our wedding day at The Devonshire Arms so special! We had the most incredible day celebrating our wedding in the beautiful grounds and buildings of the hotel with our guests. We were incredibly fortunate with the weather, and were able to have an outdoor ceremony on the lawns with views of rolling hills and Beamsley Beacon. The food, drinks and service were incredible, and the day really couldn't have been better! We had high expectations of what we would want the day to be, and Helen and team blew us out of the water. What a special place to get married surrounded by beautiful Yorkshire Dales countryside. Nothing was too much trouble for the team either in the planning stages or on the day itself, and we were able to customise the day with our own special touches, ideas, and supplier choices. Thank you to all the team for making our wedding day so special! We (and some of our guests) also stayed over the night of the wedding - the rooms were immaculately presented with lots of lovely amenities, the breakfast in The Garden Room was fabulous, and we particularly enjoyed visiting the spa the following day. Gorgeous place!

My wife and I held our wedding celebrations at the Devonshire Fell in October 2019. We opted for the 2 night Devonshire package. The ceremony was held at Bolton Abbey Priory. The hotel and area has always been a special place to us both, and the setting of the Fell is exceptional! From the first initial meeting with Hannah we knew this was the venue for us. Hannah was the right balance of friendly and professional throughout all the planning, and dealt with any issues promptly - without her I feel the whole process would have been much more stressful for us both. Once the big weekend arrived the whole staff at the Devonshire Fell were amazing, from the moment we arrived (‘Relax, we do a lot of weddings, don’t worry about a thing’) right through to check out. Everything went perfectly, and we couldn’t have asked for a more special day - It really was the best day of our lives. We can highly recommend the Devonshire Fell to host your wedding. It’s a great venue, which is exclusive to you and your guests making the day more intimate. The staff could not do enough to help us, our guests or the dogs. Everyone loved it! Thank you all at the Devonshire Fell!
